I have made payment through payumoney to india trip.

Payment is made of rs.11666/- on 20 th june but till date neither they have refund my money nor they are giving me the deal they offered.
Indiatrip helpline number is also not contacable.
India trip is not connectable on phone as well on email or wbsite.
All contact no and helpline no....

I made online payment of rs 11666 on 3rd july to india trip using imps via my citibank netbanking. They are offering to provide dell laptop, but till now they are not responding on e mail and also on phone. Kindly take action against krishna gupta, whose no is [protected].
