Someone called me up from Housing.com in disguise of ICICI bank executive and told me that I will be charged Rs 899 with recurring interest. This guy looted my entire credit limit of 60000 saying he will block the card for me.
These are fraudsters.

My Credit Card Account was hacked by a hacker on 19th Dec 2021 and did the transaction 70910.00 amount via housing.com with a credit card ending with 7308. Please cancel the transaction that happened with this Credit Card on 19th Dec 2021 and Hacker tried to do the transaction on 20th Dec 2021 also but my card got blocked so the transaction has not happened.

An ### listed himself as an agent in housing.com with fake profile. Took an advance from me assuring that he would block the property from me. He took my adhar card copy, now using it & creating fake profiles to scam other CUSTOMERs.
He stopped attending my calls & replying my messages.
Please close this company who is entertaining all these scammers. Kindly take action

Housing.com has updated Fake owners in its rented house contacts.
I was looking for a rented house in BTM Layout, Bangalore. When I checked with one of the contact, he requested me to make token advance/security deposit payment of 5000, as he has to come to from Mysore to Bangalore to show the house to me. Since, it is showing in Housing.com as verified owner, I believed and made the payment. But after that he is not picking phone calls. He is fraud and housing.com is entertaining them by posting fraud contact in its website. My concern is he might have done this with many people and looted the money like this. Most of them will leave it thinking it is small amount.
Please take a necessary action on both Housing.com and the fraud owner.

Please note that there has been a fraud transaction from my credit card. A person contacted me from the SBI helpline number (seems to be some technical loophole) and asked me to update insurance details. She asked me for card details which I provided but ended up being a scam.

I saw the apartment through this app. I paid the rent to the so called owner. When I was going to visit the apartment, she switch off her phone. The owner name is given as Jatinder arora in the ad.

I paid 5k to housing.com for the sale of my property and they put wrong locality I was telling them to correct the location but it’s been a week no response whatsoever and worse people in this organization 3rd class people with whom you can’t even reason such ## sitting there and CUSTOMER support doesn’t respond and no escalation metrix.
Please don’t trust this bogus site it’s all fraud

I tried to pay the rent to a customer with my hdfc bank credit worth amount 24500 rs. But it got failed and housing app processed refund of full amount of 24745 rs. I got the refund today but app didn't paid me the processing fee even if the payment hasn't been processed to the person. Kindly check with the files attached and do the needful.

On 29 June someone called me from Gurgaon, introduced himself as an SBI official and made me follow his instructions. As I am not comfortable in Hindi, I couldn’t understand what was actually happening. Unknowingly I shared OTP, and they made transactions of Rs.49995.00 two times. Unfortunately I didn’t follow the SMS and was completely in dark. I came to know everything after receiving bank statement. I request to trace the miscreants.

I made a rental agreement and send it to house owner, he asked few correction.. But while checking customer care they told there is no edit option in their system, please initiate cancel within 48 hours.
But i am checking in mobile as well as web both doesnt have cancel option too.. Even support also not good...

This is regarding the property in Indiranagar royal apartment, Stage 3. The owner name Ram Kumar, who is actually a mediator asked me to pay 799 rupees as the first step before even showing any property or owner details . And is now not responding to my messages and calls, not scheduling any visit, even after multiple follow ups.

Does housing.com even verify these mediators or brokers ? Moreover, the housing.com customer care numbers are useless as nobody picks calls .

Is this app a complete fraud ? and we customers are being troubled and cheated.

I paid Rs.399 for a rental agreement from housing.com to get an agreement at the earliest in this pandemic. Housing.com provided Lease stamp paper for rental agreement and is not providing a solution. I have been sending mails and calling every day in vain. I had purchased a paid subscription package for rental property on 21 March, 2021 (Order ID: 35944, Premium listing) through Shweta (#[protected]). As per them, the Premium listing would have happened within 48 hours. As it did not happen, I called them up on 23rd and also registered a complaint on [protected]@housing.com. They promised that the lising will happen next day. After several complaints, Mr Jeetendra (#[protected]) called me and assured that the listing is up, which was a lie. Then their customer care called me once and told that the listing will happen on 28th. Till date, the listing is not up. I had emailed 3 times on [protected]@housing.com to which, till date, there is no single reply too. Wonder if housing.com is a fraud company

They created renta agreement which was supposed to be digitally sugned. No signs are being saved in downloaded document. They have cheated.

I have took flat from Housing.com broker. Your website show prime broker at pune.
I initially given her brokerage & 1 month rent & 1 deposit.
She didn't transfer money to landlord & given both landlord & me two different contract.( Rental agreement)
In the landlord rental agreement shows 15k deposit & in my rental agreement shows 20k rupees deposit.
So called shifting charger 3000 rupees they took from. When they took 3k that time they said this is refundable. Now they said this is not refundble. Even not given any receipts about that.
Now they are ingonr call & I don't even know her office.
Please me in this case or I will go to consumer consumer court file case against housing.com & shubhangi bobade.
