Gave a duplicate product of Samsung LEVEL U headphone. Want to return it and want my money back. Didn't give any bill and the packing was damaged. Fraud site I want my money back. And there is no customer care number in the site.

I have been delivered a wrong, used & faulty product on 04/05/19, for which i paid 949/- including delivery charges of ecom-ex. The delivered product is not functioning at all. And they (Dealshubs) has not sent any email. The delivery boy is not receiving my phone call, the company is delivering wrong products.

I purchase a sony 30000mah power bank and free bluetooth headset. The power bank is bad it is not completey one phone charged it is not a good product and bluetooth is better and power bank is not good this items are not good i want to get my money these products are very bad the power bank is late charged and fastly decreased charging i want to get refund my money...

It’s not upto the real quality, which was shown in the webportal. I must return it immediately. It’s been 1 hour that i have received the order (Cod). They said easy return policy in 30 days during ordering, but there is not such an option now. So, please let me know what shall i do now., regarding this issue. Thank you in advance

I ordered Sony Power Bank of 32000 mah with i7 bluetooth speaker but I have received MI power bank . I am not satisfied with the product so I want to return the product and want the money back . This is a bad experience I had ever had on online purchase . Would never like to buy from dealshub if do not get the money back .

I had ordered a bluetooth speaker via COD from dealshubs.com. I received the parcel on 18th and after making the payment when I finally opened the parcel the speakers that were enclosed are faulty one and doesn't pair with my mobile. When I tried to return it I was unable to do so as nobody receives the call on their customer care. Every time I call the phone gets disconnected

I want a refund now. Please help me on this....

I ordered a power bank and bluetooth headphone which was delivered on 18 june 2018. I paid the cash and unboxed the parcel but i found just one earphone of the sets and then later understood that the power bank didn't work as well... I tried to call the parcel service but they told it's the website problem.. Then i called the website according to the number they gave me. But it's unattended everyone i call it. I want to return their things...
