Please charge the vendors for not using vendor compartments
I am a regular daily passenger in main line howrah -Chuchurah station.
Katwa local down (37914) : Chuchurah stn (at 7.58AM) in back side ladies compartment some ladies vendors occupy the full gate with their 3 vegetable bags and they are not allowing passengers to board the train. We told them various time that with these 3-4 big big vegetable bags please use vendor. They ignored our words.
Today They threatened us that they will not allow us to board the trn.
Please put RPF/TT in chuchurah station for checking and charging the fine for not using vendors and please stop them to use the ladies compartment.
How can they threat the passenger that they can't allow us to board?
Everyday they carry 3-4 vegetable bags by occupying the door and they are not using vendors and they don't care about any passengers.
Please take some action and do the needful.

12023 is always late

The train no 12023 howrah - patna jana shatabdi express runs late very often. (1) it is because the patna - howrah arrives late. It departs late from patna and arrives late. (2) mismanagement by railway authority.
I find the train goes packed but the reservations are not done in a fear o[censored]ncertainty. Please see that this train runs in time, people are not inconvenienced, railways get revenue.
Management must be perfect.

Dumdum, the most important jn station of sealdah section has no enquiry counter. The office of the station manager is not visible. Most of the trains are running very late ( sorry all trins ). But there is no proper display board . There are five platforms but the display board have the capacity of four ( though the last one installed within one year. There is no time table in front of cashcounter of subway-2. Not any time table in the platform...

DAILY PASSENGER ISSUE.

Hi,
The daily passengers (DP) from Durgapur and Burdwan are not letting anyone to seat in unreserved compartments except themselves. For evicting the non daily passengers, they are using filthy language, heckling the passengers and even beating them up. Because the non-daily passengers are unorganised, the DPs are doing whatever they can.
Can railways do something against these unruly passengers ? This is happening especially in the 1st three compartments of Agnibeena Exp. from the engine i.e. between the engine and the Ladies compartment. DPs from Durgapur are keeping seats for DPs from Burdwan from Durgapur itself and if anyone protests then these organised hooligans are behaving just like anti socials.I had witnessed to such hooliganism today as I had to come by General compartment because of my ticket being in waiting list (PNR[protected]. I saw even senior citizens coming from Asansol were also not spared. Please investigate and do something against these DPs. This is the case in Agnibeena Exp, Coalfield Exp and Black Diamond Exp.

poor 2 AC coach and service

Im travelling in train no 18401 puri okha express in 2AC coach. The coach is very poor and it appears like a sleeper coach modified. The side lower and side upper berths are very narrow that even a person cannot sleep comfortably. The quality of bedsheets and pillows is very poor. I don't think they even wash it properly. The toilets are a mess. Worst service provided by railways while collectinga huge amount of Rs 2500 per head. The coach quality of AC compartments should be improved a lot. Worst train journey experience ever my life. I'm badly affected for paying

Respected Sir,
I like to share you that the ticket checking by the TT's in Sealdah is very very below standard. The TT's do not know how to beheave with the passengers. Actually I am working in Delhi last few years and on 09/09/12 I have came from Delhi to Kolkata in the morning time. In the morning I was entered Sealdah to caught a local train and also looking for the local ticket counter because i did not know the changes in Sealdah station. But a TT suddently came in front of me and asked for the ticket. I told him I was looking for the ticket counter but he was claim that I was without ticket so you have to pay the fine. I was tried to explained him but he did not listen any thing. So without argument I paid him and he gave a me slip . The TT name is Pradip Kumar Roy in Eastern Railway Sealdah.
I want to tell you that money is does not matter but this kind of harassment is not acceptable. They are here for public service. But I think this kind of people only make harassment for the public, not for the public service.
I hope railway would definitely take some immediate action against this kind of thing.

Tdr not refunded even after 1 year 8 months

I, Krishendu Chatterjee, booked a train ticket for 2 people on 30/06/2010 (PNR no:[protected] and Transaction id: [protected]) to journey from Rourkela to Howrah on 03/07/2010. But, we could not travel as trains were running late for more than 3 hours. So, I lodged a TDR dated 06/07/2010 with the reference no ekt[protected] to the Indian Railways. The current TDR Status shows "forwarded to railway". The total no of days elapsed from filing date to today has been more than one and a half years.
I would be highly obliged if you please look into the matter and take necessary steps so that I may recieve my due amount as soon as possible.

But, we could not travel becaouse after chart prepration one ticket in RAC and another one is W/L -.1 So, both of passenger was not travelled Hance I lodged a TDR dated 25/01/2012 with the reference no ekt [protected] to the Indian Railways. The current TDR Status shows "forwarded to railway". The total no of days elapsed from filing date to today has been more than three months.

Giving fine due to Enquiry Officers giving wrong information
Dear Sir,
I am a monthly holder from Asansol to Howrah.On 29/12/2009 I asked at the enquiry of Howrah station that can I go to asansol with my monthly ticket by Howrah Elahabad Bibhuti Express (2333 up). The person told me to go. But on 30/12/2009 when I came by that train, at Asansol station the T.C made a fine of 259 rupees and told that the information was wrong. So I want to know from the rail authority that why they pay the salary to the illeterate enquiry stuff? I also want to know why the person gave me the wrong information. Is it a good passenger service by giving wrong information so that rail can earn money from fine? Remove such enquiry stuff otherwise they will give more wrong information and the passenger will give the fine.

I am a daily commuter from Shyamnagar to DumDum, The Platform no 2 of Shymnagar is too rosky to walk, in almost every day some person gets injured while boarding/getting down from trains. Pls do something. Helpful
