Drivezy team,
I have two refunds pending against
Pnr numbers

Inspite of multiple follo-ups and calls, i'm just told that refund is processed. But it has not been credited to my account until date. To provide you with proof, i have also shared with you people a screenshot of my credit card statement using which original payment was made. Nobody is replying me about my refund status.

    I booked a Drivezy vehicle with PNR [protected] on[protected]. My ride timings were 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. I have returned my bike before the end time i.e., 7:00 pm. But I got a message that my booking was extended and it showed my booking was active till 9:25 pm and after that, I was fined overtime charges of 56 rupees. I don't understand why it happened and was unable to contact customer care

      Hello Drivezy,

      This is to bring your kind notice ( which I did several times) that you did not pay the full refuelling amount which is Rs 300.

      I booked a baleno (PNR - [protected]) on 11 Jan 2020, which I refuelled for Rs 300. I received a mail from your end mentioning the amount to be Rs 300 in the invoice. But I received a refund of Rs 200 which is not acceptable. I mailed your customer support several times but that did not fetch any replies.

      I request you to kindly pay my amount fully.

        How many times, i need to pay you due to server issues.
        Should i stop using your services.

        I have extended vehicle from 11 pm to 11 pm, due to app glitches it happened for only 12 hours.

        I called customer care, and he told me that extension has been updated till 11 pm, drivezy application and drivezy messages also shows same information, no mismatch.

        I returned vehicle in evening around 6:30 pm and paid for distance charges only.

        I have been using for more than 2 years and have wallet balance of rs 7k, but of no use.

        I cannot pay anymore to drivezy, m fed up.

          Friday i. E on 10/01/2020 had taken an vehicle from drivezy location rajajinagar. We traveled for arround 900 kms approximatley near to 900km left side back tyre had punctured we changed the stepny immidiatley and came to location in time to drop the vehicle and we had informed as the tyre had punctiured immidiatley they had seen the tyre and said tyre had burst and rim had damaged for this we need to pay 6000/-. I immidiatley paid and said morning i will get repair this tyre and rim and get back they will return the entier amount. Team also agreed and and we left back to home at the time of 3.00 a m 13/01/2020. Just after 15 mins reaching our home they closed the booking.in the morning at 9.30 am i had reached location and get that repeired tyer and rim gave back to them they told me booking had closed completley so we cant give back your damage charges. Sorry.
          The vehicle condition was not good, tyre already run near to 40000km.
          These type of the cheating is going in bangalore drivezy self drive team.
          I request please do something to this kind of cheaters.

          Photos had been updated when the time of tyre puncture, after reaching the location they had shown this had been damaged and bursted, and also had updated repeired by myself in the morning and handedovered

            We took a car from drivezy and met with an accident. The incident happened around 1 am on 20 oct 2019. They were not allowing us to leave and therefore we had a pay an amount of Rs 25000 to leave from that place. Next day we came with the mechanic and took the car and got it repaired. Still drivezy executive did not agree and told us it is not repaired properly. We again took the car and got it repaired. Now they have ended the ride also but they have not refunded our deposit amount. After ending the ride, they are charging us an amount of Rs 10000 by saying that clutch plate is damaged. But we asked from the mechanic and he said there is no issue in clutch plate. They are simply cheating us and mentally harassing us from lat 2 and half months. Even customer care executives are not supportive. Please help. As per the rental agreement of the drivezy, they can charge a maximum penalty of Rs 9999 from customer. Even they don’t have any policy by which they can keep a deposit from customer. It has been more than 2 and half months and we have not received a single penny. Please help

              I have done an online payment transaction for rs. 4298/- using my credit card on 30/10/2019 (Date) through using payment mode (Amazon pay). The purpose of the transaction was to make repayment for my booking pnr [protected] .
              The transaction fail and amount was debited from my bank account on the same date. However, i have now been informed that the same has not been credited to the account of the beneficiary.

                I have booked car from Drivezy twice but both the times they cancelled my booking at last moment saying car has breakdown
                I has suffered both times as I had booked hotels which were not refunded as the last minute cancellation was not allowed.
                Lost around 5000rs.

                Customer care takes ages to pick call and just say sorry and no compensation.

                Drivezy never provided compensation for same.

