I searched nearby all around my area bt, it didn't available.

Then, finally i informed to it's agency, but yet it didn't respond serious on it.

We have registered a complaint (on 13/01/2021) at TVS & Sons Ltd - Ashok Leyland, Madurai (Branch) regarding Centre Joint shaft & bearing noise. Mr. Selvam (Vehicle attender) was explained about the issue briefly by our driver Mr. Sugumar. Mr. Selvam checked the Issue and provided the Performa for Rs. 9000/- promising to resolve the issue by 4PM. We have agreed and accepted to pay the subjected amount.
Next 1 hour I got a call again from Mr. Selvam briefing that the centre joint is of different type so the Performa amount will be revised to Rs.12000/- where we agreed to the same. Meanwhile all the dismantling work was happening. Around 2PM I got a call from Mr. Selvam stating that this centre joint is of different model we don’t have spares at our showroom, we will arrange from the market to clear the issue where the Performa value changes to Rs.16000/-.
We agreed to replace the spare with the said amount. He called back at 4PM and said that the part no is mismatched in the local market. As informed earlier this model Centre joint is difficult to get in the local market also we have checked with all our Tamilnadu showrooms, where there is no spares available.
Luckily they have only 1 set available at poonthamalli, chennai and Mr. selvam Statement was, we have to place an order to that showroom, and we will be receiving the spares by 19/01/2021 only then we can replace the parts. Untill then the vehicle should stand ideal (6 days). He also said that its not their fault, it’s purely AL fault not providing proper spares. We also insisted him to re-mantle the parts to the old condition so that we will move on to the load and later once you informus we will come and replace it. He objected that once dismantled cannot be rebuilt. It is a must you have to wait till the parts arrive. This is the last conversation.
Losses we are facing due to TVS & Sons Ltd - Ashok Leyland, Madurai employee carelessness,
my vehicle is now halted at Madurai showroom,
1) We missed out a planned loads to Hyderabad at (8PM), which was already informed to Mr Selvam at the time of job card entry. (Rs.38500/-)
2) Driver is not allowed to stay in showroom due to covid19 situation. Until the vehicle is getting ready I have to support him to stay in the local place (with Accommodation/Food etc) (Rs.6000/-).
We are struggling for to get spares for a 2 year old AL vehicle, we are highly disappointed.

We have purchased generator from dee power corporation on 2014 82.5 kva..
Since from the time of purchase we are not getting services from them.. Complaints are made but nothing is done.. Their service people don't provide us with bill, they have their own name bill printed (Dulal paul)
Secondly mr pinaki representative of 2pc general broking & service from siliguri is not in the position to provide us bill for generator repair and maintenance,
They have given me discount over the parts, but now he is denying for discount and asking us to make payment as per the quotation provide..

We have asked them for amc for our generators but they are unable to provide us with that services...

Mr pinaki is expect in manipulation and put wrong obligation over clients..

I received the call letter which included many things that made me believe that the information were true. But it wasn't, they asked me to pay 8000 rupees but later they asked for 25000 rupees again but after paying it I came to know it was fake .I know that my mistake was included but many innocent people like me are cheated by using your company name . this must not continue you'll have to help everyone out of this by filling the case against them.

I have al3718 purchased in feb-2018 since then veh creating steering problem regularly. Steering got jam in running position at any time time.

He deliver me the vehicles in punjab without form 21 tcr. Its been 16 days till 12-2-19 i have the vehicles without any documents. We are purchased ashok leyland sunshine school bus 40 seater delivered in sankagiri yard. At the time we fill rs.1000/- fuel and we started sankagiri to tirupur. At the newly bought school bus was breakdown near uthukuli due to fuel pump problem. Today i received a text message containing a blog link, offering the job. I started laughing when i read the message.

Laughing points mention by fraudsters:

First, a reputed company offering job through google blog.

Second, they are showing open position for all type of designation in one letter [it is not new company so they required every type of employee (From chef to ca/cs) on single time]

Third, asking around 10, 000 rs as security deposit (Giving reason we will offer you flight tickets and all, listen you fraudster if we want to come by flight we will do ticket by ourselves) and who the hell ask security for coming in interview only (Lol)

Last but not least, no manager of big corporates mention their mobile number in just job offer letter.

