I recently made deposit of inr 500₹ 3 times through Netbanking every time money detucted from my bank account balance and didn't received in betway account help me to resolve this problem
1 st deposit:- 500₹
On 26 October
2nd and 3rd deposit :- 500₹ - 500₹
On 27 october 2 times
Betway is fraud i wanna complaint

I have deposited money to my betway account but the money doesn't credited into my betway account or bank account..o have deposited 1000INR on[protected], they are not giving the money back to me and says it will never come back, it is a fake application, stealing money from coustmers, please ban it in india

I am a customer for betway for last five years the worst service I never saw anyware pakka frauds after depositing the money only they ask all the documents once we send the documents they say it not clear and block our account and our money also block with once u try reach custamer support u will not get, bote will be answered my questions is y u don't keep agent reply as y system Fully fake ? return my deposit money who the hell ur to block my money.

Its been more than 14 days.
In the beginning I was told 3-5days and later on i was told 14days. It’s been more than that now. I had made the payment on 11th June via Paytm of ₹500. The money was sent through AirPay. Their customer support is dissatisfactory.

The money was sent to Bhartipay but it's not reflecting in Betway
The amount was deducted from the bank account and it's showing successful on Google Pay to Bhartipay but not reflecting on Betway.

Betway deducted my money which was not able to use. Which they should refund but not refunding my money.

I deposited the thousands money in my betway account.account deducted from my bank account but didn't reflect in my betway account. When I approached to their customers care they told that you will get your refund within 14 business days. It became more than one month even many times I have approach their customers care for my refund but they are not refunding my money.

From past 20 days more than 1 lakh has been deducted from my credit card no without my notice . Someone used my account details on betway.com and money has been funded there . All my credit card money was deducted until it went to negative.
I have already raised complaint on betway customer care to block my card previously but somehow it was blocked and activated again .