                  I booked one bike (Pnr : [protected]) for sunday 24/11/2019 from drivezy android application. As per my booking time reached the drivezy pick up location kormanagala. Station manager said they dont have any helmet. As per drivezy faq they clearly told one free helmet will be provide (Attach the screen shot). But didnot provide and ask me to arrage the helmet or cancell the booking. As i don't have any arragement in morning 7 am i have to cancell the booking. They charged for cancellation even though there was no fault from my side. This is not just my complaint agaist them. Many cosumer are having issue but not able to get any solution but lossing there hard earn money. I request you to take strong action agaist drivezy and help me to get my money back. I have spet around 800/-. Booking charge 700/- around. (Screen shot attach). And going to drivexy pick location. (100/-). Hopping for best resolution.

                    Hey during my last booking i rided some extra kms which was charged around ₹84. When i was dropping off the the bike in your zone, the incharge guy in the zone asked me to pay the due amount and i paid it already. Now i'm trying to book a bike but it's still asking me to pay the older due amount. How many times should i pay the same amount? Attaching the evidence that i paid during my last ride.

                      I have my car rented with drivezy, and there is a legal agreement to pay me car rent every month. I havent received any car rent from 2 months and the app which is linked with tracker shows as car is lost or not trackable. This has happened more than a month ago, and no body is either responding on mails or calls. How do i get justice? Shall i go and file a police complain?

                      I am also partner with them. I urge all people who have cheated by them to unite and file a case against the company. This is one of the pathetic company which hardly care about our hard earned money, they don't even reply. My payment is due since Oct 2019. They promised to clear due by July 2020 and now there is no response. If we fight alone then it wont be impactful. Lets show them the unity.

                        I picked up a ford ecosport from their pune, hinjewadi point. After some distance the clutch plate failed and car was not moving further. I contacted drivezy customer care immediately and they asked me to get it repaired and the repair amount refund will be initiated once i drop the vehicle and submit the repair bill (All this conversation is available with me as it was done through chat). Mechanic informed me that the clutch plate was very old and was bound to be broken at any point of time. He has also mentioned in the bill that the clutch plate was worn out.
                        It took me 4 hours to get the vehicle repaired. Me and my family were stranded on road and had to bear the terrible inconvenience.
                        At the time of the drop i submitted the repair bill and images and again i was assured that refund will be initiated and i will get the amount within 7-9 working days (I have screenshot of complete chat). 2 days later i received a mail from them saying as per terms and conditions of our company we cannot process your refund. If the vehicle breaks down after 50 kms then customer has to bear all the expense of the repair. That's how they plan to loot their customers. During my entire communication with their customer care team no one even mention anything about the distance policy at any point of time. I can provide complete communication done over chat.
                        Please note that i spent rs. 12800 to repair their faulty vehicle and i am brutally denied the refund... Pls help. Also me and my family had to undergo lot of inconvenience and harassment.

                          While driving i have crossed the speed limit of 120 kms/hr i have touched a speed of 125 kms/hr and reduced the speed immediately as soon as i noticed. This happened twice i haven't got a call or text about this and drivezy has charged me ₹ 3500 overspending charge. My concern is if drivezy wants their customers to drive slow within set limit please install a speed governor as other car rental does for their customers saftey, not to charge them a hefty amount once the ride is completed this is a cheap business trick drivezy should be ashamed of doing this. I called the customer care to discuss about my issue their customer care officer is asking me to check the speedometer always when i am driving. So disgusting customer service i don't understand do they have common sense when someone is driving in a national highway 6 lane drivezy wants their customers to look at speedometer not the road so poor training skills insane. I wanted to talk to a manager for 4 days he is always on his break, shift ended, he left office, he is not available some or the other # reason.

                          Best part of drivezy is customer care officer tells there is no manager available currently to talk to me, if there is high call volume or a technical glitch in drivezy support lines their customer care officers will take a decision & call their founder mr ashwarya pratap singh to further step they don't have a team leader, operations manager, customer care lead, avp & vp's they deal directly with ceo.

                          I am extremely sorry about my language here but this is disgusting as i am waiting for a call from 4 days which is not acceptable no proper complaints procedure

                            There was a minor scratch on the vehicle (Activa 5g).
                            For which they were charging rs.1500.
                            Whereas on their drivezy app the vehicle damage policies it is clearly mentioned that minor damage on the body is charged rs.0.
                            But they forcefully charged that money moreover the person on the customer care was extremely rude. They charged rs. 500, and i paid also.
                            This is completely unacceptable.
                            I have done booking in drivezy and I found that my booking vehicle was still with another customer.i don't know how can they allot me when the vehicle is not available, it caused me huge time loss and I need action to be taken for this as this is not the first time for me to have issues with drivezy.

