        I have ordered a boult audio probass curve neckbank (Black) from nykaa on 15/7/2020

        With the order id nyk[protected] and the same was delivered to me on

        20/7/2020. I received the bluetooth neckband with the seal opened box containing 1

        Bluetooth neckbank, charger connecter and 2 apir of earbuds. I have connected the

        Bluetooth with my mobile and it was working okay and the main part is that he bluetooth

        Stopped working the very next day. I was shocked that i have online paid 999/- for the

        Boult earphnes which did not even work for 24 hours.

        The very next day that is on 22/7/2020 i have called the customer care number that is

        +[protected] and even mail at the [protected]@boultaudio.com on 22/7/2020 and

        23/7/2020 with the ticket number 37763.

        The boult team informed me to courier the bluetooth neckband on exotic mile, 1st floor,

        B-67, wazirpur industrial area, new delhi. New delhi district, delhi, india - 110052
        Landmarks: near honda showroom & royal pepper banquets whick i had courier on

        28/7/2020 with the original box, connector charger and the 2 pair or earbuds along with

        The warranty card and the user manual and the delay in courier was because of the lock

        Down in mumbai.

        After following up on customer care number and on e-mails i came to know that the

        Bluetooth neackband will be repairedbut i told the customer care and on the mail itself

        That i want the same to be replaced to a new one or else refund back my full paid amount

        Back with the courier charges which i have paid.

        Today that is on 8/8/2020 i have received the delivery of the bluetooth please check as

        I have submitted the original invoice, original box, connector charger and the 2 pair or

        Earbuds along with the warranty card and the user manual but i did not get any refund.

        Attached is the bluetooth neckbank delivery which i have received and it is very

        Disapponting. This is how you cheat the customer you are making the customer dissatisfied

        By your worst services.

        I do not want your service anymore just refund my full amount back along

        With the courier charges.

            I had purchased a headphone ba-curve-blue (Details attached) from amazon india vide invoice number in-sccc-41658 dated 31/05/2020

            The headphone is not working and there is no response when i am trying to switch it on.

            As this is covered under your warranty for one year and i have purchased it only two months back request you to immediately replace the same.

                I am very big customer of your brand, i bought a lot of things from your company, have very gud experience. But just 2 months before i bought 2 pair headphones from amazon online. But one of them is not working properly (Voice not received at ear). So i request you please take an appropriate action against my complaint and replace my headphone with new one.

                      Boult audio — my new boult pro bass neckband headphone is stopping unusually

                      It's nearly two months before i purchased this from amazon but not it is behaving in an unusual way. The headphones stop in the middle then restart again. Volume up is not working and when pressed the headphones to stop unexpectedly without saying "power off" and then tried to start with the power button it won't stop but if tried after nearly 10 mins it starts again...
                      Fix my problem!

                            Hi, my name is korutla venkatesh resident of hyderabad. I, purchased boult audio bluetooth curve headset and due to battery issue i had sent that product for warranty claim on date 13th march 2020 and they had received that product on 15th march 2020 with tracking id en[protected]in (India post) there after one week i am calling customer care every day they wont response me in the proper way. I repeatedly get same answers from them your product is ready for shipping you will get updates on your mail id. I keeping on waiting. They even promised me we will post you new product but not yet.. It was been 5months my product is still with them. I am going to court and consumer helpline what ever i am going to charge this case on boult audio.

                                        Hello, my name is milan madhu & i have purchased boult tru5ive true wireless in ear earphone through amazon on 8-8-2019 order no.[protected]. The product received initially was defective and was replaced by you. The product is still not working well. I have complained this to amazon several times but there is no respond. I received call from you side during the lock down and was committed that the product will be picked up & replaced. I am still waiting for further communication. We trusted on your company and bought after finding your good reputation. But now you people are proving us wrong by braking our trust. We request you to replace the product or provide us same other wireless earphone as this product get disconnected by itself, there is charging issue, the blue tooth does not connect fast have to try several times to connect...
