ashok leyland bs iv trucks are useless and ecu is faulty

Ashok leyland bs iv vehicles are useless, as they have many problems associated with their trucks and have bs iii trucks as well, they are fine.
But bs iv truck is not up to the mark, there are so many issues with the engine and ecu. And most importantly the service centres are not capable of identifying the issues with the trucks. Let me share one weird experience, one of my {bs iv 2518 model) truck everything was fine, it was stopped for loading and immediately after loading when the driver trying to start the truck there is no response from the truck, what the hell is wrong??? And most importantly its the new truck.
Ashok leyland, please wake up before it's late, already bharat benz is eating your share. Rectify issues and ecu problems on bs iv truck.
You are losing your valuable customer, and i'm happy to say that from now on, i would prefer benz then ashok leyland.

I have received a fake call named as Ashok Leyland they have done a telephonic interview and then they send me a call letter and asked for the security money ..the girl named as Vidya Tewari and then they send me a account detail named as Sunil Mishra for depositing the money for the confirmation of job.. contact info Vidya tewari-[protected]

Yesterday (20/07/2018) i received call letter from ashok leyland. The call letter contains many work position then Hr head sunil mishra mobile number too.then i call to sunil mishra. He said pay the money for security amt of Rs.9500 & today is the last date.
Then i transfer the money to ashok leyland a/c.
Then i call the company number they are said no one work here in the name of Mr. Sunil mishra.
Please help me

iam complaining about the dealer of ashok leyland named ajmera motors

Dealer of ashok leyland name ajmera motors, located at nalasopara and chandivali, sakinaka mumbai.
i was purchase a DOST (lcv) in the month of nov2015.
now at the time of RTO PASSING iwas demanded for test certificate from ajmera motors chandivali workshop to complete the RTO PASSING process in the month of april. but mr DEEPAK VICHARE asked for the money of rs 4299/ in advance to provide the TEST CERTIFICATE against my vehicle no. MH48AG 1514 AND Also told me to complete ther oil change and services of the vehicle against the taken money. but today 17/7/2018 at the time period of services they REFUSED to accept there payment recipt and not ready to provide the services against this vehicle number and talking very badly and harrasing me and my staff from 11am to 7pm . after that i called to police to enterfair in this matter and from tomrrow iam going to file the case against to all of them from AJMERA MOTORS. and now from today i inform to all my union members and friends to not purchased any dost vehicle from AJMERA MOTORS and do not send any vehicle to ajmera motors for any query.
this is very very bad and cheated BY AJMERA MOTORS.

My new vehicle model 3718 bs 4 in anil moters jabalpur madhya pradesh.23 may 2018 my vehicle is accident and i have towing my vehicle going to workshop in your jabalpur anil moter but their is no response because some parts are not available is today there workshop manager say i will order your vehicle parts and he say your part concurrent soon 7 days current possession is after 30 day my vehicle parts is coming his workshop but this part is wrong and after he say to me i will once again order this part. And my vehicle is not complete working 40days in anil moter workshop. I have many loss in this delay time. All parts ordered before 30 day in the date of today. This very bad response to dealer by customer service.

warranty claim
My new vehicle (7months earlier) model 1618, reg.- wb41h-7645 in sree automobile (Naala, burdwan, west bengal) my vehicle is break down on road and i call ashok leyland direct for relief van & then sree automobile come from naala, he open my vehicle parts is repairing for going to workshop in your nala sree automobile but there is no response for recovery my vehicle because he says that you are not eligible for full claim so you pay me rs.20000.00. But he not says that how many cost or service charge total & how much pay company not says. He only says you pay fast rs.20000.00 then start your work. What is yours procedure for company warranties.
I don’t know how much pay you for my warranty amount?

Contact-[protected] about a job in ashok leyland. I was quite sure that they are fraudsters but i wanted to be sure & see how they fool someone on the basis of giving job. After that she told me that you're selected & sent me an email ([protected]@ashokleylandrecruitment.in) to deposit 7000 cash for company security. Beware of such fraudsters guys. Real companies never ask for money & never conduct telephonic interview.

rectification of defects in vehicle (four wheel)
We had purchased the vehicle from anupam motors, jodhpur on 6.1.2016.
The following defects needs rectification :
1. Its tyres have cut.
2. Its jack is defective.
3. Diesel line censer is defective.
4. Stapling of the tyres is defective.
5. Locks of the doors gets locked up and do not open.
6. Head break is defective.
It is request. Plz take immeidate action for rectifying the above defects.

