Big cheaters. I have paid Rs.648 for a cake for my husband bday. It was not delivered. they have not given any toll free number for contact. They should be behind the bars for such type of fraud activities. Fraud company. Don't book your orders and don't waste your money. They will not refund you and order will be cancelled by them at last moment
They charged me 648/- for cake and asked me to pay extra 230/- for delivery which they did not inform me earlier. So I refused and asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount back (648/-). Now they r not replying too

Hi, i have ordered a cake in cakesportal for Rs.1074.00/ on March 2021.

I ordered my cake from cakesportal, at the same time of payment, tracking is showing there is no active order, then i check with email i got an email with words " sorry your order was cancelled due to its outside of our service area" after that they are not giving reply or no refunding

Total fraud company...they canceled my order after the payment and still didn't receive any refund. Continuously sending them mail but no reply. Don't have any customer care number so you can't contact them directly...you will be hopeless.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE...TOTAL FRAUD 😡😡

Cakes portal has cancelled my order on 21st jan 2021 and since then I am following up for refunding the amount but they are not reaponding.

Order is canceled by cake portal and as mentioned in the mail like I will get my amount back within 7 days. But now after multiple reminders no response and no refund for the same.

14th March I ordered a birthday cake and paid Rs.649/-. But the cake was not delivered. Inspite of several complaints and request for payment refund no response at all from this company. I don't understand how Google recommended this company and made me to lose money. Kindly arrange to refund my money Rs.649

Cakes portal had neither deliverer by cake nor is initiating my refund

I purchased a cake on 25/02/2021 for delivering to Durgapur, west Bengal.
After making the amount, the product has not delivered and when I send a mail for the same, I received return mail that I have to pay more amount then the product would be deliver. So I gave mail to cancel the deal and return the amount but till no response.

With order no 10244, I ordered some cakes and flowers from the website cakesportal.com.
The cake was not delivered, the order was cancelled and the refund was also not done. I have proofs of all the documents supporting my claims.

I have ordered a cake through the Cakesportal. com the amount got deducted from my account. I got an immediate message from them stating that sorry we couldn't place the order today.
I have an email through their portal kindly help in getting my money back I would request you.

It appears it's a fraudulent site Half the order executed and several hrs delayed service.No tel no no tracking facility only mail and response in their hands.Whole day chasing on mail with no result.Order no 11395

This people are completely fraud.
Once contacted them about not receiving my order they started asking me to put my bank details in certain app.
Myself being aware of this type of hakining techniques didn't share anything and when started asking questions they just cut the call.
So be aware and don't share any personal information with this people.

Today 19 Feb 2021 I booked a cake for brother birthday at morning 9.45 sir and pay that amount through goggle pay but am not getting any confirmation massage or call it traking number also I paid 699 rupees for that cake now time is 12.45 when I'll get cake .
Plz refund my money to my bank sir

I have ordered a cake on 31 Jan 2021, my order no is 9178, of Rs. 449, instead of deliver my order cake portal team asking me extra delivery charges of Rs. 230/- . which i have denied.

other movement i got mail from cake portal's team member Mr. Jatin, who express his regret and promised me that his team will refund my whole amount Rs. 449 in 7 working days.

Now 18 days over and still i didnot get my amount.

I want my hard earned money return.

I ordered cake and bouquet rs of 988 on 14 feb 2021.this fraudulent site not delivered my order till now.totally waste of my money..i am sending lots of email but they didn't reply.its a cyber crime then why consumer forum not focusing on this big issue ... innocent people are getting cheated and they dont have another option to contact him.plzz banned this fraudulent site.

I ordered cake and flower bouquet on 14th Feb 21, and no communication or whatsoever has been recieved since I place my order they mention in 3 hours the order will be delivered, but nothing is done, they don't have any number to track.

This needs serious attention and website needs to be shutdown

I created a order through cakesportal for Rs.700 and I got cheated. Please help. Should I raise an FIR in a police station?

But I found this is afraud portal and theer are no information about my order. I have seen reviews from more than 100 people, all saying this is afraud site and they are just grabbing money

It is a fraud company.Cakesportal is a scam. I ordered for a cake, I paid for the same even got a confirmation mail but there is no contact number, no information and no delivery. I have mailed them many times but no reply. When I looked for their fb page and commented on the same, they blocked me. It’s completely clear that they are fraud. Please raise your concern to the consumer forum so that they cannot play with people’s money and emotions. Shame on cakesportal

I had order a cake for my daughter birthday and these people took the order initially they showed 1899 deducted for the cake order which was only for 499 then a email popped and said regret for inconvience the amount is only 499..following that they came back stating it too late and due to shortage of staff the cake will be delivered the next day..
The next day another email came stating the address is too far off and they need extra payment of 200 rupees with the link provided..
I cancelled the order and was advised that the refund would be made in 5 business days... Its been more than 5 days and emails but then there is no sign of return and no one answers the email or they don't have a contact number as well..
