After paying online premium charge of RS 1400 x 3=4200 for Delhi to Jammu Volvo(Heera Himachal holidays) on makemytrip.com for travel with my elderly parents expecting a comfortable journey, instead, I got following:-
They changed boarding point from Rk Ashram to the Lal kila
Changed bus to Ashu travels/Cool cool saying this is the actual bus
Not a Volvo bus, a cheap bus...

I AM WRITING THIS TO MAKE OTHER FELLOW TRAVELLERS AWARE ABOUT HEER HIMACHAL HOLIDAYS TRAVEL AGENT WHO WAS MENTIONED AS TRAVEL AGENT FOR MY BOOKING FROM DELHI TO KATRA. FOR INFORMATION OF ALL, I HAD BROUGHT AN EXPENSIVE TICKET OF RS 1500 IN VOLVO SLEEPER BUS. BOOKED TICKET ONLINE THROUGH GOIBIBO ASSUMING THAT I WILL HAVE A PLEASANT TRAVEL IN VOLVO SLEEPER BUT I NEVER KNEW THAT I WOULD HAVE TO FACE A BIG NIGHTMARE. I HAD A HARROWING EXPERIENCE...
