Now i am not able login in my account
They have deleted my account and i am not able to even recover my account from forget password.
And even i am now not able to find the mail in my mailbox at the time of order i have received a mail but the mail is not showing in my mail id i have checked 4-5 times

Please return the money or send the book

I ordered a book with order id : boi73819 dated 12/18/2019.

I paid inr 270, their website accepted the order and they have not even shipped the book yet.
All i have received is an e-mail, the screenshot of which is attached.

I have ordered a book yesterday. My transaction id is [protected]. But now i m not able log into the account.. I didnt get any confirmation email to my email id. Didnt get order id. I have already given a complaint regarding this but there's no response from ur side. What nonsense is this? Is this how u treat ur customers. So irresponsible. Your website is not even providing atleast phone no or email id. #. Respond fastly. Iwant the order id for my order n the tracking details.

I have purchased a book (Abhijnanashakuntalam: the recognition of shakuntala) from mk books india, new delhi on 30th aug 2019 through amazon.in website (Order number:[protected] /order date: 30.08.2019). I have paid the requisite amount of money through online. They gave me the estimated delivery date between 17th sep to 20th sep, 2019. Since then i have been waiting for the item and till today (23rd sep) i have not received the item. They have not made a single call to inform me about the delay. I need the book urgently for exam purpose.

It’s almost 10 days I have ordered my book. They have debited the money during the place of order. But till now there is no sign of Shipment.

On the website it’s showing “ in process “ for almost 7 days. I really don’t know what the heck is happening.

I tried to reach the customer service, but they are not responding.

I needed the book urgent. My classes have started already.

This is a fake book selling company and the number that is listed on their website is of a private phone number and he said he got numerous calls asking him of book orders.Please beware of such sellers.I don't know how to get back the refund as payment already completed and cannot contact bank as I made the payment myself with all correct entries.Buyers beware.

I have placed an order on [protected] for a book entitled "instrumental methods of analysis" by dr. Supriya. S. Mahajan, published by cbs publishers & distributors. It was said that it will be delivered in 4-5 days. Its been more than 15 days till now. I didn't receive any kind of shipping details till date you see the photo i provided with the date. And i paid rupees 502 (462 price of a book after discount+40 shipping charges) and didn't even get the money back. Please do ask them to refund it. A very next day (8th july 2019) of order i received a call from +[protected] at 11.39am stating that you have to pay additional rs. 100/= for the book price which has been hiked by the publisher, for which we will send a link to your email for the payment. I replied to the call by denying not to pay by the private link, you send me the book through vpp by post, so that i can pay the difference rs. 100/= and get the book. They denied that. Hence i requested them to refund the amount. They immediately closed the call.

I ordered 2 books, but haven't received any update about the orders till then. I have tried to contact them via email and on facebook. But they didn't bother to reply even for once. Now I am completely clueless about the situation. I don't know if I shall ever receive my order (or the refund) or not. I am starting to think that I have been deceived. I am never going to purchase anything from this website again and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of this.

Did not receive any details of order, tracking number. Customer care number is also not being attended.
Either supply the book or refund the money.
Raised the complaint with ccavenue the payment portal through which payment is made but they ask to talk to bookshop of india directly but not able to reach them.

Amount 434 debited from my account.in their webiste they are showing order placed, in shipping coulumn - its blank. The customer care mentioned in their website, its not working. I have emailed them but no reply from company. I want book if book they are not bale to send then refund the amount.
