Still now i paid all of my emi on time, but july and august month only i cant able to pay, now i'm in very bad economic situation due to covid-19. Please apply moratorium for two month only (July & august).

I have brought a r15 bs6 bike which costs around 174000 and over all final rate was fixed with 176000 and i have paid 101000 as down payment and remaining amount of 75000 i have opted for emi.. Or loan.. But the employee said that my emi will be 7500 per month as 12 months and that too for 75000 of loan amount and i said ok with it and after few days i got a message stating that my loan was approved for 81000... The employee has cheated me of 6000 rs.. Now iam playing unnecessarily extra money.. Very cheap character employees

But unfortunately no body answered about my call as well as reply back. Hence please suggest about my noc. As i have already sold my bike to a friend where name change cant be possible without fresh noc.

Hello i'm ajithkumar
i was purchased yamaha r15 in 2019 with downpayment 40, 000 and loan proccesed by bussan auto finance the tennure of 30 month's, when covid issue time 5months payment not accepted by bussan auto finance due as per rbi notice, now they are increased tennure to 40months.and i didn't take any moratorium policy. It comes around 30000 rupess to pay extra amount If call the customer care they didn't response properly.

Due to lock down i was unable to deposit balance in my united bank of india savings account and that time baf india, a finance company try to encash one of my given post dated cheque against my bike loan no-tw1361nr00603199 and the cheque was bounce and they asking me the cheque bounce charge rs.700.
There for i request you to wipe out the bounce charge as it is not my fault but the situations of lock down.

Updated by Debo Gogoi Due to lock down i was unable to deposit balance in my united bank of india savings account and that time baf india, a finance company try to encash one of my given post dated cheque against my bike loan no-tw1361nr00603199 and the cheque was bounce and they asking me the cheque bounce charge Rs.700 .
there for i request you to wipe out the bounce charge as it is not my fault but the situations of lock down.
