I have placed order of 10 tops @ 999 (total bill- 1061.50) but haven't received any product. I received one mail regarding confirmation of order and the second one mentioning the order will be delivered by max 30th june. After that they haven't responded to my mails and dms' on instagram. Also, they have turned off comments on Instagram posts and their website is not working most of the time.

Came across this page - BEAUTIFY YOURSELF on instagram and ordered some 10 tops from them. The order was placed on 21st March 2021 and the amount was prepaid for the same. It’s been 4 months and the dealer has no update regarding delivery of the products.
I’ve been mailing them since the time I have placed the order but never heard back from them.

So the issue is as stated :
I have placed the order on 22nd Feb 2021 and recieved the products on June 27th 2021. I have recieved completely wrong products . I have mailed too but didn't got any satisfactory revert . the order was delivered more than 4 months delayed.
What I originally ordered were 2 coord set and two t-shirts and what I received was a sweater, a turtle neck and two t-shirts
And the quality of the products is nightmare. I didn't received the products that I ordered instead recieved something else. I have mailed them as well but didn't received and revert. Even for the order update I have to write numerous mails.
I just simply wanted to return the products and get the refund .

They have taken the full payment of over 2k and have not delivered my order. It’s been almost 4 months now

Placed order on May 30 2021, seems to be fake. Don't buy

I had ordered products worth 1000 in the month of may . And we have not got any update regarding the products and shipping. The order status says in processing since 3 months now. They don’t even reply to mails.

I placed order on May 13 .Nobody respond to the mails or messages .I requested for refund as well, they don’t revert to that messages also .

I ordered my products around a year back... following up on mails, instagram, whatsapp for order id 54861.

And once i got a response as "you have never got anything from us, be patient" how much more patient they want me to be, its almost Year now.

I ordered 10top combo for 999, paid for the order. It has been more than a month since i made the order and there is no reply to any of my mails enquiring about the order updates. If there's any issue with the order I would like my money back.

Well so many o[censored]s didn't recieved our orders ...they don't respond and stuff... Lets block report their instagram account ...for being a fraud

My order (order no. 160136) was placed on 24th May 2021, it has been more than 62 days, they haven't delivered my products or refunded the amount.
No mail updates or call has been sent.
I have sent multiple mails to them, they replied once before saying it'll take 45 days at the most excluding sun and sats but it has been more than that already.

Their website is unavailable now. They don't have a number. All their comment sections are blocked on instagram.

I have placed an order in beautify yourself on 20 May 2021 and it has been 2 months and I have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact them through Instagram and have written emails to them but they didn't reply to my messages and didn't revert to my emails. I even got a confirmation email from them. Dear Team,
I had placed an order on 3rd May 2021.
I had made an online payment but still shows 'in process' after all this time.
I've been complaining about this order all over the place but nobody replies.
They have turned off the comments option on Instagram posts. Never reply to messages or emails. Please take an action so that this fake website can be shut down & the owners can be punished accordingly.

Please help. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I had placed my order in may and still not been delievered. I need this to be actioned. Our hard earned money is being spent on websites which are fake. And its unbelievable that there's no action even taken against this. Shame on you'll beautify!!! You will never come up by choosing the wrong way.

I need a refund for my money. Please take action against them. This is just not acceptable.

I ordered on 12th june 2021. Still no response on delivery of my order. Its no way of treating your customers. I have made the payment through PayUMoney. Please refund my money or deliver my order fast.

I ordered ten tops for Rs. 1140, from Beautify Yourself on may 12th. it's been two months, I've not got my order. No reply to mail, DMS, no contact number nothing. They built a new website, I can't track my order nor can I login there. Pls do something, they've over 386k followers on instagram running a scam. They should be removed from instagram

I had ordered on 26th june from beautify.yourself.com website, Gave a order of 10 clothes, even gave the money it is still showing order is processing. Wat the hell is this? Such a fraud website. my 1300 rupees totally gone to waste unbelievable. Complete fraud people.

My order ids are as follows: 29957(placed on 20th october, 2020), 169734, 169772 (placed on 6th june, 2021). I had placed these three orders & none of them have been delivered, also they are not responding to my mails & messages. Their website is www.beautifyourself.in & their page on instagram is beautifyourself. Please help me, I am from a middle class background so for me, 2000 rs are very big amount.

I’d placed an order in April. Haven’t received them yet. No reply to any of my mails.

I ordered from the site on 26th june, 2021 but after a week when i found out many customers not receiving the order, i reached to the website and tried to cancel but they didn't had the option for it so i wrote on their email that i want to cancel my order on 2nd july, but still i haven't received any response or my refund. I again tried to login in the website today and it says my email id is wrong. This is such a scam!!! And also they don't have cash on delivery which means to order something from the website one has to pay online. Now when i did i just don't receive my order neither my refund after contacting them too. I need my refund!!

I ordered some products from beautify yourself Instagram page from my hard earned money costing RS 1086.80 and my order no was 138618 ordered on April 23, 2021
Mailing them continuously to ship my product and they are replying too but there was no any update of the product being shipped, it was continuosly showing order in processing, they told me that my order will be dispatched till 15 july, today is 21 july, when i opened there website, I'm not even able to login through my previous ID, no any information is present at the website about my product or my account created before.
I'm fed up now, I seriously want my refund
I request all the girls to not order from their website because they're fraud, just check some reviews on YouTube before ordering and don't get fooled like me

3 months passed.. Yet site is showing status Processing for my purchase... I have not received anything . Only false promises on e mail..

I have placed my order in April (126829) have not received any parcel yet.. and I can't even login to my beautify account- beautifyorself.co.in but now they have a new link- beautifyorself.in/ but now my email doesn't exist to their website 🙂 they are not even replying to my mails now but they did replied in past some times..

I have ordered 2 tops on April 19th but still I didn't receive my orders and also I mailed the team but not even a single response come from them .I have also paid amount through google pay .

I have given order since March and i have not get any single updates after making the payment.

I ordered couple of Tops and shirt from Beautify yourself on May’21, but didnt receive anything till the date.
Chased them on email and got reply that they will anyhow dispatch the order and i will receive it around last week of June
Its July now and no parcel received from the so called site, they are not even responding on emails

This is a fake shopping site, please do not get into trap and waste your money
I would request the authorities to please take the strict actions againts these kind of fraudants on internet