                              I booked a rental car for 7 Jul 2019, 09:00 to 8 Jul 2019, 19:00 in Mumbai, India (Pickup & Drop location: Mumbai International Airport) for Rs. 3132/-. The corresponding booking PNR was [protected] and car number (as shown in the app) MH12 QG6240 (Maruti Celerio Automatic). I used a Flipkart coupon (worth 100 Flipkart coins) for this booking, which made me eligible for a discount of Rs. 1500/-, making my final payment to Drivezy as[protected]= 1632/-.

                              However, on 7 Jul 2019, I received a call at 07:00 am (i.e. only 2 hours prior to the booking start time) that car documents were not renewed by the RTO and they will be unable to provide me with that car. They also informed no other car is available and initiated a cancellation and refund from their end for only Rs. 1632/-.

                              Since it was the last moment and since it was urgent, I was unable to arrange for any other car service immediately for the same price. I ended up spending 3-4 hours and finally arranged a self-drive car through a local channel and ended up paying INR 3500+. However, when I contacted Drivezy, they were unwilling to accept the responsibilities and maintained that they had refunded the full amount and can't help anymore.

                              In light of this, I submit that the complete losses I endured include (but not limited to) the following:

                              1. I spent 100 Flipkart coins to avail the coupon code for Drivezy discount of Rs. 1500/-. Now, they refunded an amount of Rs. 1632/-, but neither the Rs. 1500/-, nor the 100 Flipkart coins (which I could have used for other purposes).

                              2. Now, Flipkart will say that their coupon got me a discount of Rs. 1500/- and their part was done. They will not agree to convert the coupon back to their coins to be used for other purposes. And Drivezy maintains that they refunded what they think of as the complete amount i.e. Rs. 1632/-. As such I've incurred a loss of Rs. 1500/- neither Flipkart nor Drivezy is willing to repay me.

                              3. While booking the replacement self-drive option, I ended up paying more than Rs. 4000/- simply because it was last moment pricing; while I had booked the car well in advance to avoid the same and was cancelled due to Drivezy's fault (not mine). This difference[protected] = Rs. 868/- is also the amount which signifies my loss for which Drivezy is accepting no responsibility.

                              This incident also begs questions like the below:

                              1. Why the car documents were not renewed in time instead of waiting till last moment
                              2. If there's no document, how can a car be assigned to a customer
                              3. Even if the documents for a car have been expired why wait till 2 hours prior to the journey start time to tell the customer that
                              4. Finally, how compliant are they with transport department rules on renewing car documents etc.

                              In conclusion, I believe I suffered a loss of more than Rs. 2368/- (i.e. Rs. 1500/- + Rs. 868/-) and expect a minimum further refund of Rs. 2368/- in my bank account (in addition to the Rs. 1632/- already refunded)

                                I rented a scooty honda activa on 7th june, 2019 from drivezy for one month at a price of rs. 3300. The drop time of vehicle was suppose to be 7th july, 2019 as i rented for a month. Then around 4-5th july, i tried to extend my ride by one week and tried to make a payment of rs. 700 around something. The payment got failed for some reason and i didn't notice that the payment got failed as after making the payment i didn't even think of seeing the success screen and just assumed that my rent has been extended since i was in hurry to make for my office meeting. Now this ignorance cost me on 11th july around 6 pm when i noticed that my vehicle time was never extended. I tried calling customer care but they are never helpful. Then i tried checking my transactions that whether or not i made a successful transaction for the extension. But actually this was the time when i realised that the payment must have got failed the other day when i was trying to extend the vehicle. Now when i went to drop the vehicle, they charged me a late penalty of rs 7446 for 4 days which is infact twice the amount charged for whole month which was just rs. 3300. I requested them to lower the penalty as it was a mistake from my end. And also told them that i am regular and a loyal customer of drivezy, so please lower my charge penalty. But they still didn't help me and forced me to pay the whole penanlty amount. Then i asked them why didn't they callled after the second day i. E 8th of july if i got delayed by a whole day because usually these people will call you a hundred of times if you delay the vehicle drop even by a single hour. Then they shouted over me that it is not our job to remind you which i agreed but i told them that you people usually call the customers if they delay the vehicle drop even by an hour and if they had called me then i would have saved a lot of money. Then they said they kept sending me lot of sms and emails about the delay. I replied by telling them that i didn't receive even a single sms or an email because if i did then i would have surely dropped the vehicle in time.
                                Then they said that this cannot happen because if this was the case then they would sure waive off my penalty. I tried to explain them that i really didn't receive any sms or email and why would i tell lies. Then they again shouted over me telling me that the problem must be the network service provider and kindly check with them. I then immediately called the airtel customer care people and asked them if they can provide with any information whether or not i received any sms from drivezy company, but airtel people said they do not have any information about the sms.

