I need to reissue NOC for my Yamaha bike loan closure. I have lost the NOC provided by Bussan auto finance.
I don't have loan a/c no.
Vehicle reg no:KA 20-W-361.
Loan sanctioned period- 06.2009

Kindly let me know the formalities....

I purchased Yamaha Fascino scooter on finance from the showroom named as Muthoot Yamaha in 17th August 2017 paid my loan in full amount in 2021 and till now I have not got the NOC.

The BAF got closed in Kerala and hence I have not received the NOC. Now I want to remove hypothecation. So Now I need the NOC for the closed loan.

I have applied for a duplicate NOC. I paid the amount for the same on 31st March 2023(Ref numb for the transaction is N[protected]. ).I have shared my Aadhar to send the NOC. When I called customer care they told me it's a different process to update the address it will take a month. after that, I need to call them to give a request again. I don't know what exactly they try to do. Kindly take action on the same....

I have no dues with Bussan finance on my two wheeler vehicle loan, due to covid-19 and work from home, i have went to native and came back to Hyderabad now. I need noc with new address which mentioned below.

Many times I have called the customer care, but hopeless, they did not recieve the call due to executives were busy, and later no more response also.

my vehicle finance is already completed, but not received NOC, while contacting with the number which you have provided while collecting money, is not picking up the call, I've contacted branch office but its also closed, this is not fare, please concern my request and provide NOC of my vehicle, I'm hopefully waiting for your reply .
