This is Parkavi from Trichy, TamilNadu. I have bought Yamaha fascino cocktail yellow scooty from Phoenix Motors which is located in Tiruchirapalli on 03/07/2020. I have paid all the 23 emi and bouncing charges of 2851 on 10/06/2022. I have cleared everything but still I didn't get any response from Bussan auto finance. Customer service also not picking up the calls. No response from email also. I want my noc immediately. This is my loan account number TW505INR00865125.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

      Hello i'm ajithkumar
      i was purchased yamaha r15 in 2019 with downpayment 40, 000 and loan proccesed by bussan auto finance the tennure of 30 month's, when covid issue time 5months payment not accepted by bussan auto finance due as per rbi notice, now they are increased tennure to 40months.and i didn't take any moratorium policy. It comes around 30000 rupess to pay extra amount If call the customer care they didn't response properly.

      We would like to inform you that due to non-payment of EMI’s from Apr’20 to Aug’20, it was considered as moratorium and accordingly tenure got extended with moratorium interest.

      Also till Aug’20 we did not get any EMI amount and moratorium cancelation request from your end. Now we are unable to cancel moratorium as already processed.

      And as on date Rs. 27, 493.18/- (4 EMI’s+ cheque bouncing charges + late payment penalty + pending EMI) is pending and 10 future EMIs are remaining including moratorium interest in your loan.

      Kindly pay the pending amount as soon as possible. You can pay your pending amount online through our website www.bafindia.com or https://loans.bafindia.com – through PayTM, Google pay or Phone pay.

            I made all the payments regarding the loan on Feb 13, 2020, and yet I haven't received the NOC. I've tried to contact the office many times and each time they won't pick up or tell me an excuse. It's been two years since I've been trying to collect my NOC.             i was purchased yamaha r15 in 2019 with downpayment 50, 000 and loan proccesed by bussan auto finance the tennure of 36 month's, when covid issue time 5months payment not accepted by bussan auto finance due as per rbi notice, now they are increased tennure to 46months (5575x46=2, 56, 450/rs)
            the downpayment paid 50, 000
            loan proccesed by bussan auto finnace 1, 45, 000x12.75% intrest
            the agriment done as per tennure (5575x36=2, 00, 700)
            now i need to pay 55, 750extra for 5months delay of payment
            but they extended 10months extra tennure
