Bus Booking Complaints & Reviews

I am K N BALAN, From Chennai. I booked a Ticket from Chennai to Nagercoil for my wife Ms. AMUTHA yours Teajaswin travels. Travel Date 12.01.2017 and Starting time from Chennai Perungulathur is 9.20 P.M. We did not get any information about the Driver detail before the bus departure time. we tried the number ([protected])given in the ticket. There is no response and always disconnecting the phone when ever we call. After very big difficulty with instruction from Tamilnadu Police We reached the next station Vandalur. after that we are instructed to go to Perongulathur Bus stand by police man and we found a another Customer, and through him we confirmed that the bus have not yet started (11.15). We did not have such a worst experience with any other travels. after that they are not stopping the bus in between the travel. After requesting the driver also they are not ready to stop the bus for morning requirements. Now also we tried to contact the Traveler through the no. given in the Ticket. There is no response. Please take necessary action on rectify the worst operator. My Cell No.[protected]

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    This is to bring to you notice regarding a complaint which was lodged by me on 14th July 2012 between 6.00pm-7.00pm with Bhumika (MakeMyTrip) about SVR travels not answering my calls on [protected],[protected]/4/5 between 12.00am - 2.00am midnight at the time of boarding from " HP Petrol Pump(Harpaly) Near LIC Office, OPP NEHA TRAVELS HADAPSAR,PUNE " due to which I missed the SVR Bus and had to pay extra 1500/- to hire another travels and my Arrival was delayed by 4 Hrs in Hyderabad. I am really disappointed that such nuisance are happening with customers who just to save their valuable time prefer booking tickets on MakeMyTrip and despite of lodging a complaint, these make my trip people are constantly telling me that I boarded the bus, however the fact is that when I called up SVR travels(about 2.15am on 14th July 2012) they said that due to mechanical problem the bus got cancelled and suggested me to hire a different bus.

    If you want I would suggest you can also tap or listen to call which happened from [protected] which approximately might have happened between 2.00-2.30 on [protected],[protected]/4/5

    I have contacted Make My Trip Trice where they have constantly said that " With the reference of your mail we would like to inform you that as per the revert from our concern department you have already travelled in the same bus. Hence we are not getting refund from bus operator. For more info you can directly get the details of your journey from the operator: Mr. Viju – [protected] "

    Let me tell you one thing..dispite of explaining three time about the issue, these make my trip people keep on saying that I am wrong.

    I would appreciate if your Intervention into this matter

    Hi Atish,

    When we say that the bus was late due to mechanical reasons then at least
    the customer should expect a response when he is calling the Travels and
    the same to happened with me. I was calling and calling and calling but no
    one responded and that is the reason why I could not board the Bus and had
    to hire a different bus.

    However, In spite of me explaining twice that I did not board in the SVR
    Bus you still do not trust the customer.

    What should a customer do if the SVR Travels are not responding to the
    calls??

    The bus trips may be delayed, postponed

    Provision of video/air conditioning or

    of the bus operator. Any refunds/claims
    due to non-functioning or unavailability

    these services needs to be settled
    directly with the service provider (the

    In the event of cancellation of a
    bus/service trip, MMT's liability will

    Hello,

    This e-mail is regarding a complaint
    which was lodged by me on 14th July
    2012 between 6.00pm-7.00pm with Bhumika
    (MakeMyTrip) about SVR travels not
    answering my calls on
    [protected],[protected]/4/5 at the time
    of boarding
    from " HP Petrol Pump(Harpaly) Near LIC
    Office, OPP NEHA TRAVELS
    HADAPSAR,PUNE " due to which I may be
    missed the SVR Bus and had to pay
    extra 1500/- to hire another travels and
    my Arrival was delayed by 4 Hrs in
    Hyderabad
    I am really disappointed that such
    nuisance are happening with customers
    who just to save their valuable time
    prefer booking tickets on MakeMyTrip
    and despite of lodging a complaint I
    have still not received any response
    from MakeMyTrip, when it was said by
    Bhumika that I would receive a
    response from your team within 24
    working hours on the solution.

    I would appreciate if you could look
    into this issue on priority and refund
    the money back to me asap.
