महोदय,
मैंने अर्जुन वासु आँटोमोबाइल देहली रोड मुरादाबाद उ० प्र० से यामाहा कम्पनी का फैसीनो (Fasino) स्कूटर खरीदा, शोरूम के अनुसार स्कूटर की आँनरोड। किमत 64500₹ थी ।स्कूटर को फाइनेंस करते समय मनोज चौधरी ने बताया कि फाइनेंस करने पर 31205₹ नकद जमा करो 36700 ₹ का फाइनेंस हो जायेगा लगभग 3060₹ की प्रति महीना के हिसाब से 12 महीने मे पेमेंट पूर्ण हो जायेगी स्कूटर 64500 की जगह लगभग 68000₹ का हो जायेगा अपने बैंकखाते के नौ चेक जमा करो किस्तें (Emi)बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाल ली जाया करेगी, किस्त आँनलाइन न कटने पर चेक द्वारा ही निकाल लिया करेंगे।
मुझसे 31205₹ नकद जमा कराये ओर 36700₹ फाइनेंस के लिए. एक खाली फार्म मुझ से हस्ताक्षर करा कर रख लिया ओर स्कूटर की डिलीवरी दिला दी जिसका chassis no - me1se77f5g0183226 व engine no-e3n8e0271346 है मैने फाइनेंस फार्म को अपने सामने भरने के लिए कहा तो बताया कि फाइनेंस धनराशि की सही सही गणना करके बाद में हम भर लेगें आप वे फिक्र रहे आपके साथ कोई धोखा नहीं किया जायेगा
लेकिन सहाब लोन 36700₹ की जगह 40956₹ का फाइनेंस हुआ ओर किस्त 12 महीने की ना होकर 18 महीनों की कर दी गई पहली किस्त 16/12/2016 को 2777₹ की चेक से निकाली गयीं लेकिन जनवरी व फरवरी 2017 की किस्त न तो बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाली ओर ना ही चेक से यह दोनों किस्त मुझे मुरादाबाद जा कर शोरूम पर ब्याज के साथ जमा करनी पडी
इन्होंने कहा कि मार्च2017 की किस्त भी नकद जमा करो मैंने पूछा किस्त आँनलाइन क्यों नही कट रही तो इन्होंने बताया कि अभी मार्च क्लोजिंग चल रही हैं इसलिए आँनलाइन किस्त अप्रैल या मई मे बैंक खाते से जमा होने लगेगी।
मैंने मार्च 2017 की किस्त धनराशि 2777₹ नकद जमा कर दिये रीसिव मांगी तो कहा आज रीसिव बुक नहीं हे रीसिव बाद मे ले लेना
सहाब मार्च 2017 की किस्त 13/03/2017 को बैंक खाते से भी आँनलाइन जमा हो गई और मुझ से नकद भी जमा करा ली उसके बाद बहुत बार माँगने पर भी रूपये वापस नही किए ओर ना ही रीसिव दी।
फिर मैं जब भी इनसे बात करती तो ये सीधे मुहँ बात ही नही करते बहुत ही बहतमीजी से बात करते ।
मेरे बैंक खाते से अप्रैल, मई, जून2017 की किस्त लगातार जमा होती रही।
लेकिन सहाब इतना समय बितने पर भी इन लोगों ने ना तो मेरे रूपये बापिस किए ओर ना ही मुझे कोई रीसिव दी
और ना ही स्कूटर की rc दी मतलब स्कूटर का कोई पेपर ही नहीं दिया
तो सहाब मैंने जुलाई माह मे मनोज चौधरी से ही मार्च मे दिये गए रूपयों को ही जुलाई माह की किस्त मे जमा करने को कहा ओर रीसिव माँगी, फिर अगले माह कहा, फिर —
ओर यह लोग धोखा ही देते रहे, इस तरहा दिसम्बर बीतने लगा फिर हमारे बहुत जोर देने पर मनोज ने कहा आगे कि किस्त जमा करो हम आपके द्वारा मार्च2017 मे दिये गये नकद 2777₹ को भी छूटी हुई किस्त मे जमा कर सारा मसला निपटा देगें ।
सहब मैंने जनवरी 2018 से मई 2018 तक.की किस्त लगातार जमा की ओर मैं छूटी हुई किस्तों को भी जमा करना चहती थी लेकिन बाद में इन्होंने मार्च 2017 मे दिये गये नकद रूपयों को छूटी हुईं किस्त मे जमा करने को मना कर दिया ओर बापिस करने को भी ओर इन लोगों से बात करती तो बहुत उल्टा सीधा जबाब देते ।
यह स्कूटर फाइनेंस का मेरा पहला अनुभव है ओर इसी मैं अपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही हूँ क्योकि मुझ से स्कूटर खरीदते समय जो 31205₹ नकद जमा कराए थे उसकी भी इन्होंने मुझे 27000₹ की रसीद दी बाकी 4205 रू० को रोड टैक्स आदि का बता कर उसकी रीसिव नही. दी
इन लोगों ने मुझे आज तक मेरे स्कूटर के पेपर और आर० सी० भी नहीं दिया ओर साथ मे यह लोग एक दी गयीं नकद किस्त 2777रू० की भी बेईमानी कर ली । ओर ना ही यह लोग मेरे लोन खाते का हिसाब किताब खत्म करा रहे हैं
जबकि मैं बचीं हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों को जमा कर अपने बैंक खाते पर noc लेना चहाती हूँ, ओर स्कूटर की rc प्राप्त करना चहाती हूँ,
इसलिये मैं इस सम्बन्ध मे अपने जिले के जिला अधिकारी महोदय व वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय सहाब को बहुत पहले ही अवगत करा चुकी हूँ
ओर 27/nov/2018 को भी मैंने baf india complaint पोर्टल पर www.complaintboard.in पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा चुकी हूँ लेकिन baf india complaint पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराने पर भी अभी तक मेरी सम्स्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ हें ओर नहीं कोई जबाब मिला है
इसलिये श्री मान जी आपसे विनम्र निवेदन हैं कि सारे मसले को दखने के बाद उचित निर्णय लेते हुये हमारी समस्या का समाधान करने कि फृपा करें जिससे मैं छूटी हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों का ही भुगतान कर सकू ओर अपने बैंक खाते पर noc व स्कूटर की rc प्राप्त कर सकूं।

