Regarding refund

Not delivery the car as per timelines promised

This is to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with the service offered at Fortpoint. I booked a ZXi Celerio (MT) on 13th of September and wanted the delivery on 22nd Oct (Dusshera). I was assured the same. Last week when I was called to the Lalbaug office for the loan documentation, I get to know that I will not get the car on the said date and none of them here ready to commit of the delivery date. Finally after multiple follow-ups...

TO CRM MARUTI SUZUKI CO.
No PDI sticker was there attached to the car at the time delivery bought on 3rd march 09.they told us stickers are out of stock but the car has been inspected...AT the time of the delivery there was a wide gap between the body nd the bumper at the rear right side..but the reply was it is original fitting frm the company..the next we went back for the complaint of abnormal sound from the left front wheel again...
