Had deposited 500 ruppees three times on 10th of December..two times money was not deposited in my account..have mialed my bank statement and everything but till now my money hasn't been refunded.even that customer care are fooling every day by giving lame excuses..it's already been a month but they just can't solve a simple issue.

Hi i have three transactions issue 1st is on 5th November Rs 1000 deducted and 2nd on 13 December Rs 3000 and on today RS 2500 deducted but not added in my betway account i already shared bank statements and everything but still they not help me allways they say wait for banking team reply...please help its already 70days gone i raised this on twitter also.

I had made 2 failed Transaction on 26th Oct and on 3rd Oct of 20000 and 900 and till date there is no refund given to me even though it states after 14 days refund will be given its been 3 months nothing has been given

Sir i had deposited Rs 20000/- on 29/10/2021 to betway through net banking but amount not credited in my betway account, i contacted betway support they said transaction was declined amount will be refunded in 14 working days, but amount not refunded to me, i had sent my bank statement to [protected]@betway.com several times and also complained to [protected]@betway.com, even after 55 days also they had not solved my query. I request you to please help me on this

I have made a deposit of rs 25000 on 23rd November 2021 which was marked as failed transaction betway support team says it will refunded on 14th Dec today is 16th Dec still it is not refunded

I have deposited 10000 Rs on 28th October through net banking but till now didn't receive neither in bank nor in betway account. I have raised this issue many times with support. I have mailed all transactions details and bank statement. Its been almost 2 months now. Please look into this matter and solve as sooner as possible . Thanks and regards .

I have deposited 500rs on my betway account on 29th October 2021. The money debited from my account but did not reflect to my betway account. I have registered a compaint and they asked me for some details which I provided yet did not receive my money yet. Everytime I ask for status, they come up with " your matter in cuurently in progress" and this been happening since the I registered a complaint.

I deposit October 27th 1200 rs amount and October 31st 798rs got debited, but not reflect in my betway wallet. Not receive bank also.. I contact betway support mote then 10times still I don't not get my amount

I have deposited 5000/inr to Betway account on 31-Oct-2021 and money got deducted from my account, however it's never added to my Betway account
I tried to contact Betway support and they are simply unreachable, their live chat box is useless. Even after so many days money didn't get refunded and seems I lost that amount. I contacted SBI bank and they confirmed that transaction was successful from their side and you will have to contact Betway to get that money. Eventually no progress thereafter

My 7000 rs. Was deducted from bank account but money didn't credit in betway account I tried e-mailing them but they have stopped replying via email and I waited twice in their Live chats but there is always 40 people waiting queue and as soon it reduces to 10 the page becomes unserviceable

My user ID is mkuma22.I have deposited 20k on 29th October, 20k on 25th November, 30k on 28th November. All the money has been deducted but not credited in my account. Total 70k is engaged with them.It has been more than a month they have not deposited the money.

Hello Sir,

I'm regular user of betway. I deposited on 28/10/21 Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 500/- and 30/10/21 Rs.500/- in betway account but it's not deposited in wallet and deducted to my bank account.

Mr. Chelsea, jarred and tahee (customer care) replied me for bank statement and i sent it immediately but after 25 days completed my money not received.

On 23/11/2021 I deposited Rs. 500/- again but rejected by your server and deducted from my bank account.

This is happening 3 to 4 times with me.
I'm totally frustrated due to system.

I dropping mail to betway since 29/10/2021 to till the date but still not my money received. You can check i am regular playing in betway but they send me only computer generated receipts.
Betway is big platform of batting but how can they delay for your customer service.
When i deposited money it will taken only up-to 5mins for credit but now i am begging for my money more then 25days.

Please help me to refund my money.

On dated 28.10.21 and 29.10.21 deposit through netbanking 500/- and 7000 rupaye amount. Amount is debit in my account but not refund above amount as on date. Already 5 th times complain by email and chart.

As per my discussion with the betway support agent using live chat.

My deposit of 12K in 1st November 2021 got deducted through my bank but didn't get added to the betway account.

It's been more than 22 days and I haven't received the funds yet.

I have sent the updated bank statement which was asked from 1st November till date but still the support agent named Logan is saying that he hasn't received the statement..

I already submitted my bank statement also, my bank told we can't able to refund the money because that transaction was successfully settled.but they are carrying about my problem, very irrespective things are they doing I m totally very disappointed they are very cheated network pls bring back my money pls anyone don't trust betway this a very fraud network pls support any India app's

I deposited INR 5, 000 on 27.10.2021 and 8, 000 on 03.11.2021.

Amount got debited from my bank account but not showing in betway account.

Now betway is not refunding.