    Have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality. As I have paid 1499 rs . So I need my refund from them I have mailed them almost 10 times from yesterday till now but their is no revert from their side even their is no customer care helpline no. Is available .
    Plece arange refund. Its not charging. Low qulitty products.

    I  ordered i8 earpods on dated 20.12.2018 with order IEP53776 on i8 earpods facebook page

    First, i received it from Ecom express courier on dated 26.12.2018 and found i7 earpods inside where i ordered i8 and it looks like used ones and one (Left) is not working properly. 

    So i tried to contact the company through the mentioned email id (I. E. [protected]@i8earpods.com the only mentioned contact detail on website and invoice) for return and refund but neither received any mail response nor any contact number available on website or on invoice. 

    There is no revert back yet, i have been searching for return order option but it is not present in there website www.i8earpods.com. return policy is there on the website but no return option is available, they have mentioned that within 3 days of delivery return can be done but since delivery morning i am trying but couldn’t find any return or refund options.

    As i have paid rs. 1499, so i need my refund from them i have mailed them but there is no revert from their side even there is no customer care helpline no. Is available.

Above the details of bike last month[protected] that date auction (Bides) online sales and open sales in area villupuram - dk tamilnadu-602202. That day parches above the bike. I am pay that payment rs 29000/- online payment day[protected]. But still now not deliver order or sapless order not issue.           Sir, i'm your customer my name shajin vijayan, i have no other option so i sending this complaints to you. You don't know what is going on your organization. I had a vehicle loan from your firm, my customer id : 664499 and my loan account no : twco7inr00390608.
          Please check my loan details then you will understand nothing pending all emi i have closed the same date.

          So now i'll tell my complaints, first one when my loan was closed i asked first i need my noc that time they say refunds matters more than rs.2000/- will come to you in the bank account. Your refund is completed within two wheeks after that noc will give to you. After one month finished they were saying the same things, there is no refund and noc nothing, so i gave my bank account number and other details. Also i got a call from your cochin office and haripad office also, they also told me the same things. Now two months finished nothing come to my bank account.
          Two days ago i got a call from your haripad firm to take my noc, i can't go there because i'm working in bangalore. I think if they didn't give it to my friends hand so my father and my friend went there. When we reached there we realized something there is no one not even a responsibility at all in the office. The reason is when my friend asked for noc they didn't ask him anything suddenly they gave him the noc by hands. So again we realized something if anyone asks someones noc is there suddenly they will give it. That is their responsibility. When we noc is collected we asked for get the refund money. They didn't tell anything they gave two contact numbers. First one noc department and the second one manager and they said contact that numbers. That time noc department not attended my call. We try to call to managers number, he attended my call. We told him that all problems to manager. He said he would check and tell us. I don't know how he will check? Because he didn't ask him anything like customers name or any loan account number nothing. Few minutes later i call again that managers number he didn't attended my call.

