I placed order for samsung power bank and received a counterfeit item. The power bank gets exhausted 1 minute after connecting a mobile. I need a replacement or my money back. The item received was not original. I dont know how i get into this website. The contact no to this website is not working. I had tried n no of times, but in vain....

I placed an order on Book My Offer, I received the product on 17th Febe 2016 offer of which original cost is Rs. 5999/- as stated on website and ordered the same, as it was under offer and was selling at the cost of Rs.749/-

Apart from the discounted rate, I also paid shipping charges and Cash on delivery charges for the product.

i ordered power bank of 20000mah of mi company on 25th april and it was deliverd on 28th april. when i open the box i found that there was an power bank of samsung company and it was just an empty box of power bank.. it was completelly an froud. i complaint about that to the customer suport of bookmyoffer.com by e mail and by call also and they said that thay will refund or change the product within 7 days. but now its being...
