Sir, I had Bought House 3 Years Back with electricity installed.I was not using house and electricity till this day. i received today calls from electricity department to pay bill along with panalties and also monthly rent for the meter.they had disconnected the eurrent i year back .now they claim for Rs 3000 dues From me .And further Asked me To surrender the meter Other Wise They Will continue To Charge Rs 70 On monthly basis And neither They Will send the bill.This will Continue Till I ask For New Connection Or Restart the Same .Please Advice Me wither I Pay the whole Dues .or surrender the meter Or Continue To increase the dues.

    Hi,

    Wanted to know if the MSEB online bill payment site is really operational. It has been launched with a big bang and as a releif to cutomers, but do not see it of any use. All the time this site is extremly slow and till date I have been not able to make a single online payment.

    there is some problem in meter i think so beacause from last 2mnths im geeting bill last octobet month i hv paid 810 bill now this nov bill ha sgenerated 1050 its not possible beacause there is no use of electricity in my house i use i tv, 2 power bulb, one fan, first i was geeting bill near abt 250 or 300 in this range

    so please sir ther is some faulty in meter please send the engineer to check the meter address is chandresh galaxy, sharyu bld room no 210 ghandhari kalyan west my consumer no is

      Dear sir

      I am not receiving my electricity bill in time. My billing amount is also not correct.Every time i used to go rastapeth for correction.This month also i am not received any bill.Pl help me to come out from this

      I dont no whom to contact regarding the Electricity bill. From the last 5 months our electricity bill is too high like 15000 ; 2000; we are check with the meter but they are not take the reading properly which shows on the bill. What to do Please suggest me

      Electricity Bill — request for bill to be sent to residence

      Sir,
      I am working in Government organisation. For the past many years the Electricity Bill is being sent to our office address. Every time I receive the bill after the last date. I had requested several times to send the bills to my residence my request has been fallen into the deaf ears of our NDMC officers. I had visited several times persoanlly. Still No action has been taken. Sending the bill to my office does not serve any purpose only I am at a financial loss. I am once again requesting the concerned officers to send the future bills to my residenceial address H-292, Kali Bari Marg, New Delhi-110 001. My CA no is 8014429.

      for units i had not consumed for example in the month of feb march i got a bill of 76 units around 944 rupees i have 4 kw for which i pay 260 per month as the rate of per unit electric charge is 3.00rupees at this rate my bill has to be around 228+264=492 as there were no arrears but the electricity department continously sending me over charged bill the office bearer say that we will going to charge you for 220units every month wheather we want it or not i don,t know whom to address as they are clearly violating the govt will of saving energy they are forcing us to consume more energy

      I have a complaint against my landlord. He is charging Rs.7.5/- per unit which is way to high against the rates been charged. on asking for the exact bill he is not sharing it.

        I had received two nos. duplicate Electricity bills against consumer name " Anil Kumar Sharma", Flat no.- 133, firts floor front, Sector- 35, Ashoka Enclave (Main), Faridabad, for the bill month of November 2008 . Among the two bills, one bill contained all the details but the details were not clear and the bill amount was hardly visible which was Rs. 3688 . Another bill was clear but was not containing the due date. still I made the payment of Rs. 3700 /- by cheque ( through cheque no. 111618 dated 08.12.08 of Indian Overseas bank ).

        In the bill of bill month, January 2009 the previous amount of 3700/- was added in the arrear column. After discussing the matter with an Elctricity board person at Ashoka Enclave, Sector -35, Faridabad collection center I came to know that the amount was not updated in their record till that date. Only after showing the bank statement, the total amount was corrected in my bill itself by hand.

        All the above procedure consumes a lots of time and it will be much of great favour for the consumers, if the bills are clearly printed and the paid amounts are updated promptly.

        High bill

        I have takan new flat meena resi Ektanager chakan and new metre coonection but i have comming higher electric bill and also not commming monthly bill.so accepted my complains and solve it properly