          No one has a responsibility. They said they still have a refund but i don't get it.

          If it's your behavior to everyone you will lose all of the good customers.

          I hope you will accept my complaints..

            I have paid all the dues of my account on two wheeler but it is still showing an overdue balance of 3195/- in my credit report account and even i have not taken any loan on two-wheeler from bussan auto finance india (P) ltd.

                I must say baf has improper documentation, unnecessary charges & poorest customer service.

                Due to baf technical reasons my emi didn't hit my bank a/c and later basis on suggestion received from the local executive i made 8 installment payment by cash.

                Now when the loan is 100% paid-up and tenure is successfully over baf is asking for additional ₹773/- to get the noc.

                In case no concrete action taken and noc provided within 48hrs. Time i shall take it to grievance office.

                  My self parthiban and i have taken the loan for my bike 1.8 years before and i was paying on time, due to some family issue i was not able to pay 3 months even was not continuously i missed it i have 3 months once i have missed and i really apologize for that.

                  Today i got a call from one of the agent and he didn't even specify his name he just told he is from busan finance and his number is: [protected] firstly i told him yes i agree with that, it was miss from my end and i said i will be paying in next 2days after that he started shouting on phone and he started abusing over a call.

                  Please guide me wt i am supposed to do now and please take the necessary action on him.

This month still not yet deducted. And i've contacted bank team as well. They didn't even received the request. If any thing planning like extra charges.                         the 2 roudies came and thrown out of the vehicle and seized my vehicle on may 16th. That same i have wriiten to akosha and also to your custumer care. The same person came and coolected cash from me and he did not hand over it the comapny. Then they planned to seize my vehicle. They did not rectified the clearing process in the bank.

                          I have to pay 1 EMI which i missed to pay as i was out of town. So your collection team he is abusing to customer with a very bad wordings i have attached the screen shot.

                            On 16 th night when i was purchasing they came and they forcely throwed me out of the bike and locked the vehicle
                            The second person in the photo regularly taking the emi without giving the recipt
                            They never send the acknoledgement
                            1 emi i have to pay and it was late.
                            They never sent the papers as i have the clearing problem. Never rectified the check clearing problem
                            They told themselves are the onwners of the vehile.
                            Tell any body in the world we dont care they are telling
                            Pls ask them to hand over the vehicle
                            When i conatcted busan custumer care they dont have roudies
                            Even they did no answerd the persons in the photo

                                My personal loan emi is every month 11th, almost i completed my loan only two month emi left, this month emi was bounced on 11th, am ready to pay online or cheaque with bouncing charges but they are not accepting, they asking cash only, i said i can pay only by card or online, so please rectify my problem as soon as possible

                                  I bought a bike with baf finance. For that finance i have paid emi at the time of bike booking. Because first emi is pre emi. That is why i have paid. For second emi i kept emi amount in my account but it was not deducted. That is why i have sent mail to them regarding this. Still i didn't get any proper solution for the same.                                   I had a 2 wheeler loan (Tw007inr[protected] with your organisation. I called in last week to get the noc dispatched, the lady on the phone helped me update my current address on your system and informed that the noc would reach my new address in about 18 to 20 days.

                                  However, today i received a call from a (Not so) gentleman from you branch, asking me to pick up the noc in person from your branch, as he stated it cannot be dispatched to any address than the one that was initially updated while availing the loan. I told him to send it to the old address as i do not have the time to come to your branch during your working hours. The person used a kannada slang and hung up. The entire conversation earlier was however in english.

                                  Is this the kind of behaviour i have to do through from you guys, for choosing you?

                                  I know no action would be taken by you about it. This mail just to tell you how unhappy i am about this and would never ever do the mistake of having any business with you. I don't want to pay you to abuse me.

                                    One of the collection executive named shibu from rajashylam agency in trivandrum is not talking in a proper manner. I have two dues pending. But the way he asking money and the way he is behaving is not good. Actually he is spoiling the bussan name. He came to my house yesterday. But i was not available at that time. He asked my mother in law about. He is not suppised to do that if the rc owner was not available
