Issue with item ...now they using abusive language
I ordered some product from this website, but they sent me different product
and i complained to customer care they said okk...aftr that next day some other personn called me in morning and they used very bad words to me ...
we usually order product online for saving our time not to listen absuive words...first they sent me different product and now they callled me from this number [protected] ...and using abusing language only.
very bad service they providing...now no customer care also supporting...

Prepaid order not delivered and shown as delivered on GLOWROAD app

Hello,
I have ordered a garment from glowroad app and paid through paytm for the same. The order was never delivered and was shown as delivered on GLOWROAD app.
I contacted customer care but instead of giving any resolution they started asking me my PANCARD and ADHAAR copy (either of one) for matching my signature.
I objected why should I share my PANCARD or ADHAAR for delivery verification. No one will use sign of PANCARD on delivery slip. I even objected that ADHAR card doesn't have signature, so why are you asking for either of one document. Before delivery of any product, an OTP comes on mobile phone. Then how come without OTP. Product is showing OTP. Company is just making excuses and not delivering or refunding my money.
THE amount of order was Rs. 228 and order ID is.[protected].
Please help me to get refund and stop this fraud.

Delivered wrong item to my customer

I placed one order for chanderi dress material for my customer on 21 sep 2021. They never shown any tracking number in my page. But delivered to my customer and old saree which is having a tear too. My customer pay for it also. When she opened the parcel she noticed its a wrong product. I cannot go for return option because they didn't update anything regarding delivery in my page. But they noticed its a wrong product so later 2 days they make cancellation. I wants to return the product and refund my customer money. What should i do?

Charcoal mask
I ordered a combo of 4 charcoal mask for my customer and when its delivered to customer she got only 2 mask instead of 4. My customer wants to return that, please return that as soon as possible.

I order my heels 14 August but they delivered wrong PDT like fla. The heels 400/-. This is very wrong he rejected my request how can they do this. I complaint in cyber fraud. This totally fake app and fraud app. Please take a immediat action.

Poor response and poor service, no refund
I ordered 3 parcels
Due to defects and Quality I returned it.
The delivery boy picked up wrong parcels.
I doesn't have a good response from peoples. And no refund received from glowroad.

Not depositing margins

Very bad experience. This is a fraud app. They will take unnecessary charges and make deductions to your margin without any reason. I started using the app glowroad it was good at first then I switched to their shopify dropshipping app and I didn't like it and it was overpriced compared to this one so then I switched back. But they started charging me for RTO orders even when they clearly mentioned in their own app that all the RTO shipping charges will be taken care by glowroad itself. I lost a lot of money. There is no hierarchy everyone gave them excuses even when I was showing them the proof they continue to say that they can't do anything. And they have the audacity to speak rudely to me when I asked them written proof of what they are saying and they were unable to even give that. I would request everyone to stop working for these fools there are lot of other options. All they are good at are giving baseless, fact less excuses even when they are shown proofs. I even have a call recording with their executives which clearly shows that they don't even know their own policies and can't give any written proof of their claims.

I purchased a multicolored cotton women's brief Pack is order on glow road app on 03/04/2021. But they always send on wrong address. Payment is already done through UPI wallet from HDFC Bank. 245 rupees are deducted from my account.

Incorrect product sent...markes returnable on aite..but now its not being accepted as supplier denied return dor sale items...no one ready to take responsibility for the mistake done by supplier by sending incorrect product...read review on their website...as unable to update pics of incorrect product received

i again got a message that the return is rejected, i have called your call center 4 times regarding the issue, escalated return pickup and to my frustration again it is rejected.
I am losing trust on the entire process and most importantly i have been spending more than 90 mins on this issue.
You need to understand that you are literally forcing us to select "Did not fit customer as the issue" or any other issue being selected is being rejected.
If thats the case i really dont know why you have other options.
I dont know whether you take geneuine interest on the customer base, i would prefer your top sale executive talk to understand how currently the customer service is detoriated, in our service industry we say "Standard reply to specific issue" - this is what is happening with your team today.
You will lose business over a period of time, if you dont act fast. I was promoting your products, now i am scared to do so with the kind of service.

