Good morning sir I have made a transaction amount 40000 on 15 apr UTR number is[protected] was successful transaction but amount not credited in betway account I have complaint against the transaction but bank says reciver received payment of 40000 I have all documents to attech in the mail so please add my money and refund to my account thanks betway

I have deposited INR 2000, FRIM MY ACCOUNT on 26 Feb 2023 but
Not received my deposit money it's more than 2 months and still no response from betway team side... They guy's are not have any responsibility

On 17th April, I was added 5000 INR amount through UPI paytm deducted in my bank account but not added in my beltway account. This is the UPI reference no :[protected]. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I tried depositing money in my betway wallet through UPI then money got debited from my account but it was not credited to my betway wallet. I have tried contacting their customer care but there is no response.
This is total fraud company Please ban this from India

I have deposited Rs.50, 000 INR on March 01, 2023 but not reflected on betway wallet and not refunded to Bank.

Betway support is always lying that your issue will solve shortly and get confirmation email but nothing happend.

Hello I have deposited my money but I didn't receive yet in my account and it's more than 18 hours right now this is my UTR no[protected] and my transaction id is T2304161705255435008401 and my deposit amount is 500 and paid to Starlight service's I need urgently in my account 500 rs it's almost 18 hours help me out fast
I talked with customer care they are not responding and i sent mail to the [protected]@betway.com and they are also not responding i need my money back as soon as possible in my betway account or in my bank account

Same happens with me lost ₹2600/-
Neither shown in betway account and debited from account through upi to some ganvit vikrantbhai kantibhai.. and the support team is fake based on A.I. Revolving to mail to chat…. No solution….please don’t go with betway .. will share the experience on Twitter so that more people can be saved from the fraud..

It is almost more than a month, my withdrawal amount INR.5000/- still not credited to by SBI account.

Please help me to sort out this issue.

I credited ₹1000/- to Betway account on 3rd April 2023. And money was transferred successfully through Phonepe but it was not credited to betway account.

I wrote mail to customer support through [protected]@betway.com as well as [protected]@betway.com but still no response from their regarding refund or credit in betway account.

I made a transaction of INR 1000 through Phonepay to Airpay. The transaction was successful but the money didn't get deposited in BETWAY account. Its been 16 days there is no response from betway so i request please make a solution as soon as possible.

I credited ₹1000/- to Betway Indias account on 30 Jan 2023. And was cheated by the company, as it was not credited to my wallet.
After this i got in touch with there Customer Service chat, and each time they assured amount will be credited back to my account. However, each time they outrightly lied - as amount is yet to credited.
On checking online forums i was shocked that Betway has done this so many clients. They are a Scam company, who only cheat people

Amount Is deducted from my bank account on 2nd April but the amount is still not showing on betway account. I checked with my bank.they told transaction is successful and amount is credited to receiver account.i have been trying to contact on live chat but it's been 1 day but no response.

On 17th march I deposited 1999 through UPI on the Betway app. The app automatically redirected me to gpay and I paid the amount in full.
On opening the Betway app it shows no balance and not even a transaction in the transactions section.
I’ve contacted the customer support over mail and through live chat, got no response over mail and no help over live chat.

Request you to help solve this issue to get my money back to the app or my account. Alternatively, suggest a course of action to sue the organisation on behalf of all the plaintiffs who’s faced similar issues.

I deposited 1999 via UPI and was redirected automatically from the Betway app to the google pay page to pay the money.
I paid it in full and the transaction was successful, but nothing was shown on the Betway app. Not even a pending transaction was shown there.
Since then I’ve tried contacting customer support through mail and I’ve gotten no response. I went on live chat and they were of no help, they told me to mail again.
There has been no response on mail at all.

Request you to help with this matter or suggest the steps to take to sue the organisation once and for all.