                                Ultimately i had to make the payment of rs. 7446 which was too huge amount. But am surely not convinced with the way i was treated by the customer care people of drivezy company and also about the lies that they sent me messages and emails. But even if they did send me sms or emails, i had the proof that i didn't receive any, then as per a good company they should have understood my situation and helped me by lowering the penalty amount.

                                I just seek a refund of the penalty amount from them as i think that was surely not a justified incident with me.

                                  Hello team drivezy,

                                  I am writing this email regarding my booking from mumbai (Pnr # [protected]).

                                  I booked an car on 22nd june, 2019 for booking date 5th july 7:00 am till 7th july 18:00 pm which was successfully booked with providing all car details to registered email & mobile contact.

                                  Later, i got an call from drivezy pick up point on 4th july around 22:00 pm informing me that car allotted to me has some oil issues and so there will be little delay to get the car in next early morning.
                                  Considering my long journey for around 6-7 hours, i agreed with him and was absolutely fine to wait till the oil problem in the car get resolved.
                                  Again later, i received an call from same person and requesting me to cancel my booking as the oil problem in the car cannot be resolved till next morning.
                                  Also he tried to offer me some alternate car from different pick up point (Powai lake, hiranandani) and i was completely fine with it, as the same person assured me that there were no extra charges for the alternate car.
                                  Later when i informed to confirm the car, he said to contact customer care and request them to update for the car.

                                  Sooner, around 23:15 pm - 23:30 pm the same person from pick up point call me and again request me to cancel the booking as now he was trying to explain me that there was some document related issue for the car i booked on 22nd june, 2019. I was completely shocked for his words, and i was like whats all this going on and what he is trying to explain / convince me?
                                  Later, i contact customer care again & tried to explain them for above matter in details and want to know final status for my booking as it was already too late for me to find any other alternative to reach my destination for next day.
                                  On the same call, customer care executive confirmed with me that the car is blocked now due to some document issue, but assured me that i can pick up car on same booking time, as the issue will get resolved in 2-3 hours and car will surely get unblocked before booking time.

                                  On confirming this, i again like to reconfirm there words with pick up point and felt really strange as the person informed me that we cannot give you car in early morning and i need to cancel my booking and also they do not have any alternate car to provide me for same dates. Due to cancellation of this booking, it occurred me to face more losses as i made further booking relying on my this booking. This was my first booking on drivezy, and believe me i never ever felt such unprofessional-ism for any of my other bookings. It was like, they were more interested to cancel the booking and just don't care about customer priorities / urgency. I had hired car from zoom car, revv and few other self drive car companies, but never faced such issue with any of my bookings.

                                  I would surely not recommend drivezy to anyone.

                                  Hopefully request team drivezy to resolve there internal issues and please don't create trouble to customers and make them to bear losses just because of your irresponsibility and unprofessional-ism.

                                    I have booked a car Mahindra XUV W10 500 (MH14CX9876) from drivezy with PNR no. [protected] on 31st May 2019 at cost of 6588. Car was booked from 6th July 12 am to 7 July 10 pm. We received a message from drivezy half an hour before scheduled pick up time that "your booking is scheduled to start and there might be delay due to unexpected condition" and if there was any such situation then they should have informed well in advance and cancelled my booking or should have arranged another option. When we reached the drivzy station at hinjewadi we were told that car met an accident this evening and can not arrange any car for you. We called drivezy customer care about this issue but they said it is under maintenance and can not arrange any car for you. What about our two days for which we were planning from last 1 month. It was reunion for us and all spoiled just because of flaw in policies of drivezy. They should keep back up of vehicles in such cases instead of opening all vehicles for booking. If we cancel vehicle or get delayed in dropping vehicle they charge twice the amount but in our case nothing happens only money that we paid is returned. Why they have two way policy it should be same for everyone considering equal loss. Is there no value of time of any person who took off from his office came long way from different cities to spend time with his friends. Does it not make any difference to them. Our time values a lot and we want rightful value of our time and money.

