Dear sir,
I have applied for a new pan card in the name of paramasivam selvarani which dispatched our address in 07.08.2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

    I m from sunam distt sangrur pb. I have visited a number of times to get 10 rupee coins deposited at local branch of sbi (Old hshs branch sbop with ifsc stbp0000443) but the cashier/manager and others refuse to get the coins deposited and even ask to through them away. But not given anything in written. I m surpriesed that indian banks are refusing indian currency. Why? Kindly help sir.

    I have tried making an account on irctc at least a 1000 times. Every time it gets stuck on 'invalid captcha' and asks me to type in a new one WHILE THERE IS NOTHING ON DISPLAY! There is no option/text space/ captcha to see and enter. I am really frustrated. It has been 1 year since this persisted!

        I have been trying to port out from reliance communication to some other co for the past 2/3 months & failed miserably, since the company dose not care for any services.

        On 26th aug 2017 reliance gave me a sr no[protected] saying case has been processed. However nothing happened a the line was not closed.

        I have again done porting for both the above nos on14th nov 2017 & till now nothing is happening.

        Hope some one in the co wakes up & close my above two (2) cell phones.
        I seldom feel call drops while on line. So also call become poor audible.
        Do the needful at the earliest.

          On 15.11.2017, mr. Ajith hegde traveled from bangalore airport to gangamma circle using uber taxi toyota etios ka 03 aa 2172. Since mr. Hegde did not have the app, he booked through your assistance number +91 [protected]. The trip fare was rs.760.40. While getting down at the destination, the driver mr. Nadeem forced the customer to pay rs.1200/- in spite of showing the bill amount. He talked rudely that he is not bound by the amount shown in the bill.

          Request you to conduct an inquiry and refund the excess amount collected. Mr. Hegde is my guest and my mobile number [protected] was provided while booking uber taxi service.

            My tata sky connection was showing no signal, i called engineer to check and he took 30 days and then replaced the set top box with hd with 3 months free subscription and took inr 1000 in cash. Still the problem continues of no signal for next 30 days, another engineer came after complains changed the wire but still the problem continues. Now after 30 days they have set my balance as negative (-715) before recharging. I do not know how much money these people want and how will they improve my negative balance, coz each time i will pay they will deduct the amount.

            There is a open area at Krishnama lane, Nungambakkam. Due to rains lot of mosquitoes gets generated. With lot of bushes and no maintenance the area is worst with lots of poisonous insects come out.We previously gave complaint to Chennai corporation.                 It was damaged while transport. It was confirmed by reliance digital shoppy staff, anantapur.

                But i have not yet received any product. But amount paid. I have faced 2nd time this type of problem.

                Worst service.
                No confidence about reliance digital shoppe.

                  Mobikwik is not following the promise. Recently i hve downloaded mobikwik and done putrchase of rs 540 through reliance freah at chennai. After transaction there is no refund of 15 % return back. When i complained about shop manager he asked me to wait for 24 hrs. Now almost 15 days passed but no refund has come yet.. So readers pla dont go for mobikwik. And its asking for adhar card but as per supreme court order no need to diisclose adhar link. Be careful iam looser.

                    I am v. Ramanathan living in 5b, viswanathapuram, second street, thudialur, coimbatore-34.
                    Opposite to my residence a large bush is seen creating mosquito breeding and nuisance by individuals bringing their dogs for toilet purposes. I have requested them not to bring their dogs for toileting as it is a health hazard for residents living nearby. But it is not helpful as they refuse to oblige and continues to do that. Many passers by are urinating in the site too. We are unable to tolerate this menace and afraid that it is going to create a health problem for those living here. I would request the corporation officials to take suitable action. A compound wall has to be raised by the owner and maintain the bushyard.

                      I had booked a bus ticket for my journey from bangalore to hyderabad (Silkboard to kondapur) on 5th november 2017. Ticket number 1400361.

                      I was waiting at the boarding point from 8.30 pm looking for the bus, but, to my surprise, the bus was from aditya travels & not from national travels.

                      The second surprise was some passengers were drinking alcohol in the bus & the bus co-ordinator turned a blind eye.

                      The third surprise was that i was off-boarded at sr nagar and not kondapur. The bus co-ordinator was pretty rude when i questioned about the abrupt change in dropping point & asked me to contact the national travels office to raise a complaint.

                      Pathetic service by national travels. They should shut shop or should be thrown out of business.

                            On 21st of september 2017, airindia confirmed cancellation of my ticket and sent an email promising refund of rs.470300/ in 8-10 working days. But, even after 25 working days i do not see the amount credited to my bank. I am in europe and having difficulty to lead life without this money. I have been requesting ecommerce to provide me 'refund transaction slip' so that i can check with my bank. But, ecommerce is ignorant of this.

