I had rented a activa 3g on march 24 2021 for 1 week, but on next day itself scooter got repaired in between road at night 10 pm. i called the Koramangala drivezy about this issue. they replied due to no oil Engine got seized please bring the vehicle to the drivezy location by using Porter vehicle so first i refused to bring asked them to send my money back. but later it was getting late for me to go home so i booked porter for rupees and the drivezy told they will refund with in 7 or 11 working days. 1870 rupees they have to pay. when i asked them no call response then i sent mail they told it will be done in 10 days, so far i have sent more than 30 mails regarding this refund they didn't refunded my money and its been 6 months still they not refunded my money. so i need file a police complaint for giving false hope and cheating my money.

      I had booked a car on Drivezy at end of Feburary for a ride on March 1st from MSPalya location and had to cancel it later as I was able to secure a ride on that day by one of my friends. After canceling it on the app, I was contacted by customer care to know the details of cancellation and was told that it would be refunded. At first I gave my UPI details for refund, which they said cannot be processed and told me to update my bank details on app, which I did and all this while I was in track with them on email. I updated to them on the email that I have made the changes in the app and they told me that it will be processed within 15 to 21 days and still they are yet to refund me till date.

        I had booked a vehicle on 17th of July 2021 and cancelled the booking immediately. But the refund has not been received yet. PNR [protected]. When contacted through mail. The reply says. The refund has already been processed. This seems to be a cheating the customers.

          I booked a car for 8.5k in month of December 2020. And they canceled the ride due to car unavailability.
          Pnr: [protected]
          Now it is July 2021 and i have not got the refund yet. Everytime i call, i email, they just say kindly wait for few more days and its been 8months not recieved my refund amount.
          It is very unethical to keep someone's money like that. Always they say refund is happening in batch. If they don't have money to refund then why are they still running the business and cheating ppl.

            So by checking in that I paid 1000 rs in July 2020. But after receiving money they are not replying.

              Hello,

              I have booked Drivezy Tata Tiago KA 03 AG2023 on 27th March 2021 Booking ID/PNR : [protected], they asked for deposit for taking vehicle. I paid with my credit card on same day and took the vehicle. I submitted back vehicle on 28th March 2021 at 5 PM, including deposit I have totally paid 14878 rs but my bill was of 6984.36 rs which means I was entitled for 7115 rs refund amount. Today it is 8th Jun 2021 but still I have not received my refund also nor they respond to mail neither they respond customer care number properly.
              Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I have waited long enough.

                We have booked the Mahindra XUV W4 under PNR No [protected], on 29 July 2020
                When we went to take the vehicle, the booked vehicle was break down, when we contacted the Hub incharge for another vehicle, they told their is no any other vehicle because all the vehicle's documents as been lapsed, so we cancelled the booking, but you have detected the cancellation charge of Rs 1267.50 /-, so we complained it yesterday, the detected amount is been received, but still we have not received the booking amount of Rs 4648 /-,
                In the last mail you have told to check the bank statement, we have checked with it, but the booking amount is not refunded,
                So we are feed up of this

                  I'm drivezy partner since January 2019, till October 2019 payments were made to me but after November 2019 i didn't receive any payment even though my vehicle is getting booked on regular basis. Every time i ask them they say in next month you'll get your all payments but no show till date.

                  I want to resolve payments of all the months till date and want to sell my vehicle as i don't want any more business from Drivezy now.

                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                    The person at kalyan nagar drivezy tried to grab extra money claiming that we didn't add co-driver in the app. But we had already added the same. Also he was rude and tried to charge extra money for scratches which already existed when we took the vehicle.

                      Rented a car on the 17th November 2020. I had opted for the car with fuel package. So filled fuel, kept the receipt completed the trip. Dropped the car and they told me in 24 to 48 hours the fuel money will get credited to me.

                      After 4 months and multiple emails I still have not received the reimbursement of ₹2000. They respond to emails saying they have a glitch and it will be done in 7 working days. But still not a single update from them and now they don't even reply to the emails.

                        Trip was over on DEC 2nd 2020 and every time they will say that my refund is processed and till now it is not yet refunded. I am from Bangalore and every time I call their customer care - it will take 20 to 30min to connect and the person named 'Moses' will receive the call and give me same excuse every time that i refund is in process and i will receive it immediately. Even they have stopped replying my emails.

                          Drivezy is the biggest fraudster I have come across.

                          3 years ago, I finished a booking with them and settled INR 1000 in cash for some damages done to car.