                                      Fuel Reimbursement not done post 45 days of the trip, mutliple follow ups done. Each time their customer care team says they will be calling me back but I get no update.

                                      I have taken a fuel included package and they provide me the vehicle with low fuel. Fisrt they ask me to fill fuel for them later they turn blind when time comes for reimbursement.

                                      Its not at all trustworthy.

                                        MY ISSUE WAS MY CREDIT CARD DID NOT WORK in there card machine and either online as i had exceeded my credit limit i requested them to please allow me to get the cash from one of the ATMS around and pay you but instead they asked me to give my GOLD CHAIN, GOLD RING or MY PHONE and Finally they ended up taking my NOKIA 7.1 worth (21500) as my family was standing in the road and started blaming me that you are drunk and threatened me that they gonna over charge and if i dont give either of the phone or gold chain and ring the gonna call the police and i even waited for police finally i realized that they were fooling me around instead they wanted one of it ( i dont understand they want payment or my jewelry and i wonder which company does like this).
                                        This was done in Kr puram branch bangalore be aware please .

                                          We have booked the cab at koramangala location, which was close to our residence. It was very disappointing that after the booking confirmation when we reached the pick-up point, car wasn't available at the location and we were delayed by 1hr for an alternative car. For which we traveled from koramangala to marathalli (12 kms approx) and was promised at time of pick up that our cab charges will be re-imbursed. - nothing got refunded.
                                          Morevover, during the trip, we filled the petrol worth 400rs after which it was not reflected in indicator. Hence, we asked them deduct rs.400 from petrol bill and re-imburse the same. They didn't even considered it.
                                          I had made payment for my ride which was from June 2nd to June 30th all of a sudden I got a mail that my payment is due I have the proof that I had made the payment

                                            I had a very unpleasant experience with my drivezy ride.
                                            Pnr : [protected] booked from whitefield, bangalore near varthur road.

                                            I had made a booking from 13th may 03:00pm to 14th may 03:00am, i wanted to extend the ride for 24 hrs, there was an option to extend the ride in the app using which i extended the ride till 15th may 03:00am, post that my end time got updated in the app and i got a message that the extension charge is rs 350, which i thought i would pay while returning

                                            When i went to return the vehicle on 15th may 01:00am, the guy incharge of that centre asked me to pay 1760, i argued saying i had seen its rs.350 when i extended, he replied saying i might not have paid the extension charge due to which the extension didnt happen, which was suspicious to me as the cause of the problem was very obvious to him and it seemed like a frequently reported problem.

                                            I called customer care and was on call for 40 mins, explaining them that it was nowhere hinted in the app that unless the extension amount was paid, a ride extension wont be considered
                                            And the app actively changes the end time as soon as i tap on extend which gives an impression that the ride is successfully extended.

                                            I tried to explain this for 40 long minutes, after which they disconnected my call, and didnt answer the call again, i tried to call them for another 15 minutes and they didnt answer.

                                            It was 2:00am in the night and i told the field guy i have to leave since its late, i cant keep on trying the cc number as they arent answering after the initial conversation, i asked him to reach out to his senior and call me as he has my aadhar card copy and dl copy.

                                            He asked me to give my original dl else i cant leave, i told him he already has my aadhar and dl copy and once cc is available they can call me. But he didnt let me go.

                                            I didnt want to mess with a ignorant man 2am in the night, i paid the amount.

                                            Now its not about the money, i need an apology from everyone involved in this melodrama.

                                            - the app developer who has no sense of the product functionality that he's developing.
                                            - the customer care guy whom i spoke to for 30 min, who didnt understand a thing i was saying.
                                            - store guy for his bad behaviour, who tells me 5 people have reported the same issue (Knows theres a miscommunication doesnt care to correct it)

                                            I am not going to take a drivezy again, will also suggest people not to go for it.

                                            Not correcting a problem is a big problem seems like a scam, not accepting is a bigger problem.

                                            I am expecting an immediate apology, else i am going to take this to your ceo.

