I ordered HP Envy Laptop and they said to pay online.So i paid the money .
Order was placed on December 31, 2016. They say it is still processing. No other company take too long time to deliver the product.I mailed them soo many times and the send me the same automated reply.
other thing is whenever i mailed them they sometimes reply we are happy to confirm your order instead i ask them another question.
