I ordered products from beautifyourself two months ago they said products will be delivered soon they posted on Instagram that they will deliver all batches by 30th June and now that date also goes but no response from them not even replying my mails

Its been two months and i haven't received. they are totally fraud.

I had placed my order on May 1 and I still haven't received it. On top of that they have stopped responding to my emails. Initially when asked for the order status they replied but now when I ask them for my refund, no response. I was looking forward to shopping from this site. But, alas! I'm so disappointed. I just want my money back now.

I ordered some products I liked 6 months ago. I received them today but none of the products are even remotely close to what I ordered. Atleast same products should have been delivered. I'm absolutely disgusted by the products received. If I don't get the same products, then what is the point of ordering at all. And I'm sure that they don't even fall in the same price range. They don't even reply anywhere no matter how many messages one sends i.e. on instagram, email and WhatsApp. It is like they don't care about consumer satisfaction or our hard earned money. I would like a refund of my money and return the products received. It would be appreciated if they give exactly the same products I actually ordered . They even gave false information that they have shipped the listed items of the real order but none of them were received. I want a refund of my money or recieve what I actually ordered for which I would gladly return the products received which I absolutely hate. Order number-92114

I ordered product long time ago but still not delivered. They're fraud. They don't respond.

I ordered 6 tops from beautify yourself website through instagram ... Its been more than 2 months but still I didn't get my products.. They are not even responding for my mails & dms such a fraud website

This is our mistake that we believe on a site that does not even have a customer contact number? Are they even legit ?? And whats the use o[censored]s complaining here, no one takes any action on such companies !!

I booked some clothes, (literally 10 tops☹️).
I received them after 2months. And they sent me the tops which didn't even select. They just sent me some other design tops which are of no use. The sizes are also different and the quality is so poor compared to the photos which they upload. I emailed them about this and they said that they're going to refund me the money back within 2 weeks. I waited for 2+weeks and I still didn't receive my refund. I mailed them many times. But they don't even respond... Please someone help me to get my refund...

I got my ordered product after 4 months and that too is different...It's totally different from the one I ordered. Want to return the Product.

It's such a worst experience, it's being two weeks, no updates not contact, not received my things . Already paid online . Take it a serious note . Beautify Yourself is the company name it's very bad experience.

I had placed my order on 11th June 2021 and still didn't receive it.

I ordered a few tshirts from this so called beautify urself company a couple of months back.
And now they delivered, so i found only 2 tops in my parcel and that too are torn of quality.
Highly disappointed with the kind of service they've provided or donow providing to many of the customers around.
Kindly take a strict action against these fraud people.
Cause they don't work on mails, watsapp or social media platforms.
Do some strict code on these.

I ordered from this website called beautify yourself, I found there page on Instagram. The offers they were providing were extremely attractive and eye catching, I order from there ongoing sale of 10 for 999 and as there was no cod available I was little suspectical about it, but then I did a mistake and ordered from them, they immediately send a message verification for the amount and your order, I thought okay looks genuine, then I was waiting for further updates on the order but no nothing I received regarding the order being shipped or anything, after a month or so I sent message on their insta DM and was waiting and waiting and waiting, no response from there end but I keep on messaging them daily. I kinda tried contacting them every possible way but couldn't, one fine day they replied that since they are having overwhelming no of orders and their stock got empty so they will send me their bestselling products. But I didn't wanted something that I didn't order or to get something that I won't ever wear so, I opened their website and checked for the items that were available and sent them the ones that they could send me since they were showing in stock for sale that must be with them too right? But Nah, they just keep ignoring and didn't reply any sooner. At last now I have lost all the hopes and writing my complain here atleast for the people who haven't ordered from them can be saved. Please ban such fraud accounts looting people, make some proper inquiry over this.

I placed an order on 29 april 2021 and today is 16th june. And i still haven't recieved my package.I have mailed them so many times, they don't provide you with any contact no. Please don't trust also they don't cod so you have to pay online in advance. This is scam. I want my parcel and they're really unprofessional.

Hiii, my experience with beautify yourself is very awful it's been almost 2 months i didn't got my order and neither they reply to mails. my order number is 151848 please send my package or refund my money. this is really too much. they are making excuse of lockdown. delivery is possible .i understood your situation for over 2 months now i expect the same please i request to refund my money or send my package . thank youu

Its almost been a month, I still have not received my order

I placed order with order id- #154711 at 15 may and it's not delivered yet. I paid online but there is no contact with us from your website. I mailed you many times but there is no reply at all. If you are doing fraud with customers so i will not shut my mouth and will go to consume forum to complaint against this fraud.

I placed my order in February and it’s mid June I haven’t received anything yet. I’ve sent dozens of mails which they take ages to reply but still no sign of my order. Soon after the payment I Can not login into there site anymore. There’s no COD available to rob the customers

Where is my product i do online payment and payment was succesful but order is not deliverd yet its hv been 5 days i want my money back

They only loot our money and didn't contact at all i orderd my clothes and then they did not shipped yet. And no replys to mails nothing. I will complain againts them if they will not delieverd my top. My daddy is a T.I of gwalior. I won't spare them

My order no 140639 is pending for delivery since more than 45 days.
There is no phone no. and no customer support available. It seems this is a fraud.
I request all not to use this website to order any stuff and please be aware.

I placed my order on 19 April but still I didn't receive my order but I paid my amount. You cheaters you took my money and didn't give my ordered product😡😡

I had order some dresses in the month of january and since than i am trying to ask them to deliver the product or refund my amount. On instagram page they says either delivery or full refund guaranted i am asking for my refund of almost 1000 rupees but now they are not responding to any of my emails not on instagram either.
