Ordered for 4000 but still didn't receive any further information regarding the order
I have ordered the products worth 4000 but still didn't receive any further information on the order and they stopped relying to this .. I guess that might be a fake account ..

Product not dileverd and is showing a cancelled status

I have order 3 tops from this website costing 567 INR on 16th September 2020. They have not dileverd the product and when i track the shipping process it is showing a CANCELLED status and I can't even login to my account on their website. They're not responding to my emails, whatsapp, Instagram, or even phone calls. I want my refund. They are scamming people.

This page is scamming people..you can neither comment or tag their instagram page. I can also send the screenshot of my conversation. Once the money is transferred it doesn't reply and they don't send the product. Initially they will respond and later don't. These kind of page are fooling so many people. They should be behind the bars for looting lakhs of innocent people.

Track order option says No order history

I ordered clothes on their website on 21st October and got a confirmation email saying payment successful and that they would share a tracking ID link very soon... A few weeks later I enquired about what happened since it's been more than 15 days and they replied saying work force is less we'll get your order delivered soon... And after following up with a few more emails they stopped responding. They don't even respond to dms on instagram.

I have ordered products from this site unable to track it and portal is showing no orders has been made yet. My money got deducted and I got order confirmation mail as well

I ordered the product on 31st jan 21 of rs 1154 and now it is 18th march 21 still i have not received any confirmation from the team money has been deducted and after placing the order the site says no order has been made yet. From the date i have ordered the product im constantly dropping the mails msgs on whatsapp and instagram but not even a single reply i have received till now
I ordered the product on 10th march of Rs. 277and now it is 8th April. It has been a full month since I ordered it but my order has not arrived yet.
I have order 5 tops on March 7 and still didn't get it.They don't take calls nor do they reply. It's a fake site.
I ordered 3 tops on 19th March 2021. Today the date is 1st May 2021. I sent mails, dms but there is not a single reply and they don't allowed comments on their posts also... Means there is no way to get in touch with them. Very disappointed ☹️

Order no.7109, I ordered from this site ages ago. First of all, there was no order confirmation for a long time. Second, they never reply to any of the messages. This is one of the worst services. For an e-commerce business that is failing at refunding money or delivering orders, it should at least have the decency to reply to their customers. At this rate, you'll be tending to more to your legal business than the clothing one. When the clothes reach, when they finally do, if the quality isn't upto it's mark(coz honestly I give up on ever expecting my money back), I hope you'd be prepared to deal with official legal complains in the consumer court. I'm so done with these fraudulent, incompetent sites!!

Its been 3 months and they haven't delivered the orders... Its a fake site they are just taking the money and not delivering the orders... I want a full Refund of my Order.

The website is a scam. They responded to emails initially then stopped. We order things for 1600 and did the online payment. We still haven't received the order its almost been 2 months. They're just thugging people and are a scam.

Money laundering with no delivery of products and zero response to complaints

I had ordered clothes from their instagram page beautify_yourself and had paid 330/- through Gpay. I had placed the order on 7th June and still haven't received my clothes (currently 18th October). They don't respond to my mails or dms. They have removed the comment section on their instagram and do not take any calls on the helpline. I had also spoken to other girls who had been scammed by this company and most of them did not get any product but paid for it as they ask for 100% advance payment.

My order number is 17612 and i placed the order on 28th august. Today is 8th october and i haven't received my order. They guys are doing fraud. They don't respond nor do they reply to mails or dm's. It was a prepaid order and now they are not delivering it.

I have ordered 2 tops from this website on 20th July 2020. I paid Rs469 using GooglePay and then I received a confirmation email about my order.
Many days passed but I did not receive my order so I called the owner she said the parcel will be delivered till 10th August maximum. Today is 12th August and I still haven't received my products or tracking details and when I call them they don't receive my call and they don't respond to any of my messages or emails.
Please help me with this issue.
