Hi, My name is Sasidhar from Kakinada Andhra Pradesh India, I have opened a Betway account and deposited 558000 and change of money in Betway account as opening balance in it and started playing and won some money with total including my deposit was 800000 + INR in it, my account was suddenly locked for verification while playing on the same day I deposited the amount and playing without any notification. I received a email asking to verify the documents along with the phone call asking for my convenient time to discuss, on my reply to the mail, I received a call from Betway verification team and verification was successful and done. My account was unlocked immediately after 10 minutes, later again after few hours, the account was locked without any information and remained locked till today more than 10 days passed, I have sent emails and gone through all the procedures as mentioned in the website, I didn't get any response from them and my own money got stuck in that account, I have followed them in live chats, emails, any many other ways possible but became useless. How come the verification of documents can take so long ? This became suspicious and not relevant or fair playing. Kindly do necessary before loose trust on this company

I play games on betway . today at 3 am when I am trying to login into my
account it shows incorrect detail. then I talk to their customer support who
then reset my password but I did not receive any reset link on my account.
then I contact them again and ask the I found my email id phone no bank
account number all changed but I did not change any of them. then I ask to
customer support that please lock my account unless you will review my
account. then in the evening, I got a mail from betway in which they
pretended to be betway but they are hackers and my details for verification
I thought they are from betway so send them adhar and pan card later I
realized that they are not from betway they just doing scamming but at that
time it too late. and I am not able to use my account still the email address
and phone no are changed which is not accessible to me .please do
something there is a lot of money in my account

I had deposited 500rs in my betway account by phonepe UPI they are deducted from my account but not credited in betway account i tried contacting them but there is no help.

I had deposited RS500 to my betway through netbanking (SBI BANK) ! it was shown that the payment was successful but no money has been deposited in my betway account and the money has been deducted from my bank account !

Hi from Simon I had around twenty pounds in cash taken from my betway account on Sunday fhe 10th of July between the hours of 1830 and 2100 when I was playing on a game in the betway.com casino section big bass bonanza and the reels on the game continued spinning despite me wanting to exiting the game? Therefore I would like to ask betway to reimburse me the full amount of money back to my betway account as soon as possible please as I did not authorise these transactions and I also can find no record or receipt for these transactions on their website thanks for your help.

I have done multiple beta in applucation betway sports and won but the app shows lost and have taken my money
I have the screenshots and also mailed them but no response.

After creating & verifying betway account i deposit money by using my astro pay card and when i tried to withdraw back betway freez my account. my betway withdrawal complaint was pending since 14 April 2022 and after so many emails I got a deadlock letter [EVTD[protected] mjincome] in which betway mentioned they sent back my money 2500rs [22 may 2022] to my bank account but i didn't receive it yet.
they also closed my account, they don't even responding to my emails.
betway said if you have any complaint than contact eCOGRA.
please help me to solve this issue.

On 01/07/2022, I tried deposited Rs. 500 into my account through PayTm to the website. The amount was deducted from my account but it does not show on my Betway Account. There is no portal on the website for me to contact the company about this. Please help.

These days, we are facing very frequent account locked issue without any genuine reason than when we are about to win big money.

I have created two accounts, won money. Both accounts are locked and no one turned back for investigation and enquiry.

Such a huge loss, now they don't even bother to call and verify what is the issue. Leave about refund your money.

Customer service is so poor.

Just thinking, how many customers would be facing this issue.

This is in regards to the declined deposit dated 2nd November 2021.

2 Deposits were declined and were not refunded for 5 months due to processor issues.

The details of the transactions are as follows.

2nd Nov 2021—6000 rupees.
2nd Nov 2021—20000 rupees.

I went to the bank to check the RRN number they mention it is incorrect and needs to be 12 digit number.

Betway has not replied to that as well as of now

Locked my account Lnr1990 illegally without any information and only after i withdrawn my amount

Have made 2 deposit for a total of 250$. Everything was fine but it never reflected on my betway account.

I contacted the customer service and no one helped me beside telling me to send an email ( wich was never answered)

I have contacted Gigadat ( their payment processor) and they confirmed with me that everything was successful and that my deposits went through.

I am really disappointed from their poor customer service.

I played roulette i just lost all money this is totally fake. My friend and I playing same roulette on same time with same dealer but in my phone app the roulette show other number and on my friend app showed different number. I deposited Rs. 10, 000 on 23:23 of 30th April 2022 as directed by the Betway UPI deposit procedure.

It was supposed to be reflected in my Betway balance but It's been a week and I have tried to contact their support multiple times with no resolution. I am not getting reply of the emails.

To resolve the issue either the money should be deposited in Betway balance or reimbursed to my account.

I would prefer the latter.

I am diposit 5000 but not refunded in betway app

I made a deposit which never deposited in betway account. Later on they told me to wait for 15 business days where as standard time is 5 working days as per banking procedure for reversal. I have provided proof that transaction was successful from my side and banking side however betway team said they need more time to contact back end team and team working on it. after 6 months out of the blue i got email from betway support that they need more information i replied what kind of more information they need ? The reply i received was we have not received any reply from you hence we are closing the complaint. This is purely fraud. I checked online and in India alone betway has 30, 000 + complaints means they are just scamming people and stretching the complaint till customer let it go. Deposit date 30/10/2021. Amount - 10000

I have deposited 220.60$ on April 5th 2022 to betway account.It is debited from credit card and approved. I have provided statement to betway team. they are not responding yet. Can someone resolve this issue.

I had made a deposit of Rs. 30, 000/- on 04th November 2022 but the amount had not been reflected in the betway account.

After several times followup with betway support team also the amount had not reflected in my betway wallet nor in my bank account. I am really worried that already 5 months is completed and again I am hearing the same answer from the support team that bank processor team is still reviewing the progress and we cannot tell you the exact time frame.

I request you to kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.
