Respected madam/sir,
My previous complaint no.[protected] registered through rajasthan sampark is still pending and yet i have not received my refundable amount even after 6 months. Now to mentally tortured me they have sent my electricity bill for 698 units while till today the meter reading is only 541 units so how can they show 698 units in my electricity bill.
2. I am approaching to the jvvnl office kali mori alwar and dealing clerk replied that ‘you have registered complaint hence now you go to anywhere but nobody will entertain you, as matter is pending with us. Therefore its depend only on our wish not on rajasthan sampark’
3. Now, it is my humble request to guide me that where i can go to get justice for my refund amount as well as correction in my electricity bill. Situation becomes so complicated and they are mentally harassing me. You can enquire all matter even send a person to verify meter reading also to find out the factual details.

    The bill appears to be inflated, as i know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill.

      I am a resident of address 16-1-30/a/1, lokayutha colony, s. No: v8016473. I could find some discrepancy in calculation of bill amount for the month of april 2016.
      Issue 1: meter reading window has exceed more than 30 days, last bill reading taken on 4th april 2016 and the latest meter reading was taken on 10th may 2016 due to which 7 days penality had to be paid by me.

      Issue 2 : bill amount for the consumption of 420 units was 2538 (Inclusive of other charges) for the month of april 2016 which is high. Please correct the bill and do revised amount.

      Issue 3 : as per my consumption history we haven't crossed a meter reading 200, so i doubt why it had been quoted 420 which is very high.

      Consider the above issues and do the needful.
      Main meter unit is more than the sum of the individual units.

        Last 5 years we lived in a 2bhk apartment where the current bill was only Rs. 150 every month. Even after using AC in summer, the maximum we got was Rs. 500. We shifted house just a month back to another 2bhk and here it is Rs. 3000 for this month. We can't afford so much. It's the same AC and a fridge. We haven't even used the washing machine as it was not working. This can't be right. Please help!

          Our bills have been coming extraordinarily high, up to 7, 000 and we live in a 2 bhk flat, with 1 ac only, 1 fridge (4 star) only! This month i was fortunate enough to catch them red handed, the meter works fine and we've gotten it checked a several times.. The man coming to take the reading writes the wrong reading and i caught him red handed this time.. What can i do? And who will help me with this? Cause no one from the branch is helping as they're all corrupt as expected.. They've been making us pay so much all the time this way forcefully.. Our meter reading on 16/05/2016 is 51554 and the one they've dated 10/04/2016 is 51722 in the bill, now that's bizzare.. Please help..

Even we have given complains to electricity office many times but there is no any response from there side, other flat of our apartment are using a/c, tv, fridge then also there bill are lesser then our bill, please help us, we are student and we are not able to afford so much high bill.

              Dear Sir, My consumer No :SGBPL03607, LOAD & METER NO:(K) 0.1KW 4483433 Name-Marang Kudi Baski, Address: C/o-Kandana murmur/naresh murmur. vill-aprol po-aprol ps-borio, sahibganj dist. 816120 This is to inform you that we are receiving arrear bill, this is because of the fact that newly we got electricity connection but the day they gave electricity supply the transformer burns up. from that day we did not received the electricity but the bill was generated in our name..we got new transformer recently and but the bill is been generated from beginning, we wrote and summit complain letter to the offices in sahibganj electricity. but our issue has not been resolved. we also wrote to ranchi but till now still the bill is generated from beginning. So this is my humble request that please look into our problem its really a big problem to us..its not only my issue but whole village is suffering.. I hope what is been written is clear about the matter..Will wait and watch when this problem is resolved. if not done will stop paying the bill. My average bill hardly between 100 to 200 for month.before 4 months I fill the bill amount of 840 after that 2 month bill not come but in December bill comes with amount 1840.There is improper unit reading of hole year and wrong adjustment of bill so I can not afford this amount due to weak economic condition so please help to reduce bill amount. thanks.

                      Iam rajesh, iam living in chennai city, annanagar circle .in my home and two others home in same street, cable is burned before eight month, electricity board ask money around 30000 for replace the cable, we are middle family we cant pay that much of money, we need to change cable, while now we taking power from other, before bill come around 2, 000 . but now no cable and taking current from other homes, now electricity board asking to 6000 two months once, i dont know how they taking reading from meter . this is correct or wrong ? electricity board locate kilpauk water tank, home location near t.p.chatram, two month once we paying bill properly, they why asking money to replace the cable, even not in street its locate in main road

                        Hi, this is in regard of "electricity bill High and without any reason Meter cost added in Bill" In month of June " High bill was generated due to meter reader as many time they not come to check meter and they just mention meter reading as per their own decision. I went to SDO " Noida Sector -9 for seeking help to get the issue resolved . They never accepted that bill is wrong . when we asked him to look all history form last 2 years to till May you will find we never consumed huge electricity but sadly they not listen. After approaching 15 to 20 time asking for help SDO updated they will check meter and for that I have to pay extra 625 RS to fix another meter to check our current meter . After one meter they said they is no issue with your old meter and replaced my old meter with Check meter . we asked first we are amazed to know that there is any issue with current meter and if there is no issue with Current meter why you changed, they said this is process and also said they will add extra amount for this new check meter cost around 4000 to 5000 RS. We are really SAD and frustrated with this kind of support and service, where we go for this. Also just to update you there is no Bill Generated and shared form last 3 month where we again complaint for that and no one is listening. Now we are contacting you to get all help.

