Refund of my claim /reason for delay in settlement of the case.

Dear sir,
Refund of fare pnr no[protected].
I furnished applications for refund of fare along with tdr no kgp 163575, cbsa/16/31 st 15 dec 2016 issued from chaibasa railway station sent through speed post st 16.12.2016 from chaibasa, singhbhum (West) 833201.
I couldn't travel by train no 18109 from ranchi to jammu on 17.12.2016. Pnr no[protected].
I don't know the fare of my claim rs 5630 to wards refund of...

Dear Sir, Please refer PNR NO. [protected]. Ticket was booked through IRCTC. RDT filed through IRCTC on 29.09.2014. IRCTC TDR registration no.MSE051014W09775. Train from: VSKP to SRC. Train NO.12842 COROMANDAL EXP. Reason of TDR: Partially conform and all passengers did not travel. So far return not receiver. Self contacted IRCTC authority, they replied that sill it is laying with SE rail way. Please do the needful so that I can...
