worst service - drivezy big cheater
Do not ever rent car from drivezy. You can be a victim of their poor vehicle maintenance. Always trust a reliable service provider.
I have booked tata tiago through drivezy on sep 28 10.30 pm without fuel package from mahadevpura, bangalore location.
The journey was going good until the vehicle got an issue low acceleration, moving ahead in the middle of the highway, the vehicle was not accelerating and i got to know this due to clutch issue. Immediately we called to drivezy and informed and they are not even helpful on the call so pathetic response. I asked them (Drivezy) to help me with a back up vehicle but they out-rightly refused me to give the back up vehicle quoting that we are out station. Back up vehicle was very important for me as i had all my family members travelling along and all of them were stranded on the road because of this issue.
I myself spoken with tata road assistance., waited for them and towed car to nearest authorized service station.
We returned back to bangalore by our own additional expenses.
Now drivezy asking me to pay for the clutch damage charges. I told them that how can we be liable for clutch plate burning as its a wear and tear part. This is impossible to burn clutch plate in such a small distance without any other prior issue in the vehicle and poor maintenance could have a role to play in this.
I told them that when we hire vehicle we inspect it from outside and accept it, we neither do inspection of engine parts nor its possible as we are hiring the car for short distance and not buying the car.
If it was damaged by us from outside possibly any damage to body part then we would have accepted the charges but internal damage could only be a result of poor maintenance.
Their customer care response was also very poor. Only mistake what we did is to book car through drivezy, which in my view is a very unprofessional company.
A genuine suggestion please check car before taking from this kind of service. Better go for trusted players in the market. How you are understanding your customer.
Please understand the genuine concerns and accept your faults. These people do not have any checklist for the cars.
No proper audit of car before after trip. If they have also they will charge hefty penalty from you even if you are proven of being non guilty.

vehicle breakdown and unresponsive staff

I had booked a 2 wheeler from Drivezy on Oct 14(Sunday), 2018 for a trip that could have lasted for around 12 hours. The vehicle stopped starting at around 8 pm when i had another 2 hours of booking left. I had an entire schedule planned. It was a Sunday raining night in Bangalore and I got stuck in the middle of the road. Both station manager and customer care refused to give me an acceptable solution which was arrangement of an alternate vehicle. Not only that, the customer care executives wanted "authority" from my co-rider to speak and were very rude to her. We have had hundreds of issues till date but no customer service executive has ever spoken in a way these people did. They had the audacity to disconnect calls based on assumptions of me absuing them. All this happened after over 2 hours of arguing on the phone. They gave me an unnaceptable solution to which i had to anyway act, making all of this already a very horrible experience. This wasn't the end. Even after two way communication, my trip hadnt been ended and I was continuously receiving messages about trip extension. I had to go back to the station at 1 am and get this matter resolved. It was around 3 am when all of this got over. Still no response about a discussed refund/reimbursement.

Hi,
This is regarding my last booking with with Drivezy, booking id attached.
I took the vehicle from Whitefield location & have attached the photos of vehicle. the vehicle was in poor condition & as informed by fleet it underwent servicing couple of days back.
The vehicle had major damage in the front as well as back panel.
There was problem with one of the tires as well.
I took the vehicle to petrol pump and realised that there was leakage from the coolant. I immediately returned to the location and reported the issue. The fleet there insisted me on accepting that I brushed a bump in the way.He tried convincing me by saying that we won't charge anything from you because it's within 5km. My point is that why should I accept the fact that my car bumped when I was driving very slow & there is no hump in the way to petrol pump.Also, I was driving really slow because of the flat tire which I had to get fixed at petrol pump.
For the matter of fact, no car get damaged from below until unless it's not a major hump or something very major happens.
After returning to the location, I parked the vehicle there and after 5 mins, i couldn't see any any leakage.The parking area is full of Mudd and in this rainy season one can't really figure if it's a coolant or normal water. I have attached images for the same.
After sometime the fleet came back to me saying 'kya karte ho sir' and showed me photos of vehicle damaged from back. I was shocked and showed him the photos which I had taken. He then realised his mistake and said sorry. the photos are from a different car but for a minute he again accused me of damaging the car.
My point is :
The fleet executive didn't check the car properly before handing it over to me or there was damage from the last booking which he didn't notice while handing the car.
If the fleet can't figure the difference between 2 cars and can accuse me of damage by showing another cars photos I am not sure how responsible they are.
Ideally Drivezy should compensate for my loss, I wasted a day and the bookings for the day. I paid some 1600 to Drivezy and 2000 for the bookings for the day.
Instead Drivezy is now accusing me of damaging the car when I returned the car within 2 km.My mistake was that I didn't realise the leakage until petrol pump guys told me.
I tried contacting the fleet team lead & he assured me that we will waive off the damage charges on vehicle. He asked me to wait for some time until he gets the vehicle checked but my concern is regarding the charge which I have paid for the vehicle.

Now, when I see in my account the damage charges are applied .
