I am trying to get NOC from March 4th 2023. I also paid 300rs for my re-issue of NOC. I dropped a mail a week ago. Please find attached the statement and ref number for my transfer.
Details:
The engine number is 2NC1016005
The chassis number is ME12NC016D2016825.
The reference number for the transaction is N[protected].

When I called customer care I receive the message as they will contact me after some time. Not able to connect to the customer care executive. Dont know what to do

TW702INR00823690, I bought a vehicle in 2019 for 36 months emi tenure. And during COVID 19 there was relaxation period and they didn't charge for 5 months. My emi was to clear on October but then because of 5 months it revised to March I paid all the dues of those 5 months now the company is asking me to pay more as they change emi tenure to 36 month to 45 month.

Hi,

My name is Rohit Kr Singh, my loan with BAF bearing account number is TW007INR00842189 and my registered mobile number is [protected].

I have cleared all my EMI's but did not get the NOC yet, please issue me the NOC as soon as possible.

Since from past two months they are saying it has been dispatched but due to insufficient address, it is unable to reach .
I don't know how the Aadhar card address can be insufficient. My all other postal communications are done with this address only. But BAF is unable to send me the NOC on the same address.

I have attached few pictures which will help you understand my problem.
request you to kindly help me to get the NOC. I have sent them multiple times my address along with the proof, But still they are unable to give me the NOC and even if it returned due to improper address, i never got any calls form postman/India post
