Hello Sir,
This is to inform you that I wish to purchase new iPhone 5S on EMI basis. I have ordered an APPLE iPhone 5s 32 GB on EMI from emobileskart.com on 17/09/2016 and i had done the Advance payment of Rs.4330.00. After this i have send my document copies send them via e-mail on 19/07/2016 and received for confirmation from their side.
Now i have contact them many time and there is no valuable response from customer care...

I applied for a phone on emi from this site. They asked me to pay rs 3000 which was refundable in case my request is rejected.After 20 days they rejected my request and told me that the money will be refunded in 25days.Now it has been 1months almost they are not recieving any calls nor replying my e mails.
I am a student and it was a saving from my pocket money. Now i request you to please help me in this matter...order no.emk26964...

I got a call from the mentioned company that my order has been approved by the company team and confirmation will be done. My name is afjal karim ansari and resided at jagatdal. I have registered a samsung galaxy j 7 on emobileskart online. After registering in just 12 hours, a call came from one of the sales representatives who told me that your mobile has been approved for emi and first of all u have to transfer rs-999 + rs 1200=2200/- as registeration fee and first installment. He told me that you have to transfer the money the same day he phoned upto at 12:30...

This is to inform you that I have ordered a phone Samsung Glaxy J7 on EMI from emobileskart.com. After 2-3 days I received a call from this no. [protected] for shipping address confirmation and he told me to submit 1st EMI Rs.1299 and Processing Fee Rs.999. Then I have paid Rs. 2199 by IMPS to Axis Bank A/C No.[protected]. But Mobile not received till now.