                            Sir, I'm resident of 447 g/f h.b.c sector 21 -d faridabad last month i have registered a complaint in our electricity office that our meter is running very fast and due to which our bill also get doubled. But no one comes to our house for checking meter even after a month. And they have also sent electricity bill according to that fast meter reading no one is listening to our complaint in that electricity office.

                                I archana singh want to check my electricity meter as my bill goes higher and higher as my previous bill. Currently i am using 2kw meter with daily use home appliances (No air conditioner) . Previous cosumed unit was around 300units / month and now it becomes 457units / month but also this month we are out of station for 7 days. I wanted to know the problem behind this or to change or check my electric meter. I will wait for your positive response as soon as poosible.                                         Hi sir we don't get electricity for 12-16 hrs daily. After every two hrs electric comes for ten minutes. Many a times at nights electric goes on for 12 hrs at a stretch. This is only happening in my locality irrespective of paying bills on time. I reside in Pankhatoli, Nayatola, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. We have been given a call center no which is[protected] but after calling them many times one of the staff has taken my number and keeps calling. His no is [protected]. electricity goes off only in Nayatola and no other parts of Muzaffarpur. Why? Are we not suppose to have lights for 24 hrs. At this point of time from 10pm onwards there is no light it's 1:45am. Give solution. If required then we are willing to contribute money but give electricity we have small children and old people and normal people who also breathe and feel the heat. Please come back with a solution.

We are only two members in the family and both o[censored]s working. Nobody at home and still got high bill, which you can compare from our previous bills. Tamil Nadu I registered a complaint 4 months before that, in Gandhi Nagar EB office and one line man came and checked our service[protected] and said meter is fault dont use this service I will disconnect this line you come morning to gandhi nagar office and give one request letter we will replace new meter like that we given the request letter and went 4 times to meet JE to replace the meter but JE is not available all the times in there seat we went 8:30 AM as said by formman but no new meter was replaced i am using the another service line for both rented shop and till date and we got previous month bill for the disconnected meter 2 times. First time I paid the bill this is the second time Rs.360/- was charged I didnt paid and line man came to do Disconnect the Service I argued with the line man he said come and meet JE she is available like that I met her and she said Old JE got retired Yesterday only i got joined so give new request letter i will take action like that... I would like inform that regularlly current bill not giving in time. i mean i received current bill last month on 04/sep/2014 and i not received current month bill till now. today date was 16/Oct/2014. If days are increasing my slap will also increase. it will lead to excess bill. (as per last bill generated on 04/Sep/2014 now 16/Oct/2014 that means 42 days) for example if bill generates today that means i have to pay bill for 42 days) This is to inform you that excess bill raised. Initially aware of these I make complaint to Jeedimetla office situated at Shapurnagar (Jeedimetla). But i didn't get any proper response from them. I had visited their office from last three months which I was informed that they said we will inform our computer division but result not in my fever. Please help me out. Please try to solve my problem.

                                                      To AEN, Electric Supply F-IV Pratapnagar, Jaipur Sub: Regarding disproportionate electricity bill Sir, I am a resident 29 D 153 Garondha, Pratapnagar, Jaipur and my Account no. is 1739/0030. I would like to register a complaint against the unusual meter reading by meter no. 1347175. It was installed and previous was replaced without my consent and without giving any reason. I wonder I have the same appliances from Jan 2014 to Sep 2014 but the meter reading is going like Jan (18 Units), Mar (87 Units), May (153 Units) and now in Sep (214) and don’t know what it is going to come in with the next bill. Most humbly I would request to adjust my bill as per the appliances I am using and replace the ill-fated meter immediately. I am least interested to pay if there is any additional charge for changing meter. So kindly take the corrective step in this regard. I hope to get back soon in this regard.                                                           Sir, The electricity bill amount, Rs. 2122/- for the month of July 2014, which is the actual billing. The amounts, Rs. 158/- & Rs. 164/- for the months of June 2014 & May 2014 respectively, which are the average billing (premises lock condition). In July month, billing is given without deducting the May & June bills amount. Only Rs. 100/- is deducted as lock charge amount. The rest amount, Rs. 222/- was not deducted. Even though, I paid all three amounts for the months May, June & July 2014. Therefore, I request you to please adjust/deduct the amount of Rs. 222/- in month of August 2014.