These fraudsters are just degrading the goodwill of big corps and earning a lot of money by doing mind wash of young unemployed people.

Advice: before getting any type of job or offer whoever asks you to pay first is fraudster (90% cases). Before paying to any one first consult your senior, check official website of big corporate, search the frauds if any by that company on google, or if possible go and check the physical registered office and check how old that company is.

This is sivan s from cochin, ernakulam district, kerala state; kindly requesting the concerned attention to the following matter.

I had purchased a1 boss 913 chassis from tvs kaloor branch on 15 jan 2019 and drove to erode for the body building and came back to cochin. The vehicle started operating from 29 jan 2019 and till date has run only 1800 km. On 1 feb the vehicle was given to the tvs garage in alangad for servicing as the very bad noise was observed in the cabin and it was also reported by the driver that the vehicle had oil leak from the axle of the back left side. The next day the vehicle started it's business routine and again an oil leak from the same part of the vehicle was observed and again we took the vehicle to the garage at alangad. Now the vehicle is said to be done with service at the garage. I would like to bring your attention to the fact that it's causing a lot of loss for me to constantly bring my vehicle from the business to the garage for servicing. If another issue comes around i would be forced to take things legally.

Duly note that i have been a customer for the leyland for a very long time but it's very disappointing with the service offered in the state. Previously and now also i wasn't able to find any company representative to brief about the vehicle. The bus that i currently have lost its mileage after undergoing the service at your service centers and when reported of the same, i was neglected and ignored. It's been 2 years and they still haven't taken matters up and this has caused me several loss. I want to trust the quality of product and service that leyland offers but it's very sad that it's not as promising as it should be.

I request you to take the necessary actions and if not will be forced to take matters to the legal procedure.

I am one of the cheated customer of ashok leyland 1618 bsiv tipper. The tipper was delivered to me on april 2018 since that time on wards i am facing lot of troubles and negligence from the product as well as the service side especially the tvs service center pathanamthitta one of the worst service provider ever i experienced especially the service manager and staff side.. The problem started on brakes initially the company is telling its abs brakes. Please check the abs brakes having the specifice quality as u mentioned in your advertisement
. My problems - i faced now
1 the spindle complaint - the tyre was totally gone due to this complaint before seven thousand kilometer bcz of this complaint i lost around 45000 thousand rs. (Replaced with new tyres)
2 now my tipper run around 15000 km (600 hrs)- the break pad was gone and the service provider is telling its not under warranty the same time i purchased bharth benz it was run around 28976 km (Almost double) km then only i changed even they only take the labor change minimum amount only and also my tata tippers also the same load capacity i am changing after 25000 to 30000 kms only. So its your product issue and as a service provider ur not considering our complaint and rectifying (Now there telling almost 10000 rs it will cost almost all works)
3 mileage issue - during the booking period of tipper the sales team assure as an average 3.5 to 4.5 km / liter as i am getting only 2.5 to 2.7 km/l only with standard driving conditons and permitted loads. This issue i already raised during july 2018, up till its not yet checked from service side.
4 due to your service delay (For changing the grill in front due to the brake problem) my vechicle was kept in a local workshop your service team for more than 45 days during may to june 2018 and i lost almost 3 lac rupes stil the compansaition was no t given what thy agreed during june

5 my tipper is now 8 month old the door was not closing and some times its automatically locking and also i am facing the jack issue also.
6 in terrain condition the balance was not proper and luckly escped 3 times with hitachi people (They supported to falling from one side)
7. The engine break was not working from one month onwards of the delivery, when it is noticed on first time we complainted to the service team and there is no proper response from the team and they solved the issue recently almost after 8 months (There is one accident happen in betweenbcz of this issue). This is serious negligence from the service team.
8. After the accident bcz of break issue the front glass was changed and when it was raining and washing the vechicle water is going inside through beading and that will causing rusting of my vechicle. This complaint was raised to service team still not clarified.

