Hello, my name is milan madhu & i have purchased boult tru5ive true wireless in ear earphone through amazon on 8-8-2019 order no.[protected]. The product received initially was defective and was replaced by you. The product is still not working well. I have complained this to amazon several times but there is no respond. I received call from you side during the lock down and was committed that the product will be picked up & replaced. I am still waiting for further communication. We trusted on your company and bought after finding your good reputation. But now you people are proving us wrong by braking our trust. We request you to replace the product or provide us same other wireless earphone as this product get disconnected by itself, there is charging issue, the blue tooth does not connect fast have to try several times to connect...
