I ordered AutoDivine Plug N Play Wiring Harness for HILow Converter Mahindra Xuv 500 from autodivine.com website on Nov 3rd. I have paid rs 694 through UPI.

When i check my order it says still in processing. There is no provision to cancel the order.

Also there is no customer support through phone or through chat.

I want my money back....

This online shopoing company is frauding to many people like me. I have paid 1400 Rs on 20th june but still there is no reply and any communication....

I ordered (Autodivine power window closer relay) and (Autodivine side mirror folding relay) form the said website after i contacted the number displayed on the said website. A man prateek chawla claiming to be the owner of the company talked to me and developed a friendly relation. He offered me a discounted price of rs 2800.00 and asked me to deposit the same in his account so that the order can be shipped.
The money was instantly...

On sept 11, we have ordered for a kmh back guard for xuv500 on which we have made a payment of ₹3, 880.00

Total: ₹3, 966.25 (Includes ₹517.34 gst)
We haven't received the item and when we talk to them they send us a fake courier no of dtdc or professional courier. We asked for the cancellation of order and repayment...