All the details of this issue i mailed to the deputy officer vipin das (Tvs kottayam) and he agreed me to solve this issue after getting a detailed mail from my side. Now its the 10 th day finishing after i send the complaint mail there is no proper action even thy are not respond to my mail or even thy didnt call or ask the complaint throuh phone

I am not mentioning the small tings (A lot — ). Since the last 5 years iam in the material supply field and i am using almost all componies vechicles but this is the first time i am facing this much of trouble from a reputed company like ashok leyland and also from especially service team (Tvs pathanamthitta)

If your following the slogon of your advertisement apki jeet hamari jeet (I expected good quality of product and service). Plaese consider this complaint seriously and take necessary action aginst those who are responsible immediatly.

My leyland 1618 tipper take air and unable to run. It was purchased march 2018. Problem seen from the first month of purchased, many times i complained it area engineer and also service center but they failed to shortout thir problem and my vehicle is standing in service center “rr motors north lakhimpur, assam” due to that i get lost in my business site.
So need a quick action

विषय: अशोक लीलैंड की उपभोक्ता सेवा निम्न स्तर की होने व ब्रेकडाउन सपोर्ट न मिलने बाबत।

महोदय,
निवेदन है कि मेरे द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ के रायपुर पास स्थित कुम्हारी में वर्धमान मोटर्स से केबिन सहित 3718c मॉडल गाड़ी मई 2018 में क्रय की गई थी, जिसका परिवहन पंजीयन क्रमांक cg04me3060 है।

यहकि मेरी उपरोक्त गाड़ी छत्तीसगढ़ के रायगढ़ जिले के खरसिया नगर के पास स्थित नगर पंचायत डभरा के पास "ग्राम- घूघरी बाजार" में ब्रेकडाउन हो गयी है, यहकि गाड़ी का कंडक्टर साइड पीछे डाला का मुर्गा टूट गया है, मेरी लोड़ अवस्था में है, गाड़ी चलाने की स्थिति में नही है।

यहकि उपरोक्त ब्रेकडाउन शिकायत के संबंध में निवारण हेतु मेरे द्वारा अशोक लीलैंड टोलफ्री नंबर [protected] में ब्रेकडाउन सपोर्ट के लिए कॉल लिया गया, लेकिन उनके द्वारा ब्रेकडाउन संबंधी मामला नहीं होना बताकर फोन काट दिया गया। दूसरी बार फिर मैंने उसी नंबर में 02 नंबर में शिकायत दर्ज कराने कॉल किया गया, लेकिन कोई महत्व नहीं मिला।

इस संबंध में मेरे द्वारा अशोक लीलैंड के अधिकृत शोरूम व सर्विस सेंटर "वर्धमान मोटर्स कुम्हारी, दुर्ग, छत्तीसगढ़" में संपर्क किया गया, परंतु सर्विस मैनेजर मनीष ने कोई सहयोग नही किया, तथा मुझे टोलफ्री में संपर्क करने कहाँ गया।

यहकि मेरी गाड़ी आज दिनांक: 15/12/2018 को सुबह से उपरोक्त स्थल पर ब्रेकडाउन खड़ी हुई है, जिसके मुझे आर्थिक और मानसिक क्षति पहुंची है। साथ ही अशोक लीलैंड की उपभोक्ता सेवा की गुणवक्ता को भी निम्न स्तर का होना दर्शाता है, इन परिस्थितियों में शायद भविष्य में मेरे और मेरे सहयोगियों के अशोक लीलैंड द्वारा निर्मित वाहन क्रय करने से बचेंगे।

We purchased ecomet 1214 that time company said that our vehicle is for 10 tonne load passing and having average of 5.5 km/ltr. After loading 10 tonne material in vehicle vehicle body touches to tyre and average of 4.5 km/l. We show that to company then company said that it's not our problem it's your problem. For 10 tonne load you increase number of patas to vehicle. And for average we are not responsible.
So i ask to company if vehicle not capable for 10 tonne passing and not getting average near about 5.5 km/l then why you said customer that our vehicle is 10 tonne passing and having average of 5.5 km/l.
So stop cheating with customer and get responsibility for problems otherwise don't selling this vehicle to customer.