                          3 years later without any single notice in 3 LONG YEARS, they threatened me with a sudden mail to file an FIR against me if I don’t pay the pending amount. They refuse to acknowledge any settlement I made three years ago and forced me to make a settlement three years later!
                          I didn’t receive a SINGLE MAIL In the span of three years about any pending amount.

                          This company has gone bankrupt and are indulging into frauds.
                          Beware!!!

                            On 7th Feb, 2021 I have rented a Tata Tiago car from Drivezy KalyanNagar branch.

                            While driving the car was making some sounds to which we couldnt understand.

                            But while crossing the Nelamangala Toll felt something wrong, I drove car towards service road and suddenly felt like very loud and weird sound was coming, so stopped the car immediately and felt car bent towards Front right. Thought it was punctured but after getting down we realised how lucky we were,

                            The wheel was standing on only 1 Bolt, remaining three were missing.

                            Immediately called Drivezy and they were very casual about it and said they cannot offer alternative car as they were all booked for the day.

                            Upon pressing, how serious the issue is they asked us to get it repaired and they will reimburse.

                            So, whole day we were standing on Highway, called some mechanic on a Sunday, which was tough job to find someone on Sunday.

                            Finally the car repair was done around 4 PM, for which we had to cancel our entire trip and informed we want to return the vehicle as it is all gone in vain for us.

                            They promised to refund both booking amount and the repair amount. Booking amount was 2980 and repair itself costed 2440.

                            Drivezy refunded 2300 saying they are charging 600 for KM I drove, which is absurd but I let it go.

                            Its been almost 3 weeks, they haven't refunded the amount they promised for repairs.

                            2440 is not a small amount but yes if I had minute late on the car, our family would have been involved in a big accident and God knows what could have happened.

                            Now Drivezy is not even responding to my messages, so I feel like I need to take this legal.

                            Kindly, help me with the reimbursement of the amount I spent. I am not even asking for any extra, for all that matter we are thankful to be alive.

                                      My refund is stuck for 1 month now. It shows it'll be processed within 2 working days since then. Tried to reach them on phone, chat, mail, but no luck. Station manager had said he'll take care of it and stopped responding. Request you to take a look into it and help out.

                                      Its ### cheating company never =ever they return the advance amount paid, Sam stuck for more than 45 days for my 10000, lets do a campaign in Facebook against them
                                      Seriously I don't understand the drivezy's 120km/h speed breach funda. Even I have received this speed limit breach in busy city road/in ghat section too. I seriously don't know how their gps tracker works. I have raised this concern to drivezy on very same day but no response from their end. Even, I have provided proof for not crossing the speed limit but they are ready to agree. Sent some mails on this regard, received only auto generated mail which is of no use at all. After some days later, drivezy support team contacted, just to remind me to pay overspending charges. Their saying is that out of many speed limit breach msgs, few are due to technical glitch(at least they agreed ) but that is not true. Even I said that I have crossed speed limit one time and I'm ready to pay for that. But drivezy on call was not agree for that, threatened to take legal action which is not fare at all. After all they have called me after 9 months(very quick responders). Very disappointed. Will never choose drivezy now onwards. Highly not recommend.

                                      No response for the issue from last Feb-2020. All of sudden, Today I got a call from drivezy saying if over speeding charges are not paid, threatened to take legal action.

                                        Sir I rented a drivezy vehicle (4 wheeler)day before sir, when I went to pick up the vehicle the person over there who was in the first hub told me that the vehicle in this hub is not good I will exchange the vehicle he told me, I accepted and went to the next hub he gave me the vehicle but to see the 2nd hub vehicle was also not good but I had to goo soon because they wasted 2 hours off my time in the 1st hub, the vehicle went good but there was some sound coming in breaks I asked the hub person he told u can go more tham 1k km there will be no problem, but while I came to the 300th km break failure sir I was with my family going in 60km speed but god's grace nothing happened we controlled the vehicle, next minute I am calling to drivezy coustomer care no response, hub guy no proper answer, but now I took the vehicle from tamilnadu to Bangalore, and now they are telling me to repair the vehicle or they told me tow and come to maruthi service center now they are telling us to repair after wasting 1day of time for towing, but I told I can't repair and gave them the key and came now they are treataning me that they will take legal action sir I am from a poor family sir can you please help me and guide me sir please

                                          I Have invested on a 4wheeler and a 2 wheeler with Drivezy. The agreement term has ended but there is no processing's of refund from the company.
                                          I have to get back 1, 30, 0000 from the company post the closure of the agreement.

                                          i haven't got my monthly payouts for more than 1 year. this will keep in losses.

