Mai rajesh kumar singh chopan sonbhdra (uttar pradesh) mai ashok leyland se 2 mahine pahile 3718 tipper liya tha jiske lift me dikat aagyi hai kal se humari gaadi load kar ke khadi hai unload karne ke liye mai call kiya tha ashok leyland service center me lekin unhone koi response nhi diya fir mai serivec manger ko bhi call kiya unhone bhi koi response nhi diya unke unshkil staf gaye aur wo gadi ki dikat samjh nhi paye ..fir unho ne batay ki uska control wall kharab hai jo ki mere pass hai nhi aur usko available karne me 15.20 din lag jayega
Sir meri gadi finance agar mai 15 20 gaadi khada rakhu to kon uska EMI submit karega aur mai kaise kar paunga
Ashok leyland ki policy hai 24 hours me service available krne ki but koi response nhi inpe koi karwai kare sir

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am innocent and honest person Sir/Mam, I have all the proof with all phone calls recording and emails records that I have received and I sent to the company’s employees. They are fooling me from 16/02/2018 and on 15/02/18 Miss Shruti mam told me that MR. Saurabh you are shortlisted in our company Ashok Leyland so contact to our HR Mr. Sunil Mishra and then Mr. Sunil Mishra sir had taken my interview held on 16/02/2018 at 03:28 PM on +91 [protected](Mr. Sunil Mishra), scheduled by Mr. Sunil Mishra and Mr. Sunil Mishra has given finally successfully selection news via phone calls on +91 [protected](Mr. Sunil Mishra) on 17/02/2018 at 04:42 PM for the position of Software Developer. At the time of interview, no any kind of information regarding any fee given to me over the phone call and/or vie emails. Suddenly they sent me an email on 17/02/18 at 04:41 PM that has salary information and its saying that SAURABH you have to pay INR 9000 till the date 19/02/18 else you will be rejected. Then unfortunately I have done successfully net banking transition to Ashok Leyland Ltd India (by normal massage, bank account details are sent by Miss Priyanka Gupta on 17/02/18 at 07:41 PM). after getting doubts I did make many times specially call to Mr. Sunil Sir and Miss Priyanka Gupta Mam so all the doubts must be very clear and no any hidden fee and hidden terms and conditions of the company but still this the date 18, 19 /02 /18 no such kind of information shared and given to me by the company. Suddenly on 21/02/18 at 01:36 PM I got company email that is saying submit 31000 INR fee before 22/02/2018.then I did make many calls to MR Sunil and Priyanka Gupta Mam but they told me yes Saurabh you have the pay else your file will be canceled with 2000 inr per

file and finally Mr. Sunil Sir told me Saurabh 3000 inr your file cancelation charge but the most important things are here no such kind of information (cancelation charge etc. caution fee 9000 and 31000 inr etc.) given to me at the time interview and after one or two days of the telephonic interview
I was just getting surprises and hidden fees from the company Ashok Leyland Ltd India (Mr. Sunil Mishra and Miss Priyanka Gupta and Shruti Mam and Vidya Mam)
Finally, they are not returning/transferring my full 9000 INR amount in my SBI bank account (details already sent by me on those company emails).
On 23/02/2018 at 11:23 AM, they (Shruti mam) told me that it’s my surety we will not return your money INR 9000
They told me fully openly on phone calls Go and tell to PM AND CM CBI IB Supreme Court or anyone, on one can stop this crime or fraud no one can arrest us.
I have all phone calls records and written emails proof from company’s name Sir/Mam, Please justice Honorable Authorities
Everything I will tell you very clearly and truly with all the proofs over the phone calls and face to face Sir/Mam Honorable Authorities.
The most important thing is here that every day they might make fool and fraud with your children in the India and get/collect these kinds of hidden fee from the many candidates (your children), Honorable Authorities.

I did job at State Election commission Saharanpur Uttar Pradesh as a private computer operator and earned the job salary 9000 INR and from other previously done job with honesty.
Honorable Authorities.
Kindly help me to get back my money INR 9000 from those fraud people

Help us to stop it and destroyed these fraud-fake/deceit/cheating things from Our Nation, Mother Country India

Updated by ritesh 9288 I have purchase one ASHOK LEYLAND DOST from HAMRAHI AUTO faizabad road chinhat lucknow sales executive name Vikrant nath tiwari on 21 sep 2017 but still my RTO process not done and he not pick the call.. i ahve sumited all the doc and margine money my vehicle is stand how i can give the EMI i know that that when customer purchase any thing sales executive asked i will provide service but when customer takes the product sales executive forget whats your name i dont know who r u please help me
