Hi sir/madam,
I bought a boultaudio wireless earphones from flipkart.com with order id : od[protected]. The product has warranty period of one year. After 6 months i got an issue with the product (Charging issue) since the product under warranty i was mailed to [protected]@boultaudio.com they responded with the mail asked to courier the product to the following address
"exotic mile, 1st floor, b-67, wazirpur industrial area, near honda showroom & royal pepper banquet,
New delhi-110052". But i tried to send the product to the above address charging 400rs. I bought that product for 900rs. So i was again send another mail to [protected]@boultaudi.com asked them to arrange return but they were not responded. The point is even if the product is under warranty they were not providing service. Consumer has to be cheated by showing the warranty. So i decided to raise a complaint against because nobody get cheated like this. Please process my complaint.