                                              What a Fraud.

                                              Feeling like i was duped.

                                              1. Booked with the fuel package and there was no fuel in the tank. Then refueled for 500 took the pos reciept and now the drivezy executive is saying it will not get approved.

                                              2. The end timing was 2:00 am. Car got stopped and due to some problem with the engine it got stopped due to which i was 7 mins late to the drop point. Executive was in the other car was doing some app process for that car and he ended the trip after 20 mins And guess how much i was charged? Rs 621. Is this my fault?

                                              What kind of business do you run by cheating the customers.

                                              Going to put this on consumer court and the social media. Such a shame you people are. Thought of giving you a try by thinking that you are better than the competition like zoomcar. But No i was wrong.

                                                I booked a Honda Amaze from Drivezy for 3 days. When I reached the pickup point in Hinjewadi Pune on 19th of April the car was not even starting and it was in a very bad condition. There were many dents and scratches on the vehicle so I called the customer care to get a solution, the customer care representative was not interested to give any answer then she asked me to give the call to the field executive and they decided to give me another car i.e. ritz which was also in a bad condition more than Amaze. All the cars in there parking lot were in a bad condition and the field executives were not even properly trained. Finally I started our trip and had to return the car 10 hrs before the actual time because I was facing many problems. After completing the trip I tried to call the customer care for refund but I was not able to talk to any of their representative. Then I got to know that once you complete your trip you are not able talk to any of their representative. Think before you book a car with drivezy. I suggest you to book zoomcar or revv, they are a bit costly but you'll be able to enjoy your trip without any tension.

                                                  I am writing this mail on how i was falsely charged with payment of rs 5, 246 as damage charges.

                                                  I am writing this mail to all the teams possible and all senior executives at drivezy and forwarding the response and how the issue was solved to the senior management. I am also writing in to indian consumer complaint forum and other social media platforms to make people aware on how drivezy falsely charges people.

                                                  Booking date: 7th feb, 2019 hinjawadi pune

                                                  Issue: i had taken a vehicle on february 7th. When i returned the vehicle it had some scratches and i accepted the same and agreed to pay the damage charges of rs 3, 000 as told by the executive. However, during the argument the drivezy executive started behaving rudely, started being physical and as a matter of revenge added cost of more rs 2, 000 as late delivery charges and charges for damage to doors.

                                                  I accept the scratches and was happily ready to pay rs 3, 000 but paying rs 5, 246 for something which would not even cost so much to repair and paint, false charges of damage to doors, physical man handling and such rude behaviour is not acceptable. You almost charged me thrice for the damages compared to the actual cost of repair.

                                                  I am going to take this up ahead because physical abuse and fraudulent charges is not acceptable at all.

                                                  I would like you to initiate a refund of my false charges and an apology for the physical abuse. And let me believe that drivezy as a brand cares for it's customers, it's just some employees who damage the reputation of the brand.

                                                    I had booked a car with fuel inclusive option for 400 kms. But i was given a vehicle with no fuel and i had to fill it with 1500/- at the start of the trip followed by another refueling of 500/- at the end of the trip.
                                                    I only got a debit card receipt for the 1500/- refueling i did during the beginning of the trip. However i have not received any refund confirmation for that.
                                                    The drivezy person i handed over the receipt to said they don't accept debit card slips as valid receipts.
                                                    This is not acceptable. First of all i should have been given a car filled with the necessary fuel as i have paid for it during the booking.
                                                    Now i am ending up paying for the fuel. Not acceptable.

                                                      I made a transaction using payu on 8th of march 2019 for a booking. The transaction failed and the money was debited from my account. I then made a fresh payment for a booking. Due to some issues i had to cancel my booking. I received the refund for the 2nd transaction and i am yet to receive a refund nor a refund status of the failed transaction. I tried following up with the contact number and still dint receive a proper response from them.

                                                        My first drivezy experience:

                                                        The major difference between drivezy and other service based industries is that the other service based industries believe ‘customer is right if the customer has slightest chance of being right’ while drivezy believes that the ‘customer is wrong even if he/she provides strong evidence of being right’

                                                        Me and my friends recently used drivezy for the first time and below is our experience with their service.

                                                        We booked a hyundai grand i10 from ka03af3698 (Pnr: [protected]
                                                        ) from yelachenahalli, bangalore at 11:00 p. M 2nd march. We picked up the car at 11:55 p. M.

