I am complaining on behalf of my father Late Rajesh Kumar Walter,
We had purchased a bike of:
Yamaha ss 125
Vehicle No: CG12AK3968
Registration date: 29/10/2014
state: Chhattisgarh
City: Korba

and got it financed by BUSSAN AUTO FINANCE INDIA PVT LTD,
We had paid the complete EMI amount for the bike to the company but still have not received NOC from BUSSAN AUTO FINANCE for the bike

We tried our best to contact the company but have not received any reply or response from the company,
company office:
of our city is closed,
office in Bilaspur is also closed,
office in Raipur is not reachable as we tried to contact there as well

After my father passed away on 13 September 2018, we have to change the vehicle registration to our name, or else RTO would levy a heavy fine on us for late filing

Please help as in a matter and Thank You for the same

I here written by a complaint against bussan recovery agent saji [protected], bussan all ready finished their services in India, but in kottayam kerala, their agent continuously harrassing and violating RBI rules like no timing, all holidays visiting, night 10 pm calling, here RBI should be punished 25 lakh rupees for this type of activities, the executive will threatened also, please do a suitable solutions, other wise I complaint ombudsman man and RBI section
