Yesterday i take the product. When i open,, im shocked it was changed the quality of product is poor. This type of product in market prise 60 70 rs bt dealzkart take the 598. Now i have checked all detail of company nothing to show. How can i return it and back my money.

I want to return order reference no. [protected] &. Of combo pack of mi power bank 25000 mah, and samsung 64 gb memory card.
Because the dealzkart send me duplicate products and also power bank not working properly. They was not actual product that show in images.. The charger send me samsung but in images show the mi charger and data cable of power bank not working.. So i want to return this products and give my money back...

I ordered a combo of samsung 25000 mah power bank and sony mdr headphones but there was a different duplicate product delivered to me which is inext headphones and power bank with no company logo.
My order id is #[protected]. Kindly exchange the product delivered to me with the original product or refund my money as soon as possible.

But now received my order I shocks when I seen MI power bank 20000 Amh & 64 GB memory card of Samsung company, and this MI power bank & memory card is duplicate.
How I is possible,

I booked the above referred order against cash delivery, same was delivered at my residence on 08.07.16.in the evening when i opened the packet i was surprised to see the garments delivered, never ordered by me. A ordered the nicker & trouser with yellow stripe in xl size, but the nicker & trouser delivered are with white stripe. Though on the poly bag of the garment a sticker of xl is attached, but the garment a very small in size. I continuously tried to contact your help no. Mentioned on the bill attached on the packed i. E mobile no.[protected] which either switched off or busy. Beside this i have sent a mail on 10.07.17 but no response fro your end. Though it is my first order with you. But sorry to say with a very bad experience. If a customer pay you cash against delivery of goods that does not mean you can deliver any thing on a seal envelop. So you are requested to get your stuff collected from my residence & refund my money as early as possible.

I ordered pack of 3 premium quality shorts and it was priced for 598/-.in return i have received defective shorts. One short is torn, another is having printing patches on many areas of shorts and 3rd is very low quality.

The clothes i ordered are not of my size and there is no helpline number mentioned on the site. And the product i received is also different from what i saw on the site. So i would like to return the order. The help desk number is switched off.

As per website it's mentioned a puma company products but we receivved a very cheep prodcts and it's not fitting also.
We asked to bluedart associate to open delivery but he is also not given open delivery. I couldn't find any contact phone number to speak with regarding order i have received is of poor quality and does not fit me at all. Now, i would like a full amount refunded to me at the earliest.

I have ordered adidas shorts of size xxl on 01.07.2017 and on 10.07.2017 i have received shorts of size xl and seems duplicate poor quality which is not acceptable by any means kindly refund my hard earned money by taking back your wrong product at your earliest.
