I have ordered a book, machinist shop theory by s. K. Sachdeva and order id boi72098 my money deducted from bank account but not received the order till now
I have order since 14/11/18. I have mail them many times, but haven't received any response from them. I have attached the order id screen shot with this complaint.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible....

I have not received by book and it's been 16 days. I had placed an order with bookshopofindia for brhat nakshatra under order number boi70069 on 14th november 2017 and till date i. E 23rd may 2018 i'm yet to receive the book or the refund from the company. It's extremely unethical to not respond to our queries or emails or phones.

If possible please send me the book. If you don't have it have it then refund me the money i paid for the book...

I placed an order for a book on 08/05/2018 and paid by using ccavenue in the website bookshopofindia.com. But till now i have not received the books. I mailed them many times but no reply. I made a phone call to the number but there was no response. After paying money for the book i got confirmation mail from ccavenue but there is no mail from bookshopofindia.com. I ordered book on boi70983 15/4/2018 and paid money by online ccavenue.com way. After all in their terms they had mention (Mode : all the orders from delhi are sent through regd. Book post. Delivery : it usually takes approx. 2-3 working days to reach its destination within delhi)
But till today 25/4/2018 they don't ship nor notify of any delay even after promised delivery date has passed. I sent email asking about order - no reply....

It has not come in due date, even their phone # does not work, they don't respond via email, nor communicates with the buyer about the tracks of the book. They are crooks, for sure..."delhi ka thag".
