I bought fire boltt be 1200 earbud on[protected] but in 6 months one of the ear bud got malfunctioned and i complaint on their email id and they took action than by replacing it by a new earbud set. However the product quality this time is more pathetic as the left ear bud got malfunctioned as it is producing really rough noise which is intolerable to listen. So i again lodged a complaint on 2 Oct, 3oct, 12 Oct, 14oct and so on but not even a single reply was made by them. I even tried their customer care no.[protected] but no one replies to it and the helpline no. is available from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. I have emailed them on [protected]@boltt.com dozens of time but no action has been taken. i also messaged them on Facebook but nothing happened from their side. This product is still under warranty so please either give my money back or replace this item, please this is enough mental torture for me. I am providing the bill and my emails also.
