      I purchased an boult audio curve earphone online from flipkart. So, it's problem is that it doesn't work properly. It get's off while working and it doesn't get's start for many hours.

        I have purchased boult earphone from Amazon .on the date of 9 July 2020.
        Accidentally a rat has cut one wire of my earphone. And only one is left. I want to say that it can be repair or not. For repair do I have to pay or not. If yes then how much will i have to pay .

          I received defective peace of boult audio curve neck, mice was not working so i had to post it to delhi for repairing purpose and india post does not courier electronic items so i had to go for private courier service. I demanded refund of courier charges occurred by me but they refused the same.

                Hello team,

                I had purchased boult audio probass curve in the month of june from amazon, and they have stopped working 03 weeks back. I had tried contacting support team, they asked to send the product and invoice to their address. I had sent the product through dtdc and was sent to their address on 10th august itself. Since then i am following up with them, haven’t received any response from them. Please help us here in getting the refund/replacement of the product.

                There was no communication to customer of the ongoing changes and steps. Today I have received another piece of same earphones from BoultAudio. Not sure if it’s new or old, as of now it is working fine hence resolving the ticket. Thank you team, thank you BoultAudio

                      I am writing this mail with very high dissatisfaction regarding the product boult curve.

                      I bought this product in oct-2019.

                      10 months down the line i started facing issues with the product that it would switch off randomly and not restart for a few days.

                      When the concern was reported the issue was registered by ticket no. 35611.

                      Product was received at your service station on 28.07.2020 (Courier charges were borne by me) and delivered back post rectification on 07.08.2020.

                      Yesterday the product that was received and first feel was that the replaced parts are spurious.

                      · feel of the product wrt plastic quality is very inferior.

                      · sound quality was bad wrt what it used to be.

                      · bluetooth connectivity was poor, it took time to connect to my phone.


                      With all the above issued i still thought that it’s ok to use it but to my gravest of concern the product went off with in 20min o[censored]sage today morning (Running of 20min).

                      This is not what is expected to happen to a product which qualifies ipx5 testing.

                      I request boult audio to send me a new product in replacement as it is still in warranty period.

                      In case you need the faulty product please get it collected form my place when you deliver the new one, because i am not ready to bear any courier charges for your mistakes/service.

                      I have raised a fresh complaint regarding the same with ticket id 47852 on 8th aug, but i am still to hear from you people to address my grievances.

                                    I had send replacement of my boult audio on may 21 at starting they are taking my call and send that is under dispatch but now aug has came but i didn't receive my product and they are not taking my call any company can deliver the product in 15 day but 4 months has completed but i don't know my product and it is under the warranty

                                        I am writing this to you with regards to replacement of my boult earphone. Its automatically turn off and not on long time. Also noise are not cleared. The earphone is in the warranty period and hence i am requesting you to replace the same. I have purchased this earphone on 29/09/2019. The warranty period for this earphone is one year and hence you are requested to do the needful at earliest.
                                        An earlier response is highly appreciate.
