I have made a deposit of 1000 in betway on 3rd march which was successful from my end but not reflected in betway wallet thus i registered a complaint about the same on their website through email and live chat

On 28 Feb 2023, 13:14:02 I deposited Rs 5000 through my Betway Account : alpkumar through UPI Bank Transfer mode.

Rs 5000 got deducted from my Union Bank Of India Account, and I got an SMS from my bank about the UPI Transaction :[protected]

I contacted : [protected]@betway.com ; [protected]@betway.com
with attached proof of my Bank Statement, Screen Shot of the transaction of Rs 5000 deducted from my Union Bank Of India Acoount, and copy of the SMS which I received from my bank.

Received automated replies for my emails with :
Betway Support Reference Number :[protected]
Customer Complaint Receipt Reference Number :[protected]

But unfortunately even after 9 Days my UPI Bank Transfer of Rs 5000 hasn't yet been credited into my Betway account : alpkumar

I had made a deposit of Rupees 25000 on 11 Feb through UPI mode but the amount has not been credited to my betway account. I have contacted Betway through their email [protected]@betway.com, [protected]@betway.com and customer support many times but I’m not getting any response. Kindly intervene in the matter as it has been 18 days.

I have deposited ₹12000 on 18th february 7:04 pm ans the amount was deducted from my bank through PhonePe however I am not getting the money in my betway account. I tried to chat with live support but they disconnected everytime my turn came.

I have mailed before 2 weeks ago my proof of deposit, still not been credited to my account what are you doing When I ask in the live chat every day they said 48 hrs' money will be credited still not been credited. The customer support people are making people very frustrated every time I chat with them they are saying something. I need my money today at any cost in my account.

Signed up on 21st Nov and deposited 2000 INR through UPI, but the money did not credit my player acc but has gone out of my bank.
Live Chat - confirmed that the payment was pending at their end and asked me to email a screen shot which I did, since then I have not had a reply and Live Chat defaults to their annoying pointless robot assistant.
I have asked the bank to investigate !!! Their investigation never ends. Day 40 asking for my money

The company betway a fantasy gaming app took money from me and I have reduced the use of app but the money is not visible in my gaming account unfortunately didn't received money. I texted customer care but they do not respond positively and I am not able to receive money

Amount of inr 15k was debited using UPI. Due to my limit it wasn't credited to my betway account. I had contacted support aswell as live chat but nothing has happened so far. Be aware of this site and I would not suggest anyone to get trapped here in this site. Request all the victims to tweet to Kevin Pietersen and other promotor of this site. Thanks and all the best.

But the betway says maximum deposit amount was Rs 6000 so i could not deposit the money to betway. Betway agent says the money will be refunded to my bank account as i was asked for my Bank Statement. I sent my bank statement also but the money was not refunded to my bank account or deposited to my bank account till today. Please look into this matter.

Complaint against Betway SA vs client registered cellphone number [protected]

I have a problem I engaged in a promotion with Betway SA on their FIFA world cup promotion that allows you to predict match day results for the world cup games and on the 23th I placed a prediction and won two matches that I was eligible for a R500 free bet for but till this day I've been trying to resolve the matter with Betway SA with no hope of resolution to the matter. You get to predict on the 4 games placed everyday of the group stage and their prices are R500 in free bet for two correct predictions, 2000 in free bet for 3 correct predictions and R5000 in shared cash price for the whole 4 games predictions. today is the 30th and I still haven't received my free bet and I would like for you guys to look into this matter. Because they made mistakes in their ad as well when you look at their price page compared to how it works page and their terms and conditions page, at the price page it says you have to get 4 games correct for the R500 price, 6 games for the R2000 price and 8 games for the 5000 price when there are only 4 games played a day but their terms and conditions lay the rules correctly as it reads you have to get two games correct in a match day to win 500
