You have sent me the worst quality of shoes inspite of your advertised shoes showing Reebok/adidas. Moreover, I am order for adidas, recieveved reebok.
So, you are requested to collect your given item and refund my amount or replace the product since I can't use it due to incorrect size delivered and manufacturing defect...

I have received a samsung 16800 mah powerbank on friday and after charging of 36 hours it is not working and not giving any type of response. Please resolve my problem.

I booked a samsung power bank16800Mah from book my offer.com but unfortunetly i got a xaomi power bank and it does not work .so please exchange this power bank with samsung power bank.i called more than 50 times in the customer care number the answering machine take the call and connected to the complaint section and there is no reply from there.sir what is the next step. i cheated with this company.

I placed order for samsung power bank and received a counterfeit item. The power bank gets exhausted 1 minute after connecting a mobile. I need a replacement or my money back. The item received was not original. I dont know how i get into this website. The contact no to this website is not working. I had tried n no of times, but in vain.

I placed an order on Book My Offer, I received the product on 17th Febe 2016 offer of which original cost is Rs. 5999/- as stated on website and ordered the same, as it was under offer and was selling at the cost of Rs.749/-

Apart from the discounted rate, I also paid shipping charges and Cash on delivery charges for the product.

Please note that the product which was stated as Ray Ban Aviator Brown for Rs. 5999/- and after discount Rs. 749/- which is not a Ray Ban Aviator at all, there is no invoice of the product of warranty documents or bill kept along with product ordered. The duplicate product with fake name Ray Ban Aviator was place in the parcel.

Please note that I am claiming that this is a mischief played by the Book my Offer company to trap consumer, by misrepresentation of branded products and cheating consumer by delivering them duplicate or inferior products.

As per the website picture of Ray Ban Aviator which seems to be original and prices you quoted are also of original Ray Ban irrespective of discount, but the product received is not at all of quarter price of Ray Ban, the product quality is so inferior in the make the said product may be made available in cheaper price in Mumbai. Just putting Ray Ban name on Glasses it does not become Ray Ban Registered glares.

You are advised to provide me with the original product of Ray Ban Aviator or complete refund of order amount including Shipping charges & COD charges, failing which I will make sure that NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTE REDRESSAL COMMISSION will be made aware about such incidence/s, and suit will be filed against the Book My Offer & Ray Ban (R) Register for mental harassment, financial damages / collecting funds for inappropriate products and cheating consumer by providing inferior products.

Please treat this as serious service issue and the concerned action to be initiated within 24 hrs from the receipt of this communication, failing which company itself will be responsible for the further course of action.

I purchased a MI power bank for 20800 mah for rs 648.

After opening the packet and started charging the MI
I came to know that its neither charging nor discharging.
I need a replacement of product or refund.I contactd the customer care no but no responce.

I have ordered samsung 16000mah power bank but it didnt get genuine samsung product. the power bank is not even giving charge 30mins..i have charged 24 hrs and showing like charge full..but i connect mobile with 30mins showing no charge.

thre is no serial number and manual guide for the product.Also i didnt get any reply mail and unable to contact the executive..they are completly cheating me.

I had a order received yesterday . I was ordered shoes of reebok 8 no. But I received duplicate puma red color 7 no.
Immediate I call on coustmer care but no. Is blocked. Than I e-mail but no reply by them...now I feel this is fraud ...

[protected] hai par aap ne mjhe mi ka 20800 mah ka power bank bheja hai jo ki kaam hi nhi kar raha hai aur agar mera product return nhi kiya gya aur mera balance refund nhi kiya gya to m case kr dunga bcz my father is lawyer.. So Plz return my money and take ur item..

I ordered power bank for rs 400.
When i received it, then i tried to charge my phone but in first time it didn't switch on and responded nothing.
Ghen i came to know that this is manufacturing defect.
Why should i buy a defected product and after that when i emailed them and created complajnt on their website too, they didn't reply me till now. It has around 20 days past from my first complaint filed, but i didn't get any reply till yet...
Plz do something with ghis fraud company.

i ordered power bank of 20000mah of mi company on 25th april and it was deliverd on 28th april. when i open the box i found that there was an power bank of samsung company and it was just an empty box of power bank.. it was completelly an froud. i complaint about that to the customer suport of bookmyoffer.com by e mail and by call also and they said that thay will refund or change the product within 7 days. but now its being 15 days and i called them many times from last few days but they dint response to my call or email. please help me.