This is to inform you that the manager and the other staff gave me releasing order and asked us to go to vijayawada to get the vehicle. My people went on[protected] by 8'o vlock jn the morning. But till now the vehicle hasn't been delivered. They have been saying they will deliver in half hour but it did not happen. The negligence of the management and company is clearly visible. They are fooling me from 16/02/2018 and on 15/02/18 miss shruti mam told me that mr. Saurabh you are shortlisted in our company ashok leyland so contact to our hr mr. Sunil mishra and then mr. Sunil mishra sir had taken my interview held on 16/02/2018 at 03:28 pm on +91 [protected] (Mr. Sunil mishra), scheduled by mr. Sunil mishra and mr. Sunil mishra has given finally successfully selection news via phone calls on +91 [protected] (Mr. Sunil mishra) on 17/02/2018 at 04:42 pm for the position of software developer. At the time of interview, no any kind of information regarding any fee given to me over the phone call and/or vie emails. Suddenly they sent me an email on 17/02/18 at 04:41 pm that has salary information and its saying that saurabh you have to pay inr 9000 till the date 19/02/18 else you will be rejected. Then unfortunately i have done successfully net banking transition to ashok leyland ltd india (By normal massage, bank account details are sent by miss priyanka gupta on 17/02/18 at 07:41 pm). After getting doubts i did make many times specially call to mr. Sunil sir and miss priyanka gupta mam so all the doubts must be very clear and no any hidden fee and hidden terms and conditions of the company but still this the date 18, 19/02/18 no such kind of information shared and given to me by the company. Suddenly on 21/02/18 at 01:36 pm i got company email that is saying submit 31000 inr fee before 22/02/2018. Then i did make many calls to mr sunil and priyanka gupta mam but they told me yes saurabh you have the pay else your file will be canceled with 2000 inr per

Ecomet supplied by Madurai TV'S Dealer on 7.5.18 as bad condition. Brake system not properly checked. Dashboards are broken. Whèels are wobling on driving. Starring not properly assembled. Not satisfying on purchase ur brand . No response after sales.Try to rectify my problem.vehicle in DINDIGUL.

Dear sir,
My vehicle number mh04jk0210 was break down yesterday in bihar (Uttar pradesh), and called ashok leyland customer care for help twice dated 12/03 & 13/03. And your service man has reached for help today at 5 a. M. And work has been not rectified yet. Such a bad service from a leading commercial vehicle company was not excepted. I murali goud bring in to notice that i ordered a heavy vechile ashok leyland... An d vechile delevery is all most two months late... After doing 100 kilometers.. The problem arised... Engine fan i. E. Escouch problem.. Enginge over heated like any thing.. Showed in karnataka parts not avilable.. Then came to hydrabad kompally here also no parts avalaible... Then again we went to karnataka... Eduru almost 500 kms... After repaireing dinamo...

fraudulent interview call letter
The guys should be punished under law.
They should be hanged till death for which non of them can even think of doing such fraudulent act twice.
I don't know if these bunch of stupid really desperate about money then why don't they do hard work to earn and stop making fools to every one by saying"hello I'm HR Manager and you are selected for interview and send some amount to attain interview."
If somebody get such letter then please avoid otherwise some stalker going to take all your hard earning.

Actually i'm at 40 kmph speed... Suddenly my steering got harder and my vehicle started going zig zag... My vehicle front right side wheel gets out of it's position... It was horrible and terrible.. If i was on highway..

In september 2017 i was purchase 4923 u truck of ashok leyland.
From first day i was facing diesel average problems. It was on 2.4 km per litter. I also gone at service center bhilwara rajasthan where i was purchased.
That is first problem was started but nothing get solution.
After some time my vichle again breakdown in karnatak near kushtagi.
I was complain at call center but the service center suggested please come at service center. So i have to gone there with a lot of risk because i was facing air problem in vichle.in which part was problem was not available there and also in 500 km range. I stop there 28 hours but nothing get help from call center and also service center. That problem was solutions by local mechanic.
Latest problem is the wiring system was damaged by sparking on near the battery box in gujrat forest at 04.00 pm on 27 dec 2017. I have to stop there alone with 19 hours with fear but i couldn't do anything because i m a single motor owner.
The mechanic was come and said me please come at mvr service center bhuj. I have to gone there with 45 km distance with spend 20 liter diesel but wiring line not available there and service manager said that u will have to hold 4-5 days for that work but thankfully to mechanic he was able to in active position my vichle now i m at bhilwara rajasthan home town.
I m thinking that i hold total 7 days for ashok leyland and nothing get else.
What should i do go for consumer court for vichle breakdown holding payment and manage the problem.

1 year back on the implementing time of bs4 vechiles by al. I brought a brand new 222 wb bus from tvs ashokleyland thrissur, kerala
As on its initial stage it plays a very great performance but after some service by an authorized al work shops now it become a
Biggggggg #!!!.

manufacturing defect in 3718uro4 regarding front axle tyre

I ankit khare has purchased 3718 uro4 truck from natraj mobiles jhansi on 20june 2017 bearing registration no up93bt2902 it came on road 6july up till now the vehicle has run only 9500km and by both front radial tyre model s1r4 given by the company has been torned away and there is no rubber left on them. The vehicle alignment has been done several times in leyland workshop but my problem has not been solved. There are several manufacturing faults in the vehicle which are not yet rectified. The radial tyre gives service for100000km on front axel and my vehicle has removed both front tyres only for 9500km my vehicle has gone in leyland workshop for several times but there is no result and your service engineer is also not giving proper response. Kindly take a keen interest in order to solve my problem so that i may not be menally and financially harashed.

My Ashok Leyland LCV Dost bearing Reg No KL- 59H 2861 Chassis No MB1AA22E6DRW 50189 Engine No WDH 026436P was submitted to company Authorised service centre at Paruyaram, Taliparamba, Kannur dist, Kerala State for annual brake maintenance . The AC technician removed the AC unit from the vehicle for regular gas checking - He gave a bill for Rs 1700 just for removing the AC unit from the vehicle- The AC repair bill is yet to come - I consider this charge as exhorbitant and requests refund of excess charged at earliest .
