I am K N BALAN, From Chennai. I booked a Ticket from Chennai to Nagercoil for my wife Ms. AMUTHA yours Teajaswin travels. Travel Date 12.01.2017 and Starting time from Chennai Perungulathur is 9.20 P.M. We did not get any information about the Driver detail before the bus departure time. we tried the number ([protected])given in the ticket. There is no response and always disconnecting the phone when ever we call. After very big difficulty...

This is to bring to you notice regarding a complaint which was lodged by me on 14th July 2012 between 6.00pm-7.00pm with Bhumika (MakeMyTrip) about SVR travels not answering my calls on [protected],[protected]/4/5 between 12.00am - 2.00am midnight at the time of boarding from " HP Petrol Pump(Harpaly) Near LIC Office, OPP NEHA TRAVELS HADAPSAR,PUNE " due to which I missed the SVR Bus and had to pay...