                                          i Kindly urge you to take an action against the company.

                                              Not paying money to partners

                                              Hi Guys,

                                              I am also partner with them. I urge all people who have cheated by them to unite and file a case against the company. This is one of the pathetic company which hardly care about our hard earned money, they don't even reply. My payment is due since Oct 2019. They promised to clear due by July 2020 and now there is no response. If we fight alone then it wont be impactful. Lets show them the unity....

                                              They have stopped payment from january and now they are asking to take our car back., but car is fully damaged and mechanic saying it will cost more than1 lac. The car is not even 1 year old.

                                              Even the Drivezy support twitter account is in suspended state.
                                              Went HAL Office shutters are down.
                                              Went o whitefiled location Banner says Drivezy has moved out & tress passers; will be persecuted.

                                              I am not sure if things are okay at Drivezy. No Offical Communication.
                                              But if they don't respond.It puts us dark & in dilemma and sounds very fishy.
                                              If anything needs to be done at our end do they should do some official communication about the update.

                                              Drivezy shoukd let us know. We understand Lockdown was a tough time. But No Official Communication from Drivezy about next step.

                                                  This is regarding my drivezy booking. Suddenly after 3 months i got a call from the drivezy support team, they were asking for money for my booking. I have not used the vehicle for the last few months, even though i had shared the meter reading of the bike.
                                                  I didn't get a single call or message for the past 3 months, not even the charges are updated at drivezy app. Now suddenly they are calling and asking for money, this is completely unprofessional.
                                                  After the time of lockdown i am trying to return the vehicle, but as the drivezy bike centre is closed and it is updated on google maps (Attaching the screenshot), i don't know how i would have returned the bike.
                                                  Even i had mailed them, but they are not replying.

                                                    I booked a Drivezy vehicle with PNR[protected]. My ride timings were 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM. I have returned the car before the end time i.e., 5:00 AM. After submitting the car they have raised a request to pay the charges 1369/- rs.I have paid the bill.They gave back my driving licence and i thought the ride was completed.

                                                    After 2 days i got a payment due of Rs. 35829.I tried to contact them thru chat or by phone..But unsuccessfull.I checked the drivezy app, it was showing the car was still not submitted, and after one day the ride was automatically ended..i was quite confused and thought it may be some tech glitch.

                                                    After 1 year, now i got a legal notice that i did not pay the dues.Please suggest

                                                      Due to the lock down i am unable to drop the vehicle so i contacted the customer care and said the same and also asked that if they can send some one to pick the vehicle but they said that i dont have any other option and i have to extend the ride. I had extended for one month and now i am unable to extend it and asked them to wave off the extension amount till lockdown because i am a student and i don't have anymore money to extend. I had already paid for the extension from 25march till 25april 2020 during the lockdown period total amount of 3598

                                                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                                                        I am a student ambassador (Animesh gupta) of drivezy from sri venkateshwara college of engineering (Svce), banglore. Drivezy provided a vehicle hub for our college in which they provided 5 vehicles at initial stage saying that if these will get frequent bookings we will deploy more no. Of vehicles and for these vehicles we want 4 students, so that they will take care of the pick ups and drops it's been almost 4 months students are working for them with out any pay, for that also they said 2 months back that they will give salary to them but drivezy didn't paid anything.

                                                        Students which was working for them, they worked 24x7 and was taking care of the vehicles and when they took a step and discussed with the concerned person of drivezy they keep on ignoring them and today drivezy people came to a decision that they will take their vehicles and shut down the hub and refused to pay anything to the students for the past all work they have done.
                                                        It's not fair for the students and drivezy should be shame on it that at first they approached us for their help and now they are doing such things, normally for a drivezy hub they pay rent to keep their vehicles, give salaries to the workers but here they even did not paid a minimum salary to thr students who were working 24x7 for them, it's not business what they are doing it's just a fraud.

                                                          I had booked a car for 22nd February. I was told on the evening of 21st February that car is broken down and my booking has been cancelled. I got the refund in drivezy wallet which is not transferable to any other account. When I contacted customer care, they told me that the refund has been initiated and will be transferred back to initial source of payment within 7 working days. Every time I contacted customer care, I was told that I will get my refund within 7 working days. When I called the customer care again to enquire about status, they are saying that the wallet balance is not transferable and I have to use it to book car from drivezy.
                                                          Really unprofessional behavior and doesn't care for customers. They will just keep playing with you and calling customer care is like mental harassment. They will just keep telling that the issue is forwarded to technical team and you will get a callback bla bla bla.
                                                          Really pathetic service.
