I had bought samsung powerbank 25000MAH with sony MDR-ZX110A headphones from your dealzkart. As you mention the company of the product, i found something else. So kindly replace the product. And one more thing ..i know this complny never reply to any complaint.so i will take liggaly action on them ..Todays i will complain aginst this compny in cyber crime and other many plans so plz my money give back..ya.replace my product

No idea to return the product
And how i got my money

I ordered pack of 3 premium shorts for summer, medium sized on 14th of august. It was priced for 598/-. My order # is [protected]

I couldn't find any contact phone number to speak with regarding order i have received is of poor and damaged quality and does not fit me at all. Now, i would like a full amount refunded to me at the earliest.

I want the refund of the product which i have purchased in ur store. When i order the products there was a offer like sumsung power bank, sumsung memory card 128gb. But when i got my ordered products there was only a power bank and memory card (64)..
The delivered products are not sumsung company these are local this is cheating. I'm very disappointed with this pls refund the amount i don't want this type of products.

I have placed one product on your website and received road side cheap material today.

Please request you to place a return request and return my money, now i come to know what is your standard and dedication towards customer satisfaction.

Don't say will send another product, you have sent a material which is available everyday in mumbai platforms.

Hi delazkart, im shrekanth ordered sony headset with samsung power bank with order id #[protected]. I have received the order, but the product which i got is duplicate with local barand name soroo headset instead sony and local power bank. I would like to cancel this this order and and looking for replacement. Please call me back soon on [protected], or else il launch a police complaint against your fraud service.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts on dealzkart and was given as puma shorts. But i recieved some poor quality shorts which are see-through and don't fit properly. I wanted to return the product and sent request many times to their customer support, but no reply. I want my money back and don't want their product anymore. I came to know they are frauds. The memory card is not working when i take photo it will go to memory card but once i close the gallery and again open gallery it will show blank photo i want to return it but their is no contact no or the mail i'd which they have given also a fake.

I have ordered a memory card and a power bank from them for 1000 rs instead of sending me the white power bank they have dispatched an mi printed local power bank which doesn't even work plus the memory card which was supposed to be a class 10 card from samsung is totally fake its class one and now when im leaving them emails and trying call them no one is replying at all the website is been promoted on fb and other social media platform and there is nothing i'm able to do in it. Order [protected] of 13 aug. Order was for samsung pb 25000mah + sony headphone for 899/- item recd thru delhivery courier paid 998 on 23 aug. What recd is an ordinary and shabby looking 'powerbank' with no brand name, a 6' long cord & sandisk 128 gb mc. Powerbank fully charged (No indication) couldnot recharge mobile even 2%. No bill was there. Smoothly cheated for a gain of rs.900! Takeaway your product and reimburse my money.

As per advertisement, i have applied for samsung power bank 25000mah with sony mdr-zx110a headphone (White) against rs. 899+99 total 998/- vide order [protected] on 12 aug 2017.

2. òn 16th aug 2017, i have received the item in packed box by paying rs. 998/- to the delivery boy. On being opened the box, i was surprised to see that both the items were totally duplicate (Un-branded). On the so called power bank, nothing where the mark of samsung is engraved/ written likewise on the headphone nothing where the mark of sony is engraved/written. The color of the headphone is firozi instead of white as was mentioned in the advertisement. Second thing is that both the items are not working. These items are completely fraud, duplicate and your company is cheating the innocent customers making them fools.in view of the above, you are hereby directed to send a rep of your company to take back these duplicate items and return back the amount as given against these bakwas items. Really, i have lost the faith in the online product after seeing the behavior of your so called ‘’ dealzcart. If someone from your company is not come and return the full amount within 3 days, i shall not hesitate to approach ‘jago grahak jago ‘, customer care india and lodging of fir in police station against your fraud, cheater company. These memory cards are not working. These are corrupts or damaged. Dealzkart has no return policy. I contacted this many times but no response.

Is company ko mane mail bhi kiya pr koi response nhi diya. Memory cards original hai bhi ya nhi ye bhi nhi pta. Is company ke sabhi products duplicate hai... It is totally fake... Please meri help kro ye... Mre pause wapas krva dijiye...

I got my order today (21/08/2017). I paid the desired amount of rs.989.

As i opened the package the power bank was not of samsung, and it was of some nameless brand. The input and output jack is also not working properly
Even the headphones was not of sony and it was of some soroo brand.

I was expecting a proper package from dealzkart, and what i received is not of desired package.

Please help me what to do regarding this issue.

I got a combo of 25k power bank and 128 gb (Samsung both) from dealzkart.com on 22nd august17. But the product is fake and totally filthy, power bank is not working at all and mem card is only 16 gb how can i accept this. Am totally upset.
I need to return this products and get back my money fully pls make this possible. I dont prefer dealzkart anymore

The product was not sent correctly. Second the product was a copy. Third the product was not even stitched properly. Very cheap product. When tried to reach the customer care.. It was not even going through. The shorts is a fake one made out of some cheap material and even it was not even packed properly.
