I had booked my flight ticket through Air India Website in APR 2021.
Flight date was 3 JUN 2021.
That flight got cancelled due to COVID and I rescheduled it to next available date. then it got cancelled again due to COVID and I rescheduled it. Then it got cancelled again due to COVID and automatically got rescheduled.
My last flight date was 13-14 SEP 2021 which also got cancelled.

Dear Sir/Ma'am
The refund for the flight cancellation by the Airlines has not been processed or received. The flight was scheduled for May 24, 2021 which was cancelled but never received the refund. Many attempts have been made via e-mail and customer care...

I have called more than 15 times and waiting time more than 40 mins each time ( wasted mote than 2.5 hrs) and when customer care picked unable to resolve Flight reschedule issue. Call disconnected 3 times after long waiting times.

I am compelled to book another flight and now I want to cancel my flight on 2 Dec 2022.
Utmost poor customer care by you people.

I booked this PNR Y0Y70 long back and then changed the dates and destination last week. The agent said i have to 104$ per pax and I paid $208 right then. He also acknowledged the same.
