    Please note that the termination amount is calculated on pro rata basis hence request you to confirm the amount on the day you are closing the loan, as it may vary and after 21st of month we cannot stop your coming month (Feb’22) EMI as per process.

    Kindly visit your nearest Axis Bank (mention your loan agreement number “TW007INR00870376” in place of account no. in deposit slip) or transfer the termination amount in below mentioned account, after payment please share transaction details with scan copy of RC, once we receive the same will arrange to dispatch the NOC at your registered address.

                    This is R Rajesh and i had purchase my Yamaha Ray Z bike since 2013 and my loan and agreement number i.e. TW903INR00242521. I am waiting for your revert.
                    Since last month to asking about my NOC letter and ask per our communication done on email..I had paid of ₹1388. In Paytm on 5th Nov 2021. My issue not resolve.
                    I am really disappointed for your services cause last one month to asking my NOC letter still not received.

                    Hope you are supporting to your existing customer.

                    We expect your cooperation and send my NoC letter at earliest

                        I am getting harrasment by collection department and they are using abusive language with customer, my all EMI cleared but have 2 old emi pending, I told them I need appolozie latter from collection department then only I will clear EMI but they are very rude and told you do complaint wherever you want.

                                  I was on the way to work, but all of sudden two persons came infront of my bike and stopped me. They told me that due to pending due payments we are seizing your bike. I request them to let me talk to their manager and ask to settle this matter. While talking to the manager, one person run away with my bike while other person was dramatically started his bike and escaped without any conversation. The behaviour was so rude and I was standing alone on road. There must be some standard procedure to settle the amount but this is not the way to do stealing like act on road.
