I have ordered cake on Sept4th for a wedding Anniversary occasion. At the last moment the mail from the cakesportal says *we are unable to send due to shortage in service* I felt like cheated. They also mentioned the refund will be initiated. But t as of today (14.07.21) the refund is not given. Even their mail id is not working. I don’t know what needs to be done.

I ordered a cake with order #28697 on cakesportal.com and the order was canceled by them by giving silly reason and spoiling my ocassion.

Mr. Jatin from cakesportal.com told me that my refund has been initiated but until now I have not received my refund.

Unreliable service.

A cake was ordered on 04th September 2021 (order#28314) to be delivered on the same day but was not delivered by the company. They mailed that they are unable to process the request and money will be refunded within 7 days. But to date, nothing has been received and the domain name "cakesportal.com" does not exist.
Kindly resolve at the earliest.

Above was the subject I received in mail saying I have requested for cancellation and refund will be initiated in 7 days but nothing happened till date.

I need guidance to take them in consumer court as this is a digital fraud and I found now more 1000+ poor customers were cheated. In the intention of just to stop this for rest of others I need to move forward here as many cannot afford to waste money like this.

Please guide and help to close this team and get them behind bars.

I placed a order for cake and flowers for my wife's birthday. Ended in disappointment as this website is fake and have collected money. Money is secondary but these people have played with my emotions. Very disappointed

It's totally fraud site. I made payment day before yesterday and my cake has not received yet. No contact no email reply.
Please take immediate action.

I ordered the cake on 16th August for the delivery at Hyderabad vide
[Order #26411] (August 16, 2021) by remitting Rs.699/- through my UPI account. The said order has been cancelled by them and not executed the order. I received may on delivery day i.e. 17/08/2021 stating that order cancelled and amount will be refunded within 10 days. Till date they have not refunded the amount even after completion of 15 days.

They did not reveal the contact numbers to contact them. Only email facility available and I am not aware that whether they are operating the mail or not.
Several mails I sent but no reply from them.

I have to get Rs.699/- from cakesportal.com still.

They just take order not delivering the order once payment done, no response they don't have contact no to reach only mail contact

Very worst I spent my 2000 rs still no reply for my email I lost mu money .pls block tis website if possible

This is a fraud website. I ordered a cake and bouquet to be delivered at my friends house on 30-8-21. It was scheduled to be delivered on 31-8-21 but my order was not delivered. I received mailed stating it has postponed for next day. But the same happened the next day (1-9-21). The status shows being prepared and now my mails are being ignored. I just a refund of Rs. 1113/- of the order.

I have placed order on 15th of July for a cake in cakesportal and paid online payment through payU money. As per them the cake will be delivered by 16th of July. I was hoping that the cake will be delivered but i dint receive any. But i received a mail to pay Rs.500 extra or else they cant process the order as the delivery area is not the delivery zone. (Which is really fake for bugging money from us). I dint pay extra and they cancelled the order as i replied to cancel. After multiple emails they said money will be refunded back to account. But i dint received the money yet. Oder no is 23336. Such a cheating company someone help us to to remove from google search and also help in getting my money back from this cheater.

They aren't even replying on emails nd moreover no phone number is there...

They used to accept orders my there attractive website and also they will respond to our emails before the delivery time and last min cancellation of orders. After that no response from them .

Complete fraud company and fake website. Not delivering cake after taking money. They dont have any phone number. Only reachable through mail. After placing order, they will again send mail to pay extra amount. Even you pay the amount, they will not deliver the cake. Blacklist the website and put the owner in Jail.

I ordered a cake on 18th of Aug for 19th of august and even paid for an early delivery but they didn't send any cake neither gave any update on the situation and after a point of time they started ignoring my mail.
Please suspend their website otherwise they will scam more people.

Ordered for a cake and didn't get any updates and didn't get any delivery as well...such a fraud. I even mailed to the [protected]@cakesportal.com still there is nothng...ruining our time and money...
Still with lot of complaints i saw...then why this site is still operating please stop take action on this on these culprits.

Ordered a cake & paid the amount by requesting for delivery on 16th August,
At late evening I received an email saying they will be not be able to deliver the product on given slot. That's the last communication from there end, I'm writing continues emails to them but no revert. Did not get the cake nor my money back.

Google also should be blamed for supporting this fraud companies, just receiving the money & promoting them to public.

I have ordered a cake for my husband in cakesportal. After some time I received an email stating my order has been cancelled. After which I googled (before I surfed too however I got confused with some other site good reviews) and came to know that it is a fake site. Now I don't even have money to get another cake. Just left in tears. Poor site ever. They don't even reply and the number they produced is also switched off

Order ID 23712 placed by around 12.40 am on 21st July 2021 for same day delivery. Have made a payment of INR 999. Received email from cakesportal by around 2 pm on 21st July telling they have cancelled order due to shortage of services and they would initiate refund in 7 working days. I haven't received any communication until now regarding refund. Contacted them through email and Twitter but no response.

I Have Not Received Refund Against Order My Order No. 21664 Dated 25 June 2021. I Have Got Mail From Cakesportal.Com Where They Have Stated That Refund Will Be Processed With 7 Days But Its Been More Than 30 Days Now And Refund Is Not Processed. Reminded Them Many Times But No Respose What So Ever.

Absolutely fake website and people. Order cake and chocolate bouquet (rs1300) in the morning by 10 o clk. By 1500 hrs I checked no confirmation was received. Only way to ctc them was through email. After sending mail got a reply back l, 'saying ur order has been xxld due to shortage of services. Money will be refunded back within 07 days. Till now nothing received. Send enormous emails no reply.
Moreover in GPAY it's showing paid to fernsnpetals.
Such a big scammer these ppl are.

We paid 150 extra for the bouquet to be delivered within a stipulated time but was delivered after 7 hours later for which no extra charges were necessary . It was a standard delivery . Also they din send any email or message and we kept wondering till 11 :30 am wat happened to our money and order . Pathetic service and over charging from customers

I had ordered cake on 22nd July 2021, with three hour delivery window, cake has not arrived at all even after 24 hours. The payment is made online. There is no customer service number to contact, mailed customer care couple of times with no response. Please look into this.

They received an order from me on 30th June ..order no 22135. They debited Rs. 724 from my account. A CUSTOMER care SPECIALIST from the company's side named Jatin cancelled the order himself and mentioned that refund will be processed within 7 business days.

It's been 3 ###ing weeks and still no refund has been processed. And I have dropped multiple emails and none of the ### are replying.

Better process the refund
