I purchase dealkart samsung power bank but i received local fake powerbank it not belong from samsung, without warrenty card.
I sent many mail to their customer care id (Care. [protected]@gmail.com) but they are not responding and keep trying their number ([protected]) but its wrong number.
Please suggest tome what shall i do to return my product and get my money back.

Can anyone help me and shut down this fraud company.

I had ordered combo offer at dealzkart.com in which accessories are samsung 25000mah power bank and with sony mdr zx 110a white headphones but the material delivered is of local brands instead of that shown in offer when i ordered the combo offer shipping charges too charged to me and none of the brands mentioned provided to me and facing completely loss kindly take strict action against these kind of problems served to the customers

I have ordered one power back through dealzkart which i received faulty as it is not working at all. Moreover image which was shown in add was different and actual product is completely different and not working at all. I don't want to keep this with me as it is no use of mine. It seems that dealzkart is a fraud company as i send complaint email to their given address but received not reply from them.

I have ordered on power bank through dealzcart, order no - [protected], add was showing branded power bank but in actual i received a faulty / chinees power bank which is not working at all.

I dont want to keep that one as it is no use of me. Hence please return my money back to me as i paid one nine hundred and ninety eight rupees for the same product.

Dealzkart is a fake company. I have ordered a powerbank of samsung company and headphone of sony company. But they sent me a fake product. At the time of ordering only cash on delivery option was available and the delivery person didn't allow me to see the product. Delhivery company delivered this product. Also the delivery person has doubt on the product. He was asking whether i have ordered something from this company previously or not.

Hello sir, complaint against www.dealzkart.com. as i had orderd a combo of 25000mah power bank of samsung and a sony headphone which cost is rs. 899 + 99 shipping charges. But when i received and unwrapped the product nor thw product was of the smae color + brand and it was some ordinary power bank with ordinary co. Headphone. When i tried calling their customer care nos. It says plz check the no. Dialled... I was really fooled by this online fradulent company and hope other dont be a prey of this.

So totally dealzkart shopping site deals only fake products with duplicate printing. Sir, i bought an power bank & memory card from your site. The memory card was 128 gb on your site. But when i used, it was only 8 gb. Which is not accurate. Also the power bank was damaged. It was showing of samsung company. But it was't. I complaint earlier but there is no response from your site. Dear all friends it is worth informing you an dealz kart company just like ebay flipkart etc is displaying advertisement on facebook etc many of you may have watch during scrolling through you posts. It is to inform that this company is offering 128gb 64 gb memory sd cards displaying make as samsung in rs 799/- as gift offer etc. Friends i have ordered one and found the product to be third class identical to original but totally fake with zero performance on installing in mobile. My advice is block those website who are making frauds with customer and put them jail.because only 10% of people know the consumer complaints website and they are feedback in this site and remaining 90% people dont know about consumer court and they are lossing their money and Fake websites are gaining money.So Please make sevear action on Fake website.

Dealzcart delivers only fake products that's why there is no return option.
I ordered a 25000mah samsung power bank and a sony headset but they delivered a locat power bank which has no back up and a very low quality headset. Atleast they should send thae product which are worth to the money but they cheat people.

I ordered 25000mah power bank and 6gm memory card. But yesterday, when i received that items then found power bank was used roughly. I opened this parcel under video recording for proof, incase product receive wrong. I have also complained on dealzkart email id, but till now no response from company. I want to return the order and refund my money otherwise i will go to consumer court.

I have received local & used power bank and head phone. As i ordered through facebook of power bank with headphone.in this headphone was of sony company and i received a local ear phone and also the charging adapter is also likely used because so many scratches are there.
So please give me proper items other wise return my money back. This is for your kind information...

Now i have a call from someone from company requesting my account number for transfer
His name is rahul

And he is a fake guy who wanted to rob money from me asked me to paytm him 150 as delivery back charges
And he has not transfered the amount to me
His fake account number is m[protected]
He has done a imps transfer to me of 10 rs
So have filed a case in police station with his mobile number and account number
Police will soon trap him and his account will be locked my them
Please be carefull of this rouge

Company showed that product but delivered the cheap product worth of 200 rs and they have taken 1000/- rs inr from my side.

I order a power bank 25000 mah and a headset on dealzkart i recieved the product but the charger bank does not work, when i opened it i was shocked to see that there was only small battery sized black cylinders. I paid rupees 998 on this product but i wasted my money, i dont know if i will get my money back or not but i dont want anyone else to be cheated like me, i hope complaining here is worth. It is stated that i ordered an samsung power bank and one bluetooth against order no.[protected]. I got the delivery on 9/7/17 but the product i ordered and received at delivery are different. Therefore it is requested to take the delivered goods back and return my money.
