I made transaction of almost 2.3lakh since yesterday. 50000 INR Everytime one of the transactions died and it wasn't credited. I was asked to wait for 14 working days. But the reviews are scaring me how they don't do it in time. I want assurance from betway that they will return my money. Or just credit it in my account.

My money of 3000 Inr been debited from my ICICI Bank account and not reflecting in my betway account. Please respond to this asap.

I have deposited money via net banking but it is not shown in my betway account. I am not able to connect with any active customer support too. What’s the solution to this as I am not able to get my money back or else atleast deposit in my betway account

On 23th March, 2022, I made a transaction of INR 1500 through googlepay to Airpay. The transaction was successful but the money didn't get deposited in BETWAY account. Its been 1 days there is no response from betway so i request please make a solution as soon as possible.

I Nishant Kumar username nishant0702 withdrew amounts on march 12 and 13 total amount amassing to 310561 inr then on march 14 i was asked for documents i emailed all proof of deposits they said its verified then they asked for more documents proof of ownership of email i sent that throught. Then they stopped replying on march 18 i spoke to twitter support they said send all documents again, i sent them through then on march 20th i was told my account is locked for review..its been 10days now please i dont want an account with you guys just give me my withdrawls my savings that is it. Stop stealing peoples livelihood...i am in state of emergency.

I deposited 3000 INR through Betway's deposit through Net-Banking the money was taken from my bank account but was not credited to my Betway account. After waiting for 14 working days which was their minimum time to then chat with customer support I was told it was a "Merchant Issue" and it would take a few more days to be solved. The customer chat support told me to send my bank statement proving the money was taken and still not returned to my account to their Email [protected]@betway.com

After I sent them my bank statement of that time period they wanted to their email. I received an automated message "We no longer actively monitor this inbox". Why even have a customer support email If they don't use the email? Only after I contacted chat support again they acknowledged they received my bank statement.

To this day it's not been solved, I've contacted them over 10 times in the past 5 months and still met with one excuse after the another and was told it would be solved soon without an estimated time to be resolved.

I have now lost hope as the last time I spoke to them the chat support straight away said after I mentioned my issue "Is there anything else?

Please solve this issue if not I would be completely avoiding this company from here on out and would never recommend this to anyone.

I did a deposit of 500rs today which got deducted but is not reflecting on my account due to their technical issue.

Went to the live chat and they gave me a mail id which sent me back some FAQ for who knows why. I went to chat again and the guy said he escalated it... It's been hours and still money hasn't credited. Again I went to live chat and waited for more than an hour just to get no response.

I deposited 40k on October 30 around 10.25 AM using netbanking. Amount got debited from my bank account but not credited to the betway account. I checked with the betway support team many times, they told me it will take 7 to 15 working days but still I have not received any refund

My user id is NongIohLakMilionDola and I made 20000 and 900 deposit on 26th Oct n 3rd Nov but after 3 months + still no refund or even contact has been made to me. I have raise 10 complaints with only process under way without 0 process being done so far When will I get back my refund Betway a scam site who never return the refund money back

I have 1st deposited INR 70000 (date[protected]nd deposited INR 45000 (date[protected] through netbanking amount was deducted from my bank account but not reflecting in betway, they promised me that amount will be credited back in to my bank account within 14workig days, but already 3 month over still I have not received it.

I made a transaction of INR 50000 through Net banking to OS PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES. The transaction was successful but the money didn't get deposited in BETWAY account. there is no response from betway so i request please make a solution as soon as possible.

Money got debited from my bank account and amount not added to my betway account. I have transfered 50000 two times yesterday using net banking option. Both transactions are successful from my end, but money got added to betway account only once. First transaction time 19/01/2022 13:15 IST amount is not added into my account.

S64500336&S65169502 these are transaction Id of payment done on October 29th 2021 from my bank account to Betway account (kannanaswathi).Amount is debited from my bank account but not reflecting in Betway account or not being credited back to my bank account.please do the needful to credit my amount of 1250&1500.

On 30th October I tried to deposit 4000 INR through net banking it was declined and Amount not refunded. And also on 1st November 2000 INR + 2000 INR tried to deposit and this was also declined. So totally 8000INR declined and not refunded. Initially betway support told me to wait for 14 business days, but it’s almost to month and still no response. I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

The company is not responding and no steps have been taken by the company.