Not receiving my refund

I have received a wrong product from glowroad reselling company... Those people are not picking up my wrong product which I got and not giving me my refund amount. Please help I m from a small family... I initated for pick up so many times and called them many times but the pickup is getting cancelled and I m nt getting my refund.. It's been more than 15 days for this.. Please help me

I ordered a track pant or my customer and now when i trying to place a return it says this item is not returnable. While this was not called out anywhere for this particular product i was shocked with this message, i called up glowroad call center to my next shock the agent was telling me that this product was sold during sale period and hence this fall under no returnable category.
This was never communciated to any of the resellers and offlate the service from glow road is going down. Anything that we call and complain they only give straight SOP answers and they are no more customer oriented service.
When i questioned where is it returned and how do i go and tell my customer back, the agent was telling nothing much he can do.
Similary i had issues of product not being delivered but marked as delivered and when i raise a complaint i am told i should inform in 48 hrs (again this is not informed to us), and they have all liberty to cancel a product after 6 days of taking a payment, for that they dont have cancellation number of days and they dont pay you back any interest, on time delivery has gone for toss now which we understand in covid situation but ppl in Glow road stopped being human which they used t before. Another classic example is return pickup, everyday i get a message for return but noone will come and in the evening i will get a message stating customer was not available for return, now who has to be blamed for this while we all are at home.
Just remember, we resellers having been with you from your days as local queen and you should think every single customer is important for you without which you wouldnt have grown into such a huge organization. if you are fine to let go customers we will also stop doing business with you. Every industry sustain because of open and true policy dont break it. Is it not that everyday you put something or other sale and having trusted your words of "100% returnable no question asked" we also put back to our customer. How can you change your statement, be loyal to the customers too

बिलकुल सही बोला आपने। मेरे साथ भी ऐसा ही हुआ। आर्डर करने के कुछ दिनों बाद glowroad ने आर्डर खुद ही कैंसिल कर दिया यह बताते हुए की आर्डर आउट ऑफ स्टॉक हो गया है पर सेलर ने खुद ही आर्डर भेज दिया पर गलत आर्डर भेजा और कस्टमर से पैसे निकलवा लिए। अब यह चोर Glowroad वाले कहते हैं कि हमने तो नहीं भेजा और हम अब कुछ नही कर सकते। और अब कस्टमर मेरे पीछे लग गया है रिफंड के लिए।

I am a reseller. I have booked a spin mop bucket from glowroad which was delivered to my customer on 8th august. On 9th august i placed a return pick up, because of very bad quality of the product. No one has come to pick up, but the pick up was rejected by shadowfax courier company saying QC failure, which i had no idea. Since 12th august i am calling Glowroad customer care regarding status of pickup and everyday they are giving me a new date for pick up and not picking up the product. I am mentally getting harassed by the company's irresponsible attitude and going to lodge a police complaint today. I request everyone not to use this app, they are fraud. Meesho and other apps are way better than this for reselling.

Placed return request for two orders, one for smart watch and other is smart band in the month of June.But no-one has come to pick up the products till date.To resolve this issue I have called the customer service several times and also mailed them but they only utter a"sorry" n then doesn't do anything about it.The delivery man is rude in behaviour and asks they customer to return the product on their own as they cannot come to the customer's place to pick up coz they can't locate the place exactly but they delivered the same product in the very same address

Wrong return product
I had sent product exactly as shown in photo to the customer but customer return wrong product to me. I have proof in form of photo and video that customer sent wrong return product. I request to glowroad that customer is fraud. Because that same customer returned my product again with other order number same as wrong product. So please do proper for this issue. If glowroad have video from customer side than why they not send to me. So even i am satisfy myself.

Dear sir, i have purchased one lacha from glowroad before 2months and order was online payment also done but same has still not received i have mailed to glowroad many times but no responce recived ki dly help for my money refund. Many time we have update them that order not received but they told that order delivered but when we ask for proof they not even able to provide for the same kindly take required action and help for refund

Recently i had palced 53 orders for my multiple customers and i came to know suddenly that all the orders had been cancelled after 14 days without any intimation and when i intimated this scenario to the customer care then they casually say single word sorry. So i suggest all o[censored] not to work from this app because their courier service and customer support is horrible like anything else. After placing the order over here, there is not any positive response about the delivery from their end. This not the 1st time which has happened. This kind of worst service has been repeated multiple times from their end and i totally stopped to work from this app.

I am complaining about my order
I ordered a product on 21 feb 2020. On the second day i got a message from glowroad that my order is packed. Still now its not shipped. Its my first order. Estimated delivery is today. But still now its not shipped yet. What is this??? Its not fair. My customer is too much angry about this. They tell me that they dont need that product because of this late delivery. I dont need this. Please cancel that. [protected] this is the order number. Kindly cancel this. No need this. Please do the needful urgent.
