Bhushan auto finance has to take this coplaint as a serious note for one month payment that exucutive asked me show to your home with undoutedly. From my side din't happend anythig wrongly so i showed my house to that guys that guy asking me to call your sister why he wnt abt my sister and he taked my my home and my bike picture i dont know why realy when i showed my that guy is asked me again its your home only then i said calmly come inside to my home why you getting doubt on me i paid 80000 downpayment or balance i have to pay by loan 4652 as that loan i delayed 2 months for certain reason then i am waiting for his call and he called me and okk come i will give you money and balance one month amnt they nt given time and treated me badly that guy name " soma shekar =ph [protected] my request is to suspend that guy from bhushan auto finance other wise compalit to comishner this complaint has to consider as a serious note dont neglet it

It has been more than a year and they are not providing me any noc for the bike.

After several rounds at their office, they are not providing us any direction where to go whom to speak even they don't have any kind of respect for the customer, bcz of them, i have already been in mental pain.

I have repaid all loan hence requesting the company to give me my noc asap.

Else kindly take action against this company.

They sent me the notice that pay 91000.00 and get back your bike. Forcely they signed me over the authorised paper and taken out my bike. Only 2 emi has due, already i paid -63885.00.

I have visited the bangalore bussan branch office and talk to mr. Francis (Collection manager) but he respond roughly. So, i request you to intervene get me justice at the earliest and please handover my bike legally, i will pay the true amount which is near about rs-12000.00

Bhusan finance is very wrost service in bangalore and his employe like rowdy. Head office and branch office very roughly behaviour by call and direct contact. Just # company.

Dont finance any bike in bangalore with bhusan auto finance.

Bussan auto finance forcefully taken out my bike.. I have only 2mos emi due.. Without prior notice & letter they came & taken out my bike.. Even they are lying with me too... They are forcefully signed out on authorised paper & roughly behaved & didn't give proper response. All staff are fake & liar. Please try to back my bike with due amount... Thanks.

I said to them over due charges try to reduce the amount i will pay by next month they are not accepting my words.

(Lan tw005inr[protected], pooja from chennai, i bought my bike through bussan finance loan with 11months tenure and i paid my dues on time except 1month due to some technical fault from my bank side and within 20days i paid in cash for my debt! My due ended in the month of nov'18 and this finance ppl calling me on may'19 and asking me to pay cheque bouncing charges as 563/- which bank is charging this high bouncing charges for cheque bouncing! Am ready to pay my exact cheque bouncing charges which is been deducted from their account and i cannot pay a single penny more than that and i need my noc after that! If this issue pertains am ready to lodge a complaint against you finance ppl.

First teach your staff the manners to talk to a consumer

I am a customer of busa finance due to some technical reason by EMI went back I called your customer care to collect the EMI. Yesterday the person with name bala raju mobile no [protected] contacted me and collected a amount of 2718 rs around 5 PM evening and told you will receipt within 15 minutes when I didn't get the receipt I contacted him around 7 PM told that he has Informed in office tomorrow means Wednesday will surely receive receipt.
Sorry to inform you that till now not received any receipt your side request you to resolve this asap. Otherwise I have to look matter in other way.

Myself pampi barman, i am your existing customer. After completing my two-wheeler loan your executive called me several times for pre approved personal loan and when i submit my paper for loan they ignore and harrase me. They logged the file on 04.03.19. After one month they ask for same documents which i submitted a month ago. This type of service i don't expected from a reputed finance company. Kindly go through the above matters.

Your Customer service is very bad and they don't know how to behave to others and also cut the phone calls when we talk.(NANDHAKUMAR) Also they don't give correct informations after i pay my full loan amount and dues. I think this is not a finance cmpny its a group of rowdies otherwise they don't behive like this. So please don't repeat this like others.