                                                        Before pickup:

                                                        â· the car's front bumper was damaged and had engine oil marks all over it

                                                        â· when we discussed our concern with their station executive, he asked us to take the pic of car and assured us the car is working fine.

                                                        After pickup:

                                                        â· the car broke down after 136 kms of drive due to leaking engine oil (We then realized that the marks on the bumper were due to leakage of engine oil)

                                                        â· our car was stuck in the middle of flyover and the maintenance team came after two hours after multiple calls (At the spot which was hardly 30 minutes away from the drivezy pickup station)

                                                        â· the maintenance guys will always blame you as obvious (To protect their #) and so happened in this case. They now deep dived into the reason for oil marks on bumper. As soon as the maintenance guy saw oil marks on bumper they immediately opened the bonnet and found the source of that damage.

                                                        â· after a bit of investigation and figuring out the source of engine oil leakage, they immediately blamed us for lower chassis damage

                                                        ⷠwhen we argued that the oil stains were present before pickup then they didn’t hear to our arguments

                                                        ⷠas the result they charged us 9, 999 inr immediately and confiscated my friend’s driving license for one month for insurance claim

                                                        Customer support:

                                                        ⷠthe most interesting fact about their customer service told by one of their executives was that they don’t have any turnaround time (Tat) for tickets

                                                        â· after providing complete evidence and arguments for the damage their customer support took around 4 days to reply

                                                        ⷠtheir car experts had this brilliant argument that with the amount of oil spillage at drop time this car can’t go for 136 kms. To which i argued that the oil spillage was less when we picked the car (As per the picture evidence) and increased after drive of 136 kms (Which is obvious)

                                                        ⷠthey didn’t have any explanation for the oil stains at bumper before pickup

                                                        â· they finally concluded that it was a running damage and so i should be charged for it

                                                        ⷠat the end of everything we ended up with a spoiled weekend and a loss of 9, 999 inr. To add to this bad experience drivezy also confiscated my driving license for one month so that i can’t drive for a month and they can claim their insurance without any hassle

                                                        ⷠafter this experience i won’t recommend anyone to use drivezy. If you are still planning to use drivezy then i can suggest you some safety tips based on my experience

                                                        O take a good camera along with yourself and take pics of every inch of the car

                                                        O if possible, tilt the car and take the pics of complete lower chassis

                                                        O open the bonnet, and take the pic of that too

                                                        O open the boot of car and take a pic of that too

                                                        O check the stephney

                                                        O make a good video of car

                                                        O and if you have any suspicion about the car’s condition then please don’t pick it up else be sure that you will be charged 9, 999 inr for it

                                                        Attaching the real picture of car taken before pickup and chat with customer care, so that you can be the judge of drivezy and my story on your own

                                                          I have booked an drivezy airport ride starting 17th feb 2019, 08:00 am. My payment has also been made with amazon pay payment id: pay_bwh7lj5vkasvke. But i have neither got any booking id nor it is reflecting it in my upcoming booking.
                                                          Neither their chat nor call support is responding. Most unprofessional behaviour of a company towards its customer.
                                                          I want my issue resolved at earliest.

                                                            Totally whole holiday was waste in drivezy... It is not good service and also thier car's are failure after travel some
                                                            Distance. Customer care not receive my call.. Plz dont pick any car..in drivezy.

Its not good service. During this customer care dosnt receive any call from customer and they say only we cant do anything. Pls guys dont pick up any car from this site.

                                                            Horrible experience with Drivezy..Beware!!
                                                            I picked up a Ford ecosport from their Pune, Hinjewadi point. After some distance the clutch plate failed and car was not moving further. I called drivezy customer care and they asked me to get it repaired and the repair amount refund will be initiated once I drop the vehicle and submit the repair bill. Mechanic informed me that the clutch plate was very old and was bound to be broken at any point of time.
                                                            It took me 4 hours to get the vehicle repaired. Me and my family were stranded on road and had to bear the terrible inconvenience.
                                                            At the time of the drop I submitted the repair bill and images and I was assured that refund will be initiated and I will get the amount within 7-9 working days. 2 days later I received a mail from them saying as per terms and conditions of our company we cannot process your refund... That's how they plan to loot their customers.
                                                            Please note that renting a vehicle from drivezy is a real risky deal...