                                I have ordered a rado watch (Rado automatic yellow gold) through flipkart but i received a non working and a duplicate watch. Therefore i have asked them to replace it as soon as possible but there is no response from them for last 6 weeks. The order id is 523749. Whenever we contact them the company is threatening me and ridiculing me. So please consider this matter.

                                  The complaint relating to Street light maintenance to be attended by Corporation of Coimbatore.

                                  I am a resident of Ramalinga Nagar 5th cross in ward no.13, Coimbatore west zone, K K PUDUR. For the last one week Street light not burning in part of 5th cross and also in parts of 1st cross of Ramalinga nagar.There is also stray dog menace in this area posing serious threats to residents and passersby.

On 19 th september i have requested your nanganallur branch to issue a fresh atm card as i have lost it. Feven after 22 days i have not received it.in the mean time i have enquired the branch four times in the gap of 4 days. Everytime they are telling that it will reach in four days. No rpf or police officers available to control. Elderly people and ladies with children experienced difficulty to enter central station. Water was also stagnated due to rain.                                           Since my parents and my in-laws are very old and they reside in west bengal, they are facing acute crisis to communicate with my family here.

                                            My bike V15 Bajaj MH 03 CE 9689, is parked in front of my house, but observed robbing of V15 LOGO and now it has happened that someone had cut my petrol pipe to steal the petrol.
                                            Normally i fill petrol not less than 7-9 liters, since this incidence had come to my notice today, i would not be able to know how much petrol is stolen, but the main concern is that they had cut the petrol pipe which unable the flow of petrol and to start my bike.
                                            There are plenty of incidence occurred earlier, so i had to take this drastic step to inform the authorities.

                                              I have purchased above mentioned 2 nos backpack on 29 the march, 2017. It has been worn-out at many places even a short span of 3 months. Then i requested to get replacement of these bags under guarantee/ warranty of american tourister vide email dated13 th july. But i not get the satisfactory reply. Again i requested to got the replacement of these bags. But your team today give the reply that these bags are mishandled. It is not understandable that within short period of 3months usage, thes bags so called international brand. We have used the local made bagpacks, but still working even continuous use more than one and half year continuous use by my wards.
                                              Therefore, it is requested to look into the matter, how within short span of 3 months usage of these bags has been worn out? It means that inferior quality of materials were used in manufacturing of these bags. Being international brand, it is requested to get replaced these bags.

                                                I have received the above sms through my mobile whereas i do not have any account with you as such kindly look into the matter and do the needful soon. If such msg reced in future i may have to lodge complaints to the appropriate authorities.
                                                I have done fresh contract for 2 yrs AMC since 13 April, 2017 but second service is not being done . Repeated phone calls are being meaningless.
                                                If po0ssible, return my ammount and cancle the contract.

                                                  I travelled from ig airport to vasanth kunj on 25 september at around 12.30 noon. I did not get the bill. I made 5 request calls to send the bill. Customer care executives simply promising they will send in 24 hrs. But even after three days it is not sent. Why? Customers are not entitled to get the bill? Any body is there to help me?

                                                    My near by land neighbour started their apartment constrution work more than one year and not covering the outside place of construction and there are more than fifty families living around the construction there too much of cement dust from there and the cutting iron bar emit lot of smoke which cause severe breathing problem for surrounding we asked more than hundred times to cover the construction area but thwy are not listening to us i am myself and my son are whesing illness and having a baby of 2 year she also find hard yo breath

                                                      For last 3 months i have logged complain for not able to reset password for my netbanking userid with dena bank. I have sent several email to [protected]@denabank.co.in.
                                                      And to [protected]@denabank.co.in but as of now i have not received even acknowledgment for the email.
                                                      However i tried calling the number provided by branch but of no use, for 10 minutes automated system keeps informing that all customer service agent are busy and attend shortly.

                                                        My neighbour is dumping their household waste and rubbish over the wall into my private land. This is causing a big problem for me and the people living around the area as the place is now infestated with rats, snakes, mosquitoes, stray dogs and cats and mongooses and other animals and insects. They have a sheet covering my wall which makes it easier for them to just life and dump without anyone seeing and this is also a health and safety hazard. They have also made a hole in my wall and connected a pipe so i am assuming this waste is coming from their toilet?! Either way something needs to be don and i wanted advise on who to complain to and what action i can take?

                                                          I have order mobile phone through Amazon, they sent it product through FedEx courier the Tracking #[protected] it supposed deliver on 12, 09.2017 schedule but after compliant (# [protected]) to customer care now they change the delivery date as 14.09.2017 why it so delay ??? its been almost 10days over from the order date
